Abstrak :
Latar Belakang: Kontribusi tiap individu sangat penting dalam menjaga lingkungan yang berkelanjutan baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dalam dunia pekerjaan termasuk dokter gigi. Tingkat kesadaran mengenai lingkungan yang berkelanjutan dan praktik kedokteran gigi ramah lingkungan pada mahasiswa kedokteran gigi dan dokter gigi perlu diketahui. Tujuan: Mengembangkan alat ukur kesadaran lingkungan yang berkelanjutan dan praktik kedokteran gigi ramah lingkungan yang valid dan reliabel dan mengetahui tingkat kesadaran lingkungan yang berkelanjutan dan praktik kedokteran gigi ramah lingkungan pada mahasiswa program sarjana, profesi dan spesialis FKG UI. Metode: Pengembangan alat ukur untuk mengetahui tingkat kesadaran lingkungan yang berkelanjutan dan tingkat kesadaran praktik kedokteran gigi ramah lingkungan dilakukan menggunakan alat ukur serupa berbahasa Inggris yang dimodifikasi ke Bahasa Indonesia. Uji reliabilitas dan validitas data penelitian tingkat kesadaran dilakukan pada responden yang merupakan mahasiswa sarjana, profesi dan spesialis di FKG UI tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Desain penelitian adalah studi potong lintang dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil: Uji validitas dan reliabilitas pada kedua alat ukur yaitu kuesioner tingkat kesadaran lingkungan yang berkelanjutan dan praktik kedokteran gigi ramah lingkungan dapat dipercaya dan dapat digunakan pada penelitian ini. Total responden pada penelitian ini adalah 457 orang dengan tingkat kesadaran lingkungan yang berkelanjutan dan praktik kedokteran gigi ramah lingkungan pada mahasiswa FKGUI adalah ‘sedang’ pada semua tingkat pendidikan dan jenis kelamin. Kesadaran rendah ditemukan pada kegiatan praktek mengompos sisa makanan menjadi pupuk. Responden merasa sulit untuk mengubah praktik saat ini menjadi praktik kedokteran gigi yang ramah lingkungan karena merasa sulit untuk mencari produk-produk kedokteran gigi yang ramah lingkungan serta menggantikan alat sekali pakai dengan alat yang reusable. Kesimpulan: Kedua alat ukur yang dihasilkan dapat mengukur tingkat kesadaran lingkungan yang berkelanjutan dan tingkat kesadaran praktik kedokteran gigi ramah lingkungan. Tingkat kesadaran ‘sedang’ pada mahasiswa FKGUI ini perlu ditingkatkan agar tercipta perilaku yang ramah lingkungan. ......Background: Participation of every person is very important to maintain environmental sustainability, either in the daily life and the work environment, including dentistry. It is important to know the level of environment and green dentistry awareness among dentistry students and dentists. Purpose: To develop a valid and reliable measuring tool for environment and green dentistry awareness and to investigate the level environmental and green dentistry awareness among undergraduate, professional and specialist Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Indonesia students. Method: The development of measuring instruments to determine the level of environmental and green dentistry awareness was carried out using a similar instrument in English which was modified to Bahasa Indonesia. The reliability and validity test of the level of awareness research data were carried out on respondents who were undergraduate, professional and specialist students at Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Indonesia (FKG UI) in the 2019/2020 academic year. The research design was a cross-sectional study using purposive sampling method. Results: The validity and reliability tests on the two measuring instruments, namely the questionnaire on the level of environmental and green dentistry awareness, are reliable and can be used in this study. The total respondents in this study were 457 people with a level of environmental and green dentistry awareness among FKG UI students who were "moderate" at all levels of education and gender. Low awareness was found in the practice of composting food scraps into fertilizer. Respondents found it difficult to change current practices into environmentally friendly dental practices because they found it difficult to find dentistry products that were environmentally friendly and replace disposable tools with reusable tools. Conclusion: The two measuring instruments produced can measure the level of environmental and green dentistry awareness. The level of 'moderate' awareness among FKGUI students needs to be improved in order to create environmentally friendly behavior

Gangguan estetika orofasial secara umum mempengaruhi keadaan psikososial seseorang, rendahnya kepercayaan diri dan adanya hambatan dalam interaksi sosial pada akhirnya mempengaruhi kualitas hidup seorang individu. Estetika orofasial merupakan konsep subjektif yang dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, penilaian antara klinisi maupun pasien akan menghasilkan persepsi yang berbeda. Alat ukur yang dapat digunakan untuk dapat menilai dampak psikososial gangguan estetika orofasial diperlukan sehingga klinisi dapat menilai persepsi pasien terkait gangguan estetika orofasial guna menunjang keberhasilan perawatan. Alat ukur Phychosocial Impact of Dental Aesthetic Questionnare (PIDAQ) versi Bahasa Indonesia merupakan alat ukur untuk menilai dampak psikososial gangguan estetika orofasial pada perawatan kasus prostodonsia yang telah dilakukan adaptasi lintas budaya Indonesia yang telah teruji valid dan reliabel, namun belum dilakukan uji responsif pada alat ukur PIDAQ-Id. Tujuan : Melakukan uji responsif dengan pendekatan konsep dengan melakukan uji hipotesis pada alat ukur PIDAQ-Id untuk menilai dampak psikososial gangguan estetika orofasial. Bahan dan Metode : Uji responsif dengan pendekatan konsep pada alat ukur PIDAQId dilakukan dengan cara uji hipotesis membandingkan nilai setiap domain PIDAQ-Id dengan