ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of treatment planning and delivery of Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT) using recommendation of AAPM Task Group (TG) 119 in the Department of Radiotherapy MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi. TG 119 establishes two preliminary tests and five tests resemble a clinical condition, as well as the confidence limit (CL) as a benchmark data. Dose prescriptions and planning objectives recommended by TG 119 report were followed to generate Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) and VMAT treatment planning, and then the local planning results compared with the results of TG 119. Point dose measurements were done using three ionization chambers with different active volume at high dose and low dose regions. The planar dose measurements were measured using a 2D detector array and the planar dose distribution was analyzed for percentage of points passing the gamma criteria of 3 %, 3 mm and 2 %, 2 mm. For IMRT plans, the CLs obtained for point dose measurement in areas of high and low doses were 1.06 % and 0.82 % (CC01), 1.19 % and 1.58 % (CC13), 1.37 and 3.02 % (FC65G), whereas a value of 1.47 and 1.17 % (CC01), 1.71 % and 1.95 % (CC13), 2.08 % and 3.96 % (FC65G) for CL VMAT. Point dose measurement results using ion chamber CC01 and CC13 were able to meet the criteria set by TG 119 below 3 %, while for ion chamber FC65G could not meet these criteria. From gamma analysis, CL IMRT for gamma criteria 3 %, 3 mm and 2 %, 2 mm were 3.68 and 11.71 (96.32 % and 88.29 % pass), while for VMAT were 1.44 and 6.33 (98.56 % and 93.67 % pass), gamma index results falls within the criteria TG 119 under 12.4. Based on the results, TG 119 recommendations can be implemented on commissioning VMAT treatment planning and delivery, these results also indicate adequate accuracy of VMAT treatment planning and delivery in local institution, The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of treatment planning and delivery of Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT) using recommendation of AAPM Task Group (TG) 119 in the Department of Radiotherapy MRCCC Siloam Hospitals Semanggi. ......This study was conducted to validate the Coefficient of Variation as a measuring instrument that meets the Goodness of Fit test criteria by using sensitivity analysis test procedures, namely Morris and Fourier Amplitude Sensitivity Test (FAST) as comparisons. This study was conducted with the help of MATLABĀ® vR2020b and GraphPad Prim 8 software using secondary data in the form of pharmacokinetic data of 63 patients who underwent renal radiomolecular therapy using radiopharmaceutical 177Lu-PSMA-617. The test begins with the selection of the best model from the results of fitting 12 SOE functions using NLME modeling that meets the Goodness of Fit criteria (graphic visualization and %CV) and AICc model selection. Next, perform parameter sensitivity analysis of each fitting function using the Morris and FAST methods as a comparison. The final model obtained from the results of sensitivity analysis is the same as the final model that meets the selection criteria of the Goodness of Fit and AICc models, namely the f6a function. From the results of this study, the correlation of %CV with the sensitivity index of the Morris test and FAST is important in model selection seen from the gradient coefficient of the fitting function which has a positive correlation, namely f5a, f6b and f6d. In this study, the fitting function f6d was chosen as the threshold because it has a statistically positive relationship using linear regression and does not meet the acceptable limit of %CV<50%. It was concluded in this study that %CV is still an important estimation parameter of Goodness of Fit criteria in model selection based on the results of analysis from sensitivity tests.

This book provides a protocol for conducting gauge repeatability and reproducibility (R&R) experiments. Such an experiment is required whenever a new test system is developed to monitor a manufacturing process. The protocol presented here is used to determine if the testing system is capable of monitoring the manufacturing process with the desired level of accuracy and precision. This protocol is not currently available in other books or technical reports. In addition to providing a protocol for testing a measurement system, the book presents an up-to-date summary of methods used to construct confidence intervals in normal-based random and mixed analysis of variance (ANOVA) models. Thus, this comprehensive book will be useful to scientists in all fields of application who wish to construct interval estimates for ANOVA model parameters. It includes approaches that can be applied to any ANOVA model, and because it contains detailed examples of all computations, practitioners will be able to easily apply the methods. The book describes methods for constructing two types of confidence intervals: modified large-sample (MLS) and generalized confidence intervals. Computer codes written in SAS and Excel are provided to perform the computations. Appendices are included for readers who are unfamiliar with confidence intervals or lack a basic understanding of random and mixed ANOVA models.
