Abstrak :
Kehadiran internet di pasar global memungkinkan komunikasi dengan pihak lain tanpa memandang batas, waktu, maupun jarak, sehingga melahirkan inovasi-inovasi yang terus berubah dan semakin modern. Lebih jauh lagi, penggunaan internet dapat memungkinkan bisnis untuk memasarkan produk dan layanan mereka baik di dalam negeri maupun global. Traveloka adalah salah satu aplikasi bisnis digital yang memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan dalam satu lokasi. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kualitas layanan elektronik (e-servqual) dan dampaknya terhadap electronic customer satisfaction, customer loyalty melalui reuse intention, dan word of mouth. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sebanyak 252 responden yang diproses oleh SmartPLS merupakan pengguna aplikasi Traveloka. Hasil akhirnya variabel E-Servqual memiliki 6 dimensi dengan pengukuran yang signifikan, semua indikator berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap electronic customer satisfaction, dengan satu dimensi yang pengaruhnya lebih besar yaitu user friendliness. Selain itu variabel electronic customer satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap reuse intention dan word of mouth. Data yang diperlukan untuk penelitian ini tidak sempurna karena hampir setengah dari responden adalah remaja atau orang dewasa yang menggunakan aplikasi Traveloka tidak lebih dari tiga tahun. ......The presence of the internet in the global market allows communication with other parties regardless of boundaries, time or distance, thus giving birth to innovations that are constantly changing and becoming more modern. Furthermore, the use of the internet can enable businesses to market their products and services both domestically and globally. Traveloka is a digital business application that fulfills various needs in one location. The main objective of this study is to examine the quality of electronic services (e-servqual) and their impact on electronic customer satisfaction, customer loyalty through reuse intention, and word of mouth. The method used is quantitative and uses a purposive sampling approach. A total of 252 respondents processed by SmartPLS were Traveloka application users. The end result is that the E-Servqual variable has 6 dimensions with significant measurements, all indicators have a positive and significant effect on electronic customer satisfaction, with one dimension having a greater effect, namely user friendliness. In addition, electronic customer satisfaction variables affect reuse intention and word of mouth. The data needed for this research is imperfect because almost half of the respondents are teenagers or adults who have used the Traveloka application for no more than three years.

Aplikasi e-Open (Elektronik Online Pelayanan Kependudukan) merupakan sebuah bentuk pelayanan elektronik yang dibuat oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Bekasi. Pembentukan aplikasi e-Open ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan masyarakat Kota Bekasi mendapatkan berbagai pelayanan administrasi kependudukan hanya dalam satu aplikasi. Akan tetapi, masih terdapat sejumlah permasalahan seperti sulitnya pengguna mengakses aplikasi e-Open, sistem yang tidak berjalan dengan baik saat sedang mengajukan permohonan, keterlambatan waktu proses layanan, serta informasi terbaru yang tidak sampai kepada masyarakat. Masalah- masalah tersebut dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan penggunaan layanan e-Government pada aplikasi e-Open, sehingga dalam penelitian ini faktor-faktor yang mendeterminasi penggunaan layanan pada aplikasi e-Government menjadi fokus dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data mixed method, yaitu menggabungkan antara metode kuantitatif yakni survei dan metode kualitatif berupa wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisis dari teori yang telah dikemukakan oleh Yadav et al. (2019) terkait faktor yang paling mendeterminasi penggunaan aplikasi e- Open di Kota Bekasi adalah keamanan dan privasi. Sedangkan, faktor yang terdapat pada urutan terakhir dalam mendeterminasi penggunaan layanan pada aplikasi e-Open adalah kemudahan penggunaan dalam layanan yang ditawarkan. ......The e-Open (Electronic Online Population Services) application is a form of electronic service created by the Bekasi City Population and Civil Registry Service (Disdukcapil). The establishment of the e-Open application aims to make it easier for the people of Bekasi City to get various population administration services in just one application. However, there are still a number of problems such as difficulty for users to access the e-Open application, a system that does not work properly when submitting requests, delays in service processing time, and the latest information that does not reach the public. These problems can affect the successful use of e-Government services in e- Open applications, so that in this study the factors that determine the use of services in e-Government applications are the focus of this study. This study uses a quantitative approach with mixed method data collection techniques, which combines quantitative methods, namely surveys and qualitative methods, in the form of in-depth interviews and literature studies. The research results show that based on the results of the analysis of the theory proposed by Yadav et al. (2019) regarding the factors that most determine the use of the e-Open application in Bekasi City are security and privacy. Meanwhile, the last factor in determining the use of services in the e-Open application is the ease of use of the services offered.
