ABSTRAK
Sistem evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis soal esai mempunyai kelemahan misalnya membutuhkan waktu yang lama bagi pengajar untuk membaca serta menilai semua jawaban. Solusi dari kendala tersebut adalah suatu sistem penilai jawaban esai otomatis. Metode yang menganalisis makna semantik seperti Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) telah digunakan sebagai metode dalam sistem penilai esai otomatis. Metode lain yang menganalisis makna semantik seperti BEAGLE (Bound Encoding of the Aggregate Language Environment) mencakup informasi urutan kata sebagai tambahan dari informasi konteks. Pembelajaran pada BEAGLE terdiri dari pembelajaran berbasis konteks, pembelajaran berbasis urutan kata, maupun campurannya (berbasis konteks dan urutan kata). Penelitian ini membandingkan efektifitas tiga macam pembelajaran pada BEAGLE untuk menilai jawaban esai serta membandingkan efektifitas BEAGLE dan LSA untuk menilai jawaban dalam bentuk esai. Uji coba dilakukan dengan 14 soal esai dengan sifat soal subjektif maupun objektif. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, rata-rata korelasi nilai BEAGLE-manusia (0,36) lebih tinggi dari LSA-manusia (0,22).
ABSTRACT
Learning evaluation system based on essay has disadvantages such as it takes a long time for teachers to read and score all the student’s answers. The solution of this problem is an automatic essay scoring. Method like Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA) which analyze the semantic meaning, is often used as a method of automatic essay scoring. Another method which analyze the semantic meaning, BEAGLE (Bound Encoding of the Aggregate Language Environment) includes order information as additional information of context information. Learning process on BEAGLE consist of context-based learning, order-based learning, or composite learning (context-based and order-based). This study compare the effectiveness of this learning methods on BEAGLE to score student’s essay and compared the effectiveness between BEAGLE and LSA to score student’s essay. There are 14 essays with subjective and objective questions tested on this study. Based on this study, the average correlation value of BEAGLE-human (0.36) is higher than LSA-human (0.22).

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin meningkat menyebabkan perubahan pola kehidupan masyarakat. Di lingkungan pemerintahan, pemerintah dituntut untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik dengan berbasis teknologi informasi. Terlebih lagi dengan diterapkannya Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE), interaksi dengan dunia siber semakin besar. Hal ini tentunya akan meningkatkan potensi terjadinya insiden. Insiden siber yang kerap terjadi khususnya pada pemerintah adalah peretasan website. Hal ini juga terjadi pada Pemerintah Kota Depok yang tentunya sangat mengganggu terlebih lagi jika situs tersebut terkait pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Web Application Firewall (WAF) adalah sebuah sistem keamanan atau firewall yang berfungsi untuk melindungi website dari serangan siber. WAF merupakan sistem keamanan layer 7 (tujuh) yang dirancang untuk memantau, mendeteksi, menyaring, serta memblokir trafik berbahaya yang sekiranya dapat merusak website atau aplikasi web. WAF merupakan teknologi yang terus berkembang dan banyak digunakan di dunia security sehingga perlu dikaji bagaimana efektivitasnya terhadap keamanan suatu website. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi WAF terhadap keamanan website Pemerintah Kota Depok sehingga dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui apakah tools ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keamanan siber, khususnya website di Pemerintah Kota Depok ......The development of information technology is increasingly causing changes in the pattern of people's lives. In the government environment, the government is required to be able to provide the best service based on information technology. the implementation of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), interaction with the cyber world is getting bigger. This of course will increase the potential for incidents to occur. Cyber incidents that often occur, especially for the government, are website hacking. This has also happened to the Depok City Government, which is of course very disturbing, especially if the site is related to services to the community. A Web Application Firewall (WAF) is a security system or firewall that functions to protect websites from cyber attacks. WAF is a layer 7 (seven) security system designed to monitor, detect, filter, and block malicious traffic that could damage websites or web applications. WAF is a technology that continues to develop and is widely used in the world of security, so it is necessary to study how effective it is on the security of a website. This study examines the implementation of WAF on the security of the Depok City Government website so that from the results of the analysis it can be seen whether these tools have a positive impact on increasing cyber security, especially websites in the Depok City Government

This book presents the latest research findings, as well as innovative theoretical and practical research results, methods and development techniques related to P2P, grid, cloud and Internet computing. It also reveals the synergies among such large scale computing paradigms. P2P, Grid, Cloud and Internet computing technologies have rapidly become established as breakthrough paradigms for solving complex problems by enabling aggregation and sharing of an increasing variety of distributed computational resources on a large scale. Grid computing originated as a paradigm for high-performance computing, offering an alternative to expensive supercomputers through different forms of large-scale distributed computing. P2P computing emerged as a new paradigm following on from client-server and web-based computing and has proved useful in the development of social networking, B2B (Business to Business), B2C (Business to Consumer), B2G (Business to Government), and B2E (Business to Employee). Cloud computing has been described as a “computing paradigm where the boundaries of computing are determined by economic rationale rather than technical limits”. Cloud computing has fast become the computing paradigm with applicability and adoption in all domains and providing utility computing at large scale. Lastly, Internet computing is the basis of any large-scale distributed computing paradigm; it has very quickly developed into a vast and flourishing field with enormous impact on today’s information societies and serving as a universal platform comprising a large variety of computing forms such as grid, P2P, cloud and mobile computing.