dua kelompok subjek yang membutuhkan perawatan estetika dan kelompok subjek yang tidak membutuhkan perawatan estetika sesuai dengan opini subjek, persepsi pasien terhadap penampilan estetika orofasialnya menggunakan OES-Id, penilaian estetika orofasial oleh klinisi dengan menggunakan PEI-Id. Subjek penelitian merupakan pasien yang datang ke klinik Prostodonsia dan Orthodonsia RSGM FKG UI yang membutuh perawatan estetika orofasial atau tidak membutuhkan dengan rentan usia 18-65 tahun, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara consecutive sampling. Total subjek penelitian adalah 60 subjek terbagi menjadi kelompok pasien yang membutuhkan perawatan estetika orofasial (50%) dan pasien yang tidak membutuhkan perawatan (50%). Hasil: Terdapat perbedaan signifikan nilai dampak psikososial estetika orofasial dengan alat ukur PIDAQ-Id antara pasien yang memiliki kebutuhan perawatan estetika orofasial dibandingkan dengan pasien yang tidak membutuhkan perawatan. Persepsi pasien terhadap penampilan estetika orofasialnya dengan dampak psikososial gangguan estetika orofasial menggunakan alat ukur PIDAQ-Id memiliki hubungan bermakna. Terdapat hubungan bermakna penilaian (p<0,05) estetika orofasial oleh klinisi dengan dampak psikososial gangguan estetika orofasial menggunakan alat ukur PIDAQ-Id, sehingga uji hipotesis menghasilkan 100% hipotesis diterima. Kesimpulan : Alat ukur PIDAQ-Id adalah responsif yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai persepsi pasien akan dampak psikososial estetika orofasial pada pasien prostodonsia. ......Orofacial aesthetic impairments generally affect person‘s psychosocial, low selfconfidence and barriers to social interaction ultimately affect an individual's quality of life. Orofacial aesthetics is a subjective concept that is influenced by many factors, the assessment between clinicians and patients will produce different perceptions. Measuring tools that can be used to assess the orofacial psychosocial aesthetic disorders are needed so that clinicians can assess patient perceptions regarding orofacial aesthetic impairments in order of treatment success. The Indonesian version of the Phychosocial Impact of Dental Aesthetic Questionnare (PIDAQ) is a measuring tool for assessing orofacial aesthetic psychosocial disorders in the treatment of prosthodontic cases that have been adapted Indonesian cultures which have been tested valid and reliable, but responsive tests have not been carried out. Objective: To conduct a responsiveness test using a conceptual approach to the PIDAQ-Id measuring tool to assess the psychosocial impact of orofacial aesthetic impairments. Materials and Methods : Responsive test with a concept approach of PIDAQ-Id measuring instrument was carried out by means of hypothesis testing comparing the value of each PIDAQ-Id domain with two groups of subjects who needed aesthetic treatment and groups of subjects who did not need aesthetic treatment according to the subject's opinion, patient perception on the orofacial aesthetic appearance using OES-Id, clinical orofacial aesthetic assessment using PEI-Id. Participants were patient that came to Prostodontic and Orthodontic clinic at RSGM FKG UI were selected by consecutive sampling methode with an age range of 18-65 years and were asked about their need of orofacial esthetic treatment. A total of 60 subjects divided into groups of patients who needed orofacial aesthetic treatment (50%) and patients who did not need treatment (50%). Results : There is a significant difference in the value of the psychosocial impact of orofacial aesthetics with the PIDAQ-Id measuring tool between patients who have orofacial aesthetic treatment needs compared to patients who do not need treatment. The patient's perception of his orofacial aesthetic appearance and the psychosocial impact of orofacial aesthetics disorders using the PIDAQ-Id measurement tool has a statistically significant correlation. There is a statistically significant correlation between clinical orofacial esthetics assessments with the psychosocial impact of orofacial aesthetics impairments using the PIDAQ-Id, so that the hypothesis test results in 100% of the hypothesis are accepted. Conclusion: The measuring tool of PIDAQ-Id is responsive which can be used to assess patient perceptions of the psychosocial impact, orofacial aesthetics in prosthodontic patients.

Pengetahuan masyarakat yang semakin meningkat membuat masyarakat memberikan perhatian lebih dalam hal estetika gigi. Konsep proporsi terbaru yang digunakan sebagai panduan estetika di Negara Barat adalah Recurring Esthetic Dental (RED) proportion oleh Daniel Ward. Untuk mengetahui apakah konsep Recurring Esthetic Dental (RED) proportion dapat diterapkan pada ras Deutro Melayu, dilakukan pencetakan rahang atas, pengukuran lebar mesio distal dan tinggi gigi anterior rahang atas tampak frontal, kemudian penghitungan proporsi lebar gigi anterior rahang atas pada mahasiswa FKG UI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep Recurring Esthetic Dental (RED) proportion tidak dapat diterapkan pada ras Deutro Melayu karena proporsi RED yang ditemukan berbeda. ...... The increasing of public knowledge makes people give more attention to dental esthetics. The new concept that used as esthetics guide in Western countries is Recurring Esthetic Dental (RED) proportion by Daniel Ward. To determine whether this concept can be applied to Deutro Melayu Race, maxillary impression was taken, mesio distal width and height of the anterior teeth looked frontal were measured, then width proportions of the anterior teeth were calculated among dental students at University of Indonesia. The result showed that the concept of RED proportion can’t be applied to Deutro Melayu race because RED proportions found were different.
