Metode Intravena (IV) adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengalirkan cairan atau obat-obatan ke dalam.pembuluh darah vena dalam selang waktu dan dosis sesuai arahan dokter. Dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa kondisi yang harus dihindari, yaitu terjadinya free flow cairan infus, dan aliran darah kembali akibat habisnya cairan infus. Kondisi tersebut dapat terjadi akibat terbatasnya tenaga kesehatan yang yang mengamati penggunaan infus manual saat terjadi wabah dibutuhkan perangkat yang dapat mendeteksi perubahan volume pada infus secara otomatis. Pada Skripsi ini diajukan rancang bangun perangkat dengan memanfaatkan sensor dalam pembuatan algoritma di sistem alarm infus. Perangkat ini didesain menggunakan sensor load cell YZC133, ESP32 dengan fitur Wi-Fi sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan dalam aplikasi IoT, dan ADC HX711 dengan spesifikasi 24-bit ADC Converter untuk mengukur berat perangkat infus secara real-time dan pengiriman data infus menggunakan NodeRED. Dari hasil pengujian perangkat ditunjukkan bahwa perangkat hasil rancang bangun dapat mendeteksi aliran infus secara real-time ditunjukkan pada rentang 10—25 tetes/ menit dengan rata-rata galat sebesar 6,59%. ......The Intravenous (IV) method is used to drain fluids or drugs into the veins at intervals and in doses according to the doctor's instructions. In its implementation, several conditions must be avoided, namely the free flow of intravenous fluids and the return of blood flow due to running out of intravenous fluids. This condition can occur due to the limited number of health workers who observe the use of manual infusions during an outbreak, requiring a device that can detect volume changes in infusions automatically. In this thesis, a device design is proposed by utilizing sensors to make infusion alarm systems algorithms. This device is designed using a load cell sensor YZC133, ESP32 with Wi-Fi feature so that it can be used in IoT applications, and ADC HX711 with 24-bit ADC Converter specifications to measure the weight of infusion devices in real-time and send infusion data using NodeRED. The device's test results show that the designed device can detect infusion flow in real-time, which is shown in the range of 10-0--25 drops/minute with an average error of 6.59%.
