Di Indonesia, penggunaan material beton yang berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk pembangunan infrastruktur dari segi ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Konstruksi beton berkelanjutan adalah konstruksi yang dibangun dengan dampak paling kecil sepanjang siklus hidupnya. Setiap pemangku kepentingan, dalam makalah ini termasuk konsultan dan pemasok material yang memimpin keterlibatan dalam penerapan bangunan berkelanjutan, bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan prinsip berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesadaran dan pemahaman konsultan dan pemasok material mengenai penggunaan material beton berkelanjutan pada proyek infrastruktur di Indonesia. Pengetahuan konsultan dan pemasok material tentang penerapan material beton berkelanjutan akan meningkatkan minat mereka dan berdampak langsung pada tingkat kesadaran mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan akan menggunakan pilot survey dengan pertanyaan mengenai pemahaman dan pentingnya indikator material beton berkelanjutan, serta validasi ahli terhadap variabel penelitian dan survei kuesioner mengenai tingkat pemahaman dan kesadaran terhadap indikator material beton berkelanjutan. Hasilnya menunjukkan konsultan dan pemasok material di Indonesia sudah memiliki pengetahuan dan kesadaran terhadap material beton berkelanjutan meskipun belum memenuhi seluruh kriteria tiga pilar keberlanjutan.
In Indonesia, the use of sustainable concrete materials is critical for infrastructure development in terms of economic, social, and environmental factors. A sustainable concrete construction is one that is built to have the least amount of impact during its whole life cycle. Each stakeholder, for this paper including the consultants and material supplier who leads the involvement in the implementation of sustainable building, takes responsibility for ensuring the sustainable principle. As a result, the goal of this study is to determine the level of awareness and understanding of consultants and material suppliers regarding the use of sustainable concrete materials in infrastructure projects in Indonesia. The knowledge of consultants and material suppliers about the application of sustainable concrete materials will boost their interest and have a direct impact on their awareness level. The study method used will be using a pilot survey with questions about understanding and importance of sustainable concrete material indicators, as well as expert validation on the research variable and questionnaire survey regarding level of understanding and awareness of sustainable concrete material indicators. The outcome demonstrates consultant and material supplier in Indonesia already have knowledge and awareness towards sustainable concrete material even though haven’t met all the criteria for the three sustainability pillars."

"Perkembangan bisnis di industri pracetak semakin menunjukkan persaingan yang ketat. Seiring berkembangnya industri, maka akan diikuti dengan inovasi produk dan perkembangan pasar yang lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, daya saing perusahaan diuji secara serius, dan hanya perusahaan dengan kapabilitas tinggi dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat yang dapat bertahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan indikator yang tepat untuk membuat dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran berdasarkan bauran pemasaran dan lima kekuatan porter dengan risiko masing-masing indikator. Penelitian ini menggunakan proses inovasi ISO 56002 sebagai acuan alur penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk memunculkan beberapa alternatif strategi pemasaran dan Balanced Scorecard untuk merancang peta strategi pemasaran perusahaan. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan salah satu perusahaan precast di Indonesia sebagai studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 8 alternatif strategi yang dapat dilakukan berdasarkan SWOT. Hasil yang diperoleh dari Balanced Scorecard adalah peta strategi dengan 11 tujuan strategis dimana perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran bertema strategi peningkatan kualitas sumber daya dan kapabilitas perusahaan, perspektif proses bisnis internal bertema strategi peningkatan produktivitas, perspektif pelanggan bertema strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan pelanggan, dan perspektif keuangan bertema perencanaan strategi dan peningkatan pendapatan.
The development of business in the precast industry is increasingly showing intense competition. As the industry develops, it will be followed by product innovation and broader market developments. Therefore, a company's competitiveness is seriously tested, and only companies with high capabilities and the right marketing strategy can survive. This study aims to find the right indicators to create and analyse marketing strategies based on the marketing mix and porter's five forces with the risks of each indicator. This study uses ISO 56002 innovation process as a reference for research flow. This study uses SWOT analysis to bring up several alternative marketing strategies and Balanced Scorecard to design a map of the company's marketing strategy. This research will use one of Indonesia's precast companies as a case study. The results of the study show that 8 alternative strategies can be carried out based on SWOT. The results obtained from the Balanced Scorecard are a strategy map with 11 strategic objectives where the growth and learning perspective has the theme of strategy for improving the quality of company resources and capabilities, the internal business process perspective has the theme of strategy for increasing productivity, the customer perspective has the theme of strategy for improving service quality and customer trust, and a financial perspective has the theme of strategy planning and increasing revenue."

"Contents: Since AAR was first identified in 1940, it has been a subject dominated by studies of the mineralogy of AAR-susceptible aggregates, the chemistry of the AAR and related reactions and laboratory tests used to diagnose AAR and predict potential future swelling. Civil and structural engineers have found the literature bewildering and difficult to apply to their immediate requirements of assessing the present and future effects of AAR on the strength, safety and serviceability of plain and reinforced concrete structures. There is a need to discuss methods that can be used for in situ non-destructive testing to assess the effects of AAR, and in-service measurements and load-testing to assess the present and future safety of reinforced concrete structures. Methods of repair and rehabilitation and their long-term success also need to be discussed, as do methods of halting or slowing the progress of AAR. At the same time, the fundamentals of AAR need to be explained in terms intelligible to the civil and structural engineer who is primarily trained in structural mechanics and design, but also needs to have a basic understanding of the AAR process and its effects on concrete."
