Abstrak :
Skripsi ini menganalisis tentang pembentukan kebijakan British Exit oleh Partai Konservatif di Inggris pada tahun 201 melalui pembentukan Manifesto Partai Konservatif tahun 2015 dengan mengangkat isu-isu yang berkembang di Inggris mulai 2013 hingga 2015. Pertanyaan penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah ‘Mengapa mekanisme bottom up dalam pembentukan kebijakan British Exit (2016) sebagai kebijakan proteksionis digunakan oleh Pemerintahan Konservatif Inggris?’ Teori riding the wave yang dikemukakan oleh Ansolabehere dan Iyengar (1994) digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data sekunder. Dari tiga temuan dalam penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pengangkatan isu-isu proteksionis yang dilakukan oleh Partai Konservatif mendorong pembentukan kebijakan keluarnya Inggris dari Uni Eropa atau British Exit. Pengangkatan isu-isu proteksionis yang dilakukan oleh Partai Konservatif memperlihatkan langkah pragmatis Partai Konservatif dalam mendapatkan dukungan masyarakat. ......This undergraduate thesis analyses the formation of British Exit policy by the Conservative Party in the United Kingdom in 2016 through the formation of the 2015 Manifesto of the Conservative Party, which used the issues from 2013 to 2015. The research question of this thesis is 'Why did the British Conservative Government employ the bottom-up mechanism in the formation of the British Exit (2016) policy as its protectionist policy?’ Ansolabehere and Iyengar’s (1994) riding the wave theory is used in this study in finding the answers of this research question. This study employed the qualitative method using the secondary data. The three findings of this study show that the adoption of these protectionist issues by the Conservative Party supported the formation of British-Exit policy from the European Union. This can be understood as the pragmatic step of the Conservative Party in gaining public support.

Abstrak :
Formasi diskursif dipengaruhi oleh konstelasi rezim kekuasaan yang berkontestasi serta apropriasi sosial dari masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membongkar relasi kuasa pada diskursus komunisme yang memuat prasangka anti-Islam pasca meningkatnya gelombang konservatisme Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kritis dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan formasi diskursif dalam diskursus komunisme melalui aksentuasi anti-Islam dan perubahan rezim pengetahuan jika dibandingkan dengan Orde Baru. Dari perubahan formasi diskursif tersebut, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa terdapat penggunaan politik ketakutan yang ditujukan untuk kepentingan pemilu 2019 oleh kelompok oposisi pemerintah. ......Order of discourse is shifted by the constellation of political regime and by social appropriation. This study aims to explain the power relation over the anti-Islamic prejudice on communism discourse post conservative turn in Indonesia. This research uses critical paradigm and qualitative approach with phenomenology strategy. The results of this study indicate a change in discursive formation in the discourse of communism through accentuation of anti-Islam and changes in the knowledge regime compared to the new order. From this change in discursive formation, the study also found that there was a use of political of fear aimed at the interests of the 2019 election by government opposition groups.

Penelitian ini membahas terkait dinamika perkembangan sepak bola Arab Saudi dan pengaruhnya terhadap budaya konservatisme di negara tersebut. Arab Saudi dikenal sebagai negara yang konservatif dan cenderung tidak inklusif terhadap budaya luar. Akan tetapi, beberapa tahun ke belakang Arab Saudi justru mulai membuka diri dan bersifat moderat termasuk dalam ranah olahraga. Penelitian ini menarik untuk dibahas karena sepak bola yang sejatinya merupakan olahraga terpopuler di Arab Saudi justru menjadi salah satu saluran bagi terciptanya transformasi budaya dari yang awalnya konservatif menuju moderat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan sejarah serta perkembangan sepak bola Arab Saudi dan kaitannya terhadap budaya konservatisme yang telah mengakar di Arab Saudi sejak dulu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi studi kepustakaan. Teori pada penelitian ini merujuk pada teori perubahan sosial menurut John Lewis Gillin serta John Phillip Gillin. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sepak bola menjadi sebuah saluran yang mampu mengubah budaya konservatisme Arab Saudi menjadi budaya moderat lewat pelonggaran terhadap norma-norma yang berlaku seperti diperbolehkannya wanita menonton pertandingan sepak bola di stadion, dibentuknya kompetisi serta tim nasional wanita, serta diizinkannya kohabitasi bagi pemain sepak bola asing. ......This research discusses the development dynamics of Saudi Arabian football and its influence on conservatism culture in that country. Saudi Arabia is known as a conservative country and tends not to be inclusive toward outside cultures. However, in the past few years, Saudi Arabia has begun to open up and be moderate, including in the realm of sports. This research is interesting to discuss because football, which is actually the most popular sport in Saudi Arabia, has actually become a channel for creating a cultural transformation from conservative to moderate. This study aims to explain the history and development of Saudi Arabian football and its relation to the culture of conservatism that has been rooted in Saudi Arabia for a long time. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with library research method. The theory in this study refers to the theory of social change according to John Lewis Gillin and John Phillip Gillin. The results of the study show that football is a channel that capable to transforming Saudi Arabia's conservatism culture into a moderate culture through loosening of prevailing norms such as allowing women to watch football matches in stadiums, establishing women's competitions and national teams, and allowing cohabitation for foreign football player.

Authors will be invited to provide radiographs, diagrams, and intra-operative pictures to illustrate the procedures described. Current up to date trends and techniques using a scientific approach including evidence based guidelines where applicable.
