Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan Indonesia dalam melakukan diplomasi terhadap India dalam rangka penguatan hubungan perdagangan Indonesia-India pada industri sawit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif di mana metode analisisnya adalah deskriptif analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka analisis berdasarkan konsep diplomasi ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan hubungan perdagangan antara Indonesia dengan India pada industri sawit dapat terlaksana melalui langkah-langkah diplomasi ekonomi yang tepat. Keterlibatan peran Kementerian Luar Negeri dan aktor swasta lainnya juga diperlukan dalam mencapai keberhasilan tersebut. Melalui diplomasi ekonomi Indonesia dan India mengupayakan untuk membangun dan meningkatkan hubungan bilateral perdagangan kedua negara yang sudah ada secara lebih jelas, terencana, sistematis dan terarah untuk menstabilkan hubungan kedua negara khususnnya dalam perdagangan dan meningkatkan kerja sama dalam situasi kondusif. ......This study aims to determine the efforts made by Indonesia in carrying out diplomacy towards India in order to strengthen Indonesia-India trade relations in the palm oil industry. This research uses a qualitative approach in which the analysis method is descriptive analysis. This study uses an analytical framework based on the concept of economic diplomacy. The results of this study indicate that the success of trade relations between Indonesia and India in the palm oil industry can be carried out through appropriate economic diplomacy measures. The involvement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other non-state actors is also needed to achieve this success. Through economic diplomacy, Indonesia and India strive to build and improve the existing bilateral trade relations between the two countries in a clearer, planned, systematic and directed manner to stabilize relations between the two countries, especially in trade and increase cooperation in a conducive situation.

Abstrak :
Skripsi ini berisi analisis terkait eksistensi yang dimiliki China di kawasan Pasifik Selatan dengan menggunakan teori pilihan rasional institusional dan penerapan kerangka kerja institutional rational choice sebagai faktor yang mengubah hubungan diplomatik antara Taiwan dengan Kepulauan Solomon di Tahun 2019. Dalam skripsi ini, permasalahan utama yang timbul dan menjadi pertanyaan penelitian dari skripsi ini adalah “bagaimana dampak eksistensi China memberikan pengaruh dalam berubahnya hubungan diplomatik Taiwan dengan Kepulauan Solomon di Tahun 2019?”. Dalam skripsi ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan penelitian deskriptif rinci. Hasil dari penelitian skripsi ini, ditemukan bahwa dengan kerangka kerja yang dipakai, dampak eksistensi China di kawasan Pasifik Selatan mempengaruhi hubungan diplomatik Kepulauan Solomon dan Taiwan dalam 3 kategori, yaitu: 1. Insentif Ekonomi; 2. Strategi Geopolitik; 3. Kondisi Politik Domestik. Saran dari penulis adalah bagi peneliti atau penulis selanjutnya untuk dapat melakukan penelitian secara lebih mendalam terkait unit terkecil penelitian ini. ......This paper contains an analysis related to China's existence in the South Pacific region using institutional rational choice theory and the application of the institutional rational choice framework as a factor that changed diplomatic relations between Taiwan and the Solomon Islands in 2019. In this thesis, the main problem that arises and becomes the research question of this thesis is “how does the impact of China's existence influence the change in Taiwan's diplomatic relations with the Solomon Islands in 2019?”. In this thesis, the method used is a qualitative method with detailed descriptive research. The results of this thesis research, found that with the framework used, the impact of China's existence in the South Pacific region affects the diplomatic relations of Solomon Islands and Taiwan in 3 categories, namely: 1. Economic Incentives; 2. Geopolitical Strategy; 3. Domestic Political Conditions. The author's suggestion is for future researchers or writers to be able to conduct more in-depth research related to the smallest unit of this research.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh putusnya hubungan diplomatik Republik Sudan dengan Republik Islam Iran 2014-2016. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi Sudan mengubah kebijakan luar negerinya terhadap Iran, dari yang menjalin kerjasama diplomatik, kemudian memutuskan hubungan diplomatiknya secara sepihak. Tesis ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan teknik wawancara sebagai data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder berupa kajian pustaka. Sementara untuk metode analisis data menggunakan metode flow chart analysis dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam proses penelitian, data dan fakta yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan konsep Sistem Internasional dan kerangka teori Realisme Neoklasik, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perubahan kebijakan luar negeri Sudan yang akhirnya memutuskan hubungan diplomatiknya dengan Iran dilatarbelakangi oleh dua faktor utama, yaitu intervention variables atau faktor internal yang dalam hal ini berupa kondisi ekonomi yang memburuk, hilangnya cadangan minyak, dinamika sosial, dan peran sentral militer. Faktor selanjutnya yaitu independent variable berupa kebijakan luar negeri Sudan terhadap regional dan internasional, dominasi Arab Saudi di regional yang terancam, serta pemberian sanksi, embargo ekonomi dan label negara pendukung terorisme Amerika Serikat kepada Sudan. ......This research is motivated by the severance of diplomatic relations between the Republic of the Sudan and the Islamic Republic of Iran 2014-2016. The purpose of this research is to reveal the factors behind Sudan changing its foreign policy towards Iran, from establishing diplomatic cooperation, then breaking diplomatic relations unilaterally. This thesis uses a descriptive analytical qualitative research method with interview techniques as primary data and secondary data collection techniques in the form of literature review. Meanwhile, the data analysis method uses a flow chart analysis method by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. In the research process, the data and facts obtained are then analyzed using the concept of the International System and the theoretical framework of Neoclassical Realism, it can be concluded that Sudan's foreign policy changes that finally severed its diplomatic relations with Iran were motivated by two main factors, namely intervention variables or internal factors in this case in the form of deteriorating economic conditions, loss of oil reserves, social dynamics, and the central role of the military. The next factor is the independent variable in the form of Sudan's foreign policy towards the region and internationally, the threatened dominance of Saudi Arabia in the region, as well as sanctions, economic embargoes and labeling of the United States as a state sponsor of terrorism to Sudan.
