"Halusinasi merupakan gejala gangguan jiwa dimana individu mengalami respon panca-indra terhadap sumber yang tidak nyata. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas asuhan keperawatan aktivitas terjadwal: menggambar terhadap penurunan skor form evaluasi tanda dan gejala halusinasi pada klien dengan masalah keperawatan halusinasi pendengaran di ruang Dewi Amba Rumah Sakit Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Laporan kasus ini dibuat dengan melakukan pengukuran skor evaluasi tanda dan gejala halusinasi setiap pertemuan dengan klien. Hasil dari laporan kasus menunjukkan bahwa asuhan keperawatan aktivitas terjadwal: menggambar efektif terhadap penurunan skor evaluasi tanda dan gejala halusinasi pada klien dengan masalah keperawatan halusinasi pendengaran. Kesimpulan dari laporan kasus ini yaitu pemberian asuhan keperawatan aktivitas terjadwal: menggambar dapat menurunkan dan mengontrol halusinasi pendengaran yang dialami oleh klien.

Hallucinations are symptoms of mental disorders in which individuals experience a five-sensory response to an unrealsource. This case report aims to find out the effectiveness of nursing care scheduled activities: drawing against the decreased form score  evaluation of signs and symptoms of hallucinations  in clients with auditory hallucination nursing problems in the Dewi Amba room of Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor Hospital. This case report is made by measuring the evaluation score of signs and symptoms of hallucinations  every meeting with the client. Results from case reports showed that nursing care was scheduled activity: drawing effectively against decreased evaluation scores of signs and symptoms of hallucinations  in clients with auditory hallucination nursing problems. The conclusion of this case report is the provision of nursing care scheduled activities: drawing can decrease and control auditory hallucinations experienced by clients. "

"Skizofrenia adalah salah satu gangguan mental kronis yang mengganggu kemampuan fungsional secara signifikan. Karakteristik utama pada pasien skizofrenia adalah gangguan kognitif. Pada rehabilitasi psikososial, salah satu pendekatan terapi seni pada pasien skizofrenia adalah aktivitas menggambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas menggambar terhadap tingkat gangguan kognitif pada pasien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental tipe nonequivalent control group. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 40 subjek dan diambil dengan metode purposive sampling pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Versi Indonesia (MoCA-Ina) akan digunakan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan untuk mengukur tingkat gangguan kognitif pasien skizofrenia. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Mann-whitney U menunjukkan nilai hasil uji sebesar 0,011 sehingga nilai signifikansi < 0,05. Maka dari itu kesimpulan yang di dapat dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh aktivitas menggambar terhadap tingkat gangguan kognitif pasien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi.

Schizophrenia is a chronic mental disorder that significantly impairs functional ability. The main characteristic of schizophrenia patients is cognitive impairment. In psychosocial rehabilitation, one of art therapy approaches in schizophrenia patients is drawing activity. This study aims to determine the effect of drawing activities on the level of cognitive impairment in patients. This study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group. The sample size of this study is 40 subjects and are taken by purposive sampling at dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Mental Hospital. Montreal Cognitive Assessment Indonesia (MoCA-Ina) assessment will be used before and after treatment to measure the level of cognitive impairment of schizophrenia patients. The results of data analysis using the Mann-Whitney U test showed a test value of 0.011, so the significance value was < 0.05. Therefore, the conclusion drawn from this study is that there is an effect of drawing activities on the level of cognitive impairment in schizophrenia patients at Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Mental Hospital."
