Dalam manajemen risiko terdapat struktur untuk menetapkan modal minimum yang hams dicadangakan untuk mengantisipasi risiko potensi kerugian. Bank Indonesia telah mengeluarkan PBI No. 8/22/PBI/2006 untuk menetapkan kewajiban penyediaan modal minimum pada BPRS, akan tetapi BPRS Lantabur belum menerapkan PBI No. 8/22/PBI/2006 untuk menghitung riaiko potensi kerugian pembiayaan yang ditunjukkan melalui ATMR dan berapa modal minimum yang harus disediakan melui KPMM. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi PBI No. 8/22/PBI/2006 pada BPRS lantabur Jombang. Maksud dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat seberapa besar kerugian maksimum pembiayaan macet yang melalui ATMR dan mengetahui berapakah kelebihan modal yang disediakan BPRS Lantabur atas KPMM. Data yang digunakan adalah data neraca bulanan dan data outstanding bulanan sejak bulan Januari 2007 hingga Desember 2008 pada BPRS Lantabur. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah uji validitas dengan metode Back Testing. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa rata- lata ATMR BPRS Lantabur tahun 2008 meningkat jika bibanding tahun 2007. Walaupun terdapat kelebihan modal yang disediakan atas KPMM, namun rata- rata kelebihan modal yang disediakan pada tahun 2008 menurun jika dibandingkan tahun 2008, sehingga BPRS lantabur perlu segera menerapkan PBI No. 8/22/PBL/2006 tersebut untuk mengontrol modal minimum yang harus disediakan jika terjadi kerugian.

Abstract
In Risk Management there is a structure to determine the minimum capital that must be spared to anticipate the risk of loss potential. In order to determine the obligation of minim capital allocation for BPRS, Bank Indonesia had issued PBI No. 8/22/PBI/2006. BPRS Lantabur which is used as the case of study in this thesis did not implement that regulation yet in calculating the risk of financial loss potential which is indicated by ATMR and several minimum capitals that must be allocated using CAR. This thesis wants to evaluate the implementation of PBI No. 8/22/PBI/2006 at BPRS Lantabur, J ombang. The objectives of the research are to evaluate how big the maximum financial loss within ATMR is, and to know the value of the capital surplus reserved by BPRS Lantabur over CAR. The data used in the research is the monthly balance and outstanding data of BPRS Lantabur from January 2007 to December 2008. Hypothesis which is used in the research is Back Testing Method. From the research, it is found that the mean of BPRS Lantabur?s ATMR in 2008 compared to 2007 has been increased. Despite the capital surplus over CAR value, the mean of capital surplus in 2008 compared to 2007 has been decreased. From this result we can draw a conclusion that BPRS Lantabur need to implement PBI No. 8/22/PBI/2006 to control the minimum capital should be allocated in the loss condition.

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel perspektif nazhir wakaf uang terhadap peluang peningkatan dana wakaf uang. Penulis mengadakan survey pada yayasan Dhompet Dhuafa Republika dan yayasan Pos Keadilan Peduli Umat (PKPU). Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling terhadap 51 nazhir. Penulis menggunakan metode regresi logistik. Dalam penelitian ini variabel perspektif nazhir terdiri dari profesionalisme nazhir, sosialisasi, sistem database, network/jaringan keija, dan regulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profesionalisrne nazhir memiliki pengaruh terhadap pelung peningkatan dana wakaf uang, sedangkan ke-empat variabel lainnya tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan.

Abstract
The objective of the thesis is to find out the impact of variables of perspective of wakaf fund nazhir on the opportunity to increase the wakaf fund. The writer conducted a sur'vey on Dompet Dhuafa Republika foundation and Post Keadilan Peduli Umat (PKPU) foundation. The sampling method used is convenience sampling on 51 nazhir. The writer uses logistics regression method. In the research, nazhir perspective variables consist of nazhir professionalism, dissemination work, database system, network, and regulations. The result of the research indicates that the variable of nazhir professionalism has an impact on the opportunity to increase the wakaf fund; meanwhile, the other four variables do not have a significant impact.

Penelitian ini membahas pengorganisasian pemberdayaan ekonomi yang dilakukan oleh Divisi Sosial Ekonomi Pos Keadilan Peduli Ummat (Divisi Sosek PKPU) dan Masyarakat Mandiri Dompet Dhuafa (MM DD). Pendekatan penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah kualitatif dan strategi penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengorganisasian pemberdayaan ekonomi perlu memperhatikan dinamika internal organisasi, eksternal organisasi, dan kualitas pelayanan dengan berbagai elemennya melalui kacamata sistem. Faith sebagai kekhasannya melebur pada setiap elemen yang terkandung dalam sistem dan tidak sekadar simbol. Sinergi dari keseluruhan data memunculkan model "sistem pengorganisasian pemberdayaan ekonomi". Model tersebut menerangkan kembali bahwa perubahan mustahik menjadi muzakki melalui pendayagunaan dana zakat bukanlah mitos. ...... This research discusses economic empowerment organizing held by Social Economic Division of Pos Keadilan Peduli Ummat (Divisi Sosek PKPU) and Masyarakat Mandiri Dompet Dhuafa (MM DD). The approach was qualitative study and the research strategy was case study. The result showed that economic empowerment organizing need to consider the dynamics of internal organization, external organization, and service quality with its elements through system lens. Faith as its uniqueness was fused in each elements contained in the system and not just a symbol. Overall findngs synergy led to the model "organizing economic empowerment system". It explained that the changes of mustahik to be muzakki through Zakat utilization is not a myth.
