"Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh kebudayaan Islam dan Arab yang berkembang di Cina Barat. Agama Islam yang berkembang di Cina dibawa oleh para saudagar langsung dari Timur Tengah ketika di Timur Tengah tepatnya di Arab, Islam sedang mengalami perkembangan yang pesat sekitar tahun 651 M. Para penyebar Islam dari Arab membawa nilai-nilai kebudayaan Arab-Islam dan berbagai macam seni sebagai sarana untuk menyebarkan agama Islam di Cina. Kebudayaan Islam dan Arab di Cina menghasilkan akulturasi dengan kebudayaan setempat. Berkembangnya kebudayaan Islam dan Arab di Cina bertujuan agar agama Islam dapat diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat Cina. Pengaruh kebudayaan Islam dan Arab di Cina Barat antara lain berupa arsitektur bangunan, kaligrafi, masakan halal, beladiri Islam, makam, pakaian, pengaruh porselen, suku muslim, obat-obatan, dan penanggalan.

This paper discusses the influence of Islam and Arabic culture that developed in Western China. Islam is growing in China brought by merchants directly from the Middle East as in the Middle East precisely in Arabic, Islam is experiencing rapid growth around the year 651 AD The propagator of Islam from the Arabs brought the values of the Arab-Islamic culture and the various arts as a means to spread Islam in China. Islam and Arab culture in China produce acculturation with the local culture. The development of Islam and Arab culture in China aims to Islam were well received by Chinese society. The influence of Islam and Arab culture in western China, among others, in the form of architecture, calligraphy, food halal, the Islamic martial arts, cemeteries, clothing, porcelain effect, Muslim tribes, medicine, and calendar."

ABSTRACTThis paper describes about the research that author did about the relathionship of Hallyu and the use of Korean cosmetic products in Indonesia. The author examines the effect of Hallyu on the use of Korean cosmetic products Etude House in University of Indonesia. Based on the research conducted by the author using interview method and literature study, and based on a previous research conducted by Anna Schmidt which titled Halyu and The Rise of Korean Cosmetics in China 2016 , it is proven that Hallyu is influencing the use of Korean cosmetic products Etude House in University of Indonesia."

""The order of international relations in Asia is predominantly state-centric. It is one based primarily on absolute national sovereignty, exclusive national identity and patriotic national citizenship. This sovereignty-based or state-centered order, however, has been challenged and progressively undermined by a people-centric order that is governed by ideals of global citizenship and principles of global justice. In this people-centric order, the emergence of a new form of politics in which citizens are empowered by various non-governmental organizations that serve to define and influence world politics is envisaged. Clearly, such an order clashes with the prevailing Asian national sovereignty-based model. This book provides a systematic descriptive, explanatory and normative analysis of the clash of normative orders in Asia, and develops an analysis of Asian responses to the challenge posed by a more diffuse people-centric order and the implications this may have for global justice. The book aims to study two paradigms of political order -- a national statist sovereignty-based order and a people-centric order, analyze the conflict between two diverse political paradigms within an Asian setting, and assess the various challenges a people-centric order poses for a sovereignty-based order. It also aims to address the paucity of Asian normative thinking through a synthesis of intellectual sources and normative theories.
