Eating disorders merupakan suatu jenis penyakit mental dan fisik yang serius dimana penderitanya mengalami gangguan perilaku makan yang parah dan bisa berakibat fatal, seperti meningkatkan risiko melahirkan bayi BBLR, pendarahan selama kehamilan, hipertensi, aborsi spontan, kelahiran prematur, hingga kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan paparan K-Pop, body image dan faktor lainnya terhadap risiko eating disorders pada remaja putri pnggemar K-Pop di DKI Jakarta Tahun 2022. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara daring dengan metode quota sampling melalui pengisian kuesioner online oleh responden (n=140). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 92,1% responden memiliki risiko eating disorders. Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara paparan K-Pop (p value 0,042), body image (p value 0,027) dan tingkat stres (0,018) terhadap risiko eating disorders. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penulis menyarankan untuk dilakukan pembuatan media edukasi bagi remaja agar lebih bijak dalam bermedia sosial dan menyaring budaya asing yang diterima, serta meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap eating disorders. ......Eating disorders are serious mental and physical illnesses in which sufferers experience severe eating disorders that can be fatal, such as increasing the risk of giving birth to a low birth weight baby, bleeding during pregnancy, hypertension, spontaneous abortion, premature birth, and even death. This study aims to determine the relationship between exposure to K-Pop, body image, and other factors on the risk of eating disorders in young female K-Pop fans in DKI Jakarta in 2022. The study used quantitative methods with a cross-sectional study design. Data collection was carried out online using the quota sampling method by filling out online questionnaires by respondents (n = 140). The results showed that 92.1% of respondents had a risk of eating disorders. The results of the chi-square test showed that there was a significant relationship between exposure to K-Pop (p-value 0.042), body image (p-value 0.027), and stress level (0.018) on the risk of eating disorders. Based on the results of this study, the authors suggest creating educational media for teenagers to be wiser in using social media and filtering foreign cultures that are accepted as well as increasing awareness about eating disorders.

Remaja mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik serta psikologis yang pesat. Hal ini membuat remaja rentan mengalami masalah kesehatan, salah satunya gangguan perilaku makan. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi yaitu peer attachment dan parent attachment. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan peer dan parent attachment dengan gangguan perilaku makan pada remaja SMA. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional kepada 65 responden yang diambil berdasarkan purposive sampling. Kriteria responden penelitian yaitu remaja usia 15-17 tahun dan mengalami gangguan perilaku makan. Gangguan perilaku makan diidentifikasi menggunakan alat ukur The Eating Attitudes Test-26 EAT-26, sedangkan attachment diukur dengan mengadakan penyuluhan secara berkala berkaitan dengan berat badan ideal, perilaku makan yang baik, dan gizi seimbang. The Inventory of Peer and Parent Attachment IPPA yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini telah dinyatakan lolos kaji etik oleh Komite Etik Penelitian Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan peer attachment dengan gangguan perilaku makan p=0,000;r=0,459, dan ada hubungan parent attachment dengan gangguan perilaku makan p=0,020;r=0,288. Rekomendasi adalah sekolah dapat memaksimalkan upaya membangun perilaku hidup sehat dengan mengadakan penyuluhan secara berkala berkaitan dengan berat badan ideal, perilaku makan yang baik, dan gizi seimbang.
The growth and development on adolescent changes rapidly. It makes adolescent become more vulnerable with health problems, one of them is disordered eating behaviors. Peer attachment and parent attachment are factors that influence the problem. This study is aimed to determine the correlation between peer and parent attachment with disordered eating behaviors in high school adolescents. Its design was cross sectional with 65 samples and selected through purposive sampling. technique.The Criteria of respondents were adolescent aged 15 17 years and experienced disodered eating behaviors. Disordered eating behaviors were identified using the The Eating Attitudes Test 26 EAT 26, while attachments were measured by The Inventory of Peer and Parent Attachment IPPA. Both of them are valid and reliable. This research has been declared escaped ethical review by Research Ethics Committee Faculty of Nursing University of Indonesia. The results showed there were a correlation between peer attachment and disordered eating behaviors p 0,000 r 0,459 . Also, there were a correlation between parent attachment and disordered eating behaviors p 0,020 r 0,288 . This study recommends that schools can maximize efforts to build healthy lifestyles by conducting periodic counseling related to ideal body weight, good eating behavior, and balanced nutrition.

