"Kimchi merupakan makanan khas masyarakat Korea yang sekaligus dijadikan sebagai alat untuk menyebarkan budaya kuliner Korea ke dunia. Penyebaran kimchi sudah masuk ke berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Kimchi di Korea memiliki jenis bermacam-macam. Namun, tidak semua jenis kimchi di Korea masuk ke Indonesia. Jurnal ini akan memaparkan ragam kimchi yang terdapat di Indonesia serta analisa budaya terhadap ragam kimchi tersebut.
Kimchi is traditional food from Korea and as a tool to spread the culinary culture of Korea to the world. The spread of kimchi has entered into various countries, including Indonesia. Kimchi in Korea have this kind of assortment. However, not all types of kimchi in Korea can come to Indonesia market. This journal will present variety of kimchi contained in Indonesia as well as the analysist of the diverse cultures of the kimchi."
