"From the foundation, four of them (80%) the foundation board have a contribution in managing private university espesially in financial field. Main problems appear between the persons of the foundation board and those who manage private university are caused by the administration management problem (40%), financial problem (20%), and other problems (40%). "Pendidikan tinggi memiliki sistem, tututan akademik, serta cara belajar dan berpikir yang berbeda dengan jenjang pendidikan sebelumnya. Hal ini membuat mahasiswa harus mengembangkan sifat yang sesuai untuk dapat membantu mereka dalam menjalani pendidikan serta memperoleh performa akademik yang baik di perguruan tinggi. Salah satu virtue yang dikatakan dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk berperforma dengan baik adalah intellectual humility. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana arah hubungan antara intellectual humility dan performa akademik pada mahasiswa sarjana di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 80 mahasiswa dari Universitas Indonesia, dengan menggunakan alat ukur Comprehensive Intellectual Humility Scale untuk mengukur intellectual humility dan IPK untuk mengukur performa akademik. Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara intellectual humility dan performa akademik mahasiswa (r (80) = 0,189, p<0.05, one tailed) dengan effect size sebesar 0,030, yang mengindikasikan bahwa korelasi antara intellectual humility dan performa akademik tergolong lemah.

Higher education has different systems, academic demands, and ways of learning and thinking from previous levels of education. College students have to develop appropriate viertues to be able to help them to obtain good academic performance. One of the virtues that is said to be able to help students to perform well is intellectual humility. This study aims to see the direction of relationship between intellectual humility and academic performance in undergraduate students of Universitas Indonesia. This research was conducted on 80 students from Universitas Indonesia, using the Comprehensive Intellectual Humility Scale to measure intellectual humility and GPA to measure academic performance. The results of the Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive relationship between intellectual humility and student academic performance (r (80) = 0.189, p<0.05, one tailed) with an effect size of 0.030, which indicates that the correlation between intellectual humility and academic performance is relatively weak."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana peran penyesuaian diri dan kecemasan memengaruhi prestasi akademik mahasiswa angkatan 2023, melihat banyaknya tantangan yang harus dihadapi mahasiswa tahun pertama pada masa transisi ke perguruan tinggi. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah College Adjustment Questionnaire (CAQ), Hopkins Symptom Checklist-25 (HSCL-25), dan prestasi akademik diukur berdasarkan Indeks Prestasi Semester (IPS). Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi pada 114 mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama tidak terdapat peran penyesuaian diri dan kecemasan yang signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Ketika dilakukan analisis regresi parsial, ditemukan hanya penyesuaian diri yang secara signifikan dapat memprediksi prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya, dapat dilakukan pengukuran faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi prestasi akademik mahasiswa.

This research aims to examine the roles of self-adjustment and anxiety on the academic achievement among class of 2023 students, considering the numerous challenges faced by first-year students during their transition to college. This research employed a quantitative method, utilizing the College Adjustment Questionnaire (CAQ), Hopkins Symptom Checklist-25 (HSCL-25), and academic achievement measured by the Grade Point Average (GPA). Results from regression analysis on 114 students indicate that, collectively, self-adjustment and anxiety do not significantly influence students' academic performance. However, partial regression analysis reveals that only self-adjustment significantly predicts students' academic performance. It is suggested for future research to measure other factors that may affect students’ academic achievement."

Studi ini menggunakan literatur dan wawancara sebagai referensi, sample dalam studi ini adalah para manajer dari sumber daya manusia di perusahaan-perusahaan yang memiliki karyawan internasional dan lokal yang telah menyelesaikan pendidikan mereka di luar negeri asal mereka dan juga lokal. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukan adanya dampak positif dari pendidikan internasional terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study focuses on the impact of international education to employee performance at their workplace. The performance of employee is measured by the soft skills and hard skills they possess, comparing the employees who went abroad for educational purposes to employees that are locally educated. Many students seek to experience education in an international setting; moreover, tertiary educational institutions are also encouraging these students to pursue education outside their home country. Literature review and interviews are used to answer what impacts does international education experience bring to employee performance, sampling human resource managers from different companies hiring both international workers with abroad education experience and locals. The results show positive relationship between international educations to soft skill of employees."