Perilaku makan kurang sehat banyak dijumpai pada remaja secara global maupun nasional. Perilaku makan yang kurang sehat dapat mempengaruhi asupan zat gizi dan kesehatan remaja dalam jangka panjang. Kurang konsumsi kelompok makan tertentu dapat menimbulkan defisiensi zat gizi. Sedangkan, konsumsi gula, garam, dan lemak berlebih dapat menimbulkan masalah kesehatan seperti obesitas, penyakit kardiovaskular, diabetes, dan penyakit kronis lainnya. Di satu sisi, perkembangan penggunaan media sosial sangat pesat, khususnya TikTok yang merupakan media sosial berbasis short video. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh short video pada TikTok terhadap perilaku makan remaja. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen dengan satu kelompok perlakuan dan satu kelompok kontrol yang tidak dipilih secara acak. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 75 siswa/i SMAN 1 Tangerang. Hasil uji menggunakan Paired T Test menunjukan perubahan signifikan pada perilaku makan, pengetahuan gizi, dan sikap pada kelompok perlakuan antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Lebih lanjut, berdasarkan Independent T Test terdapat perbedaan signifikan nilai perilaku makan dan pengetahuan gizi antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Namun, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada nilai sikap antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh paparan short video TikTok terhadap perubahan perilaku makan, pengetahuan gizi, dan sikap remaja pada kelompok perlakuan. ......Unhealthy eating behaviours are common among adolescents globally and nationally. Unhealthy eating behaviours can affect nutrient intake and long-term health of adolescents. Under-consumption of certain food groups can lead to nutrient deficiencies. Meanwhile, excessive consumption of sugar, salt and fat can lead to health problems such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other chronic diseases. On the one hand, the development of social media use is very rapid, especially TikTok which is a short video-based social media. This study aims to determine the effect of short videos on TikTok on adolescent eating behaviour. The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design with one treatment group and one control group that was not randomly selected. The samples used in the study were 75 students of SMAN 1 Tangerang. Paired T Test results showed significant changes in eating behaviour, nutritional knowledge, and attitudes in the treatment group between before and after the intervention. Furthermore, based on the Independent T Test, there was a significant difference in the value of eating behaviour and nutritional knowledge between the treatment group and the control group. However, there was no significant difference in attitude scores between the treatment and control groups. It can be concluded that there is an effect of short videos on TikTok on changes in eating behaviour, nutritional knowledge, and attitudes of adolescents in treatment group.

ABSTRACT
Perilaku makan menyimpang merupakan gangguan psikologis yang melibatkan obsesi terhadap makanan dan secara ekstrim memiliki perilaku makan yang kurang sehat dan cenderung tidak puas terhadap citra tubuh. Perilaku makan menyimpang berdampak pada fisiologis tubuh antara lain menurunnya kepadatan tulang, abnormalitas elektrolit tubuh, gangguan hormon, dan komplikasi kesehatan. Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh media sebagai faktor dominan kecenderungan perilaku makan menyimpang pada remaja di SMA Negeri 39 Jakarta Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi cross sectional dengan responden sebanyak 205 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan April 2018 dengan cara pengisian kuesioner dan pengukuran antropometri. Analisis statistik untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel menggunakan uji chi-square dan faktor dominan menggunakan uji regresi logistik ganda. ABSTRACT
Eating disorder is psychological illness that involves an obsession with food and extremely unhealthy eating behaviors, followed by body image dissatisfaction. Eating disorder impact physiological body such as decreased bone mineral density, fluid and electrolyte abnormalities, hormone abnormalities, and health complication. This thesis discusses about media influence as dominant factor as subthreshold eating disorder on adolescence at Senior High School 39 Jakarta in 2018. The research was conducted using quantitive method with cross sectional design in 205 respondent. Data were collected in April 2018 with self administrated questionnaire and anthropometric measurement. Statistical analytic for significant association between variables is analyzed using chi square test, while dominant factor is analyzed using binary logistic regression. The result showed that 57,6 respondent have subthreshold eating disorder. There are significant associations between subthreshold eating disorder and dieting behavior.

