Fungsi distribusi binomial adalah fungsi yang memetakan probabilitas dari terjadinya k jumlah sukses dalam n jumlah percobaan dari kejadian yang memiliki dua kemungkinan, yaitu berhasil atau gagal. Leblanc & Johnson telah membuktikan sebuah sifat kemonotonan pada fungsi distribusi binomial. Pada skripsi ini, akan ditinjau perluasan fungsi distribusi binomial dari variabel diskrit ke kontinu juga sifat kemonotonan totalnya dan perluasan dari pertidaksamaan Leblanc & Johnson.

ABSTRACT
The binomial distribution function is a function that maps the probability of k successes in n trials from an incident with two possibilities, which are true or false. Leblanc & Johnson have proven a case of monotonicity on the binomial distribution function. On this paper, an extension of the binomial distribution function and its complete monotonicity and an extension of the Leblanc & Johnson inequality will be reviewed.

Fungsi distribusi binomial adalah fungsi yang memetakan peluang terjadinya k jumlah keberhasilan dalam n jumlah percobaan suatu peristiwa yang memiliki dua kemungkinan, yaitu sukses atau gagal. Leblanc & Johnson telah membuktikan sifat monoton pada fungsi distribusi binomial. Dalam tesis ini, kami akan meninjau perluasan fungsi distribusi binomial dari variabel diskrit ke variabel kontinu serta monoton totalnya dan perluasan ketidaksetaraan Leblanc & Johnson.
