"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Goal Orientations terhadap Creativity Perfomance yang dimediasi oleh Knowledge Management Behavior pada Departemen Schlumberger Integrated Solutions (SIS) di Perusahaan Schlumberger Indonesia. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 126 karyawan pada Departemen Schlumberger Integrated Solutions (SIS) di Perusahaan Schlumberger Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode pengolahan data SPSS hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa goal orientations memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap creativity perfomance. Kemudian goal orientations memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap knowledge management behavior. Selain itu  knowledge management behavior memediasi antara goal orientations terhadap creativity perfomance.

This research is aim to find the effect of Goal Orientations on Creativity Perfomance mediated by Knowledge Management Behavior in Departemen Schlumberger Integrated Solutions (SIS) of  Schlumberger Indonesia. Responden are 126 employees at Schlumberger Integrated Solutions (SIS) segement at Schlumberger Indonesia. Method used by SPSS, the result show that goal orientations have a positive effect on creativity perfomance. Then  goal orientations have positive effect on knowledge management behavior. Also knowledge management behavior is mediated goal orientations and  creativity perfomance."

Nowadays, organisation based creativity has been developed as a synthesis of these traditions and approaches."