Emotional Eating atau perilaku makan emosional merupakan perilaku meningkatkan konsumsi makanan sebagai respon terhadap emosi-emosi negatif, di mana emotional eating memiliki sifat obesogenic yang berkontribusi terhadap kenaikan berat badan dan obesitas. Berdasarkan data Riskesdas tahun 2013, ditemukan peningkatan angka kegemukan dan obesitas pada remaja setiap tahunnya, dengan angka prevalensi tertinggi berada di provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku emotional eating dengan indeks massa tubuh remaja, menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 50 remaja berusia 15-18 tahun di SMA Charitas Jakarta. Hasil diperoleh responden sebagian besar terdiri dari perempuan 54, berusia 16 tahun 52, serta berasal dari siswa kelas XI jurusan IPA 34 dan IPS 24, sebagian besar responden memiliki IMT/U dengan kategori normal 68, dan responden yang memiliki perilaku makan dengan kecenderungan emotional eating cukup tinggi 48. Variabel emotional eating dengan indeks massa tubuh siswa menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan p = 0,145; = 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan melalui penelitian ini bahwa emotional eating tidak memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kondisi indeks massa tubuh siswa SMA Charitas Jakarta.
Emotional Eating is a behavior of increasing food consumption in response to negative emotions, where emotional eating has obesogenic traits that contribute to weight gain and obesity. Based on Riskesdas year of 2013,in each year has been found an increase in overweight and obesity rate in adolescents, with the highest prevalence rate in the province of DKI Jakarta. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional eating behavior with adolescent body mass index, using cross sectional design with a sample of 50 adolescents aged 15 18 years in Charitas Senior High School Jakarta. The results of the study were mostly female 54, 16 years old 52, and came from grade XI students in science 34 and IPS 24 , most of them had BMI Age with normal category 68, and respondents who had eating behavior with emotional eating tendency was quite high 48. The emotional eating variable with student body mass index showed no significant relationship p 0,145 0,05. It can be concluded through this research that emotional eating does not have a dominant influence on the body mass index condition of Charitas Senior High School Jakarta students.

Situasi yang penuh tekanan seperti COVID-19 memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada khususnya dewasa muda. Salah satu dampak peristiwa tersebut misal berupa meningkatnya psychological distress, yaitu keadaan subjektif nonklinis yang menimbulkan perasaan depresi dan kecemasan. Individu dengan strategi coping yang kurang baik lantas mengembangkan perilaku makan berlebihan yang disebabkan karena keadaan emosi negatifnya (emotional eating). Salah satu faktor yang dapat mengurangi perilaku emotional eating individu adalah mindfulness. Penelitian ini kemudian mengukur hubungan antara psychological distress dan emotional eating dengan menggunakan desain korelasional Pearson. Sementara itu, efek mindfulness terhadap hubungan antara psychological distress dan emotional eating diukur menggunakan analisis moderasi. Sampel didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling pada dewasa muda di seluruh Indonesia. Alat ukur self-report digunakan pada masing-masing variabel yaitu psychological distress, emotional eating, dan mindfulness. Sebanyak 225 orang partisipan berpartisipasi pada penelitian berbasis daring dengan sukarela, dengan rentang usia partisipan terbanyak adalah 19-24 tahun (M = 22.75, SD = 3.739). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological distress memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan emotional eating, meskipun tidak ditemukan peran moderasi mindfulness pada hubungan tersebut. ......Stressful events such as the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly brought serious impact for young adults, one of them including the increasing psychological distress. Psychological distress is a non-clinical subjective state that causes feelings of depression and anxiety. Furthermore, individuals with poor coping strategies develop overating due to their negative emotional state (emotional eating). One of the factors that may reduce the emotional eating behavior is mindfulness. This study measures the relationship between psychological distress and emotional eating using the Pearson correlational design. On the other hand, the effect of mindfulness in the relationship between psychological distress and emotional eating is measured using moderation analysis. Samples are obtained from young adults in Indonesia using the convenience sampling technique. The data is then collected using a self-report method for each variable (e.g. psychological distress, emotional eating, mindfulness). A total of 225 participants have taken part in this online-based study voluntarily, mostly aged 19-24 year old (M = 22.75, SD = 3.739). The results show that psychological distress has a significant positive relationship with emotional eating, although it is discovered that there is no moderating effect of mindfulness in the said association.
