"Formularium obat merupakan daftar pengobatan dan produk terkait yang dilakukan secara berkala berdasarkan kedokteran berbasis bukti terkini dan pertimbangan para ahli, yang disusun untuk mendukung keamanan, keefektifan, dan keterjangkauan pengobatan. Formularium Obat Inhealth (FOI) yang digunakan sebagai acuan dalam penelitian ini merupakan formularium obat yang digunakan terhadap pengguna jasa Mandiri Inhealth dan Formularium Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia merupakan formularium dalam pengobatan dasar di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RSUI). Dalam rangka peningkatan rumah sakit dan pelayanan terhadap pasien, perbaikan dan penelitian terhadap formularium rumah sakit perlu dilakukan sehingga baik pasien asuransi maupun tidak, dapat terpenuhi kebutuhan dan kepuasannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh persentase dari daftar obat Formularium Obat Inhealth (FOI) yang sudah tercakup dalam Formularium Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia, baik secara keseluruhan maupun berdasarkan empat (4) variabel yaitu zat aktif, nama dagang, kekuatan dosis, dan bentuk sediaan. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa 41% obat pada FOI sudah tercakup pada Formularium RSUI dan pada masing-masing variabel jumlah obat yang sudah tercakup masih terbilang belum sepenuhnya cukup.

A drug formulary is a list of medications and related products that is carried out regularly based on the latest evidence-based medicine, considerations of experts in terms of diagnosis and treatment of disease and health maintenance, which is compiled to support the safety, effectiveness, and affordability of medication. The Inhealth Drug Formulary (FOI) used as a reference in this study is the drug formulary used for Mandiri Inhealth Insurance users, and the Universitas Indonesia Hospital Formulary is a formulary in basic medications for patients at Universitas Indonesia Hospital. In order to improve quality of hospital and services to patients, improvements on hospital formularies need to be carried out, so that for both patients with and without insurance can meet the quality of their needs and satisfaction. This study aims to obtain the percentage of the Inhealth Drug Formulary list that has been included in the Universitas Indonesia Hospital Formulary, whether as a whole and based on variables such as active ingredients, brand names, doses, and dosage forms. The results of data processing showed that 41% of medicines in the FOI have been found in the RSUI Formulary and in each variable the number of drugs that had been listed was not fully enough."

"Kesesuaian obat adalah obat yang digunakan untuk pelayanan kesehatan di puskesmas diharapkan sama dengan obat yang tercantum dalam formularium nasional. Obat yang ada di puskesmas harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan untuk pelayanan pengobatan pada masyarakat di wilayah kerjanya. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif yaitu menggunakan data formularium puskesmas matraman tahun 2023. Persentase kesesuaian berdasarkan item obat pada formularium puskesmas di puskesmas kecamatan matraman tahun 2023 sebesar 70,28%. Ketidaksesuaian obat antara formularium nasional dengan formularium puskesmas matraman disebabkan oleh beberapa pertimbangan seperti puskesmas mempertimbangkan preferensi dan kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat setempat, banyaknya jumlah pasien yang datang ke puskesmas yang memerlukan penggunaan obat tersebut daripada obat yang ada di fornas, pemilihan dan pertimbangan klinis oleh dokter dan petugas kesehatan berdasarkan kondisi spesifik pasien.

The percentage of conformity based on drug items in the health center formulary in the Matraman sub-district health center in 2023 is 70.28%. The discrepancy between medicines between the national formulary and the Matraman Community Health Center formulary is caused by several considerations, such as the Community Health Center taking into account the preferences and health needs of the local community, the large number of patients coming to the Community Health Center who require the use of these drugs rather than the drugs available at the Fornas, selection and clinical considerations by doctors and staff. health based on the patient's specific condition."

"Formularium Nasional merupakan daftar obat terpilih yang dibutuhkan dan tersedia di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Analisis kesesuian Formularium Nasional (Fornas) di rumah sakit dapat dilakukan salah satunya dengan melihat kepatuhan peresepan obat. Peresepan obat di rumah sakit harus sesuai dengan Formularium Rumah Sakit (FRS) dan Fornas yang telah disusun. Peresepan obat yang tidak sesuai dengan FRS dan Fornas dapat mengakibatkan turunnya mutu pelayanan rumah sakit, besarnya anggaran pelayanan kesehatan, bahkan dapat mengurangi penilaian dalam akreditasi rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan indeks kesesuian peresepan obat pasien terhadap Formularium Nasional. Indeks Kesesuaian tersebut diupayakan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan oleh rumah sakit Universitas Indonesia dalam aspek pelayanan farmasi kepada pasien dan kepuasan dari pasien. Metode pengambilan data dan analisis indeks kesesuaian dilakukan berdasarkan resep pasien melalui system AFYA. Hasil analisis data indeks kesesuaian peresepan obat dengan Formularium Nasional (Fornas) di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2023, diperoleh persentase kesesuaian resep obat di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia belum mencapai 100% sesuai dengan Fornas. Meskipun demikian, peresepan obat di rumah sakit tersebut telah melebihi standar kesesuaian yang ditetapkan berdasarkan indikator mutu pelayanan kesehatan Rumah Sakit, dengan persentase kesesuaian lebih dari 80%.

The National Formulary is a list of selected drugs that are needed and available in health service facilities as a reference in the implementation of National Health Insurance. One way to analyze the compliance of the National Formulary (Fornas) in hospitals is by looking at compliance with drug prescribing. Prescription of medicines in hospitals must be in accordance with the Hospital Formulary (FRS) and National Fornas that have been prepared. Prescribing drugs that are not in accordance with the FRS and Fornas can result in a decrease in the quality of hospital services, the size of the health service budget, and can even reduce the assessment of hospital accreditation. This research aims to increase the index of conformity of patient drug prescriptions to the National Formulary. The Conformity Index is intended to improve the quality of service by the University of Indonesia hospital in the aspect of pharmaceutical services to patients and patient satisfaction. Data collection methods and suitability index analysis are carried out based on patient prescriptions through the AFYA system. The results of data analysis on the conformity index of drug prescriptions with the National Formulary (Fornas) at the University of Indonesia Hospital in 2023, it was found that the percentage of suitability of drug prescriptions at the University of Indonesia Hospital had not yet reached 100% according to Fornas. However, drug prescribing at the hospital has exceeded the conformity standards set based on the hospital's health service quality indicators, with a conformity percentage of more than 80%."
