" "ABSTRACT
" Pyrazole and isoksazole derived compounds are important organic compounds because the compounds have a lot of bioactivity. Some catalysts have been widely used for the synthesis of pyrazole derivatives and isoxazole derivatives one of which is metal oxide. The catalyst used is a heterogeneous catalyst synthesized by sol gel method. In this study the compounds derived from pyrazole and isoksazole will be synthesized using CuO SiO2 nanocatalyst. The results showed that the CuO SiO2 nanocatalyst was successfully synthesized with an average size of 512.1 nm. The results of the synthesis of CuO SiO2 nanocatalyst will then be characterized using FT IR, SEM EDX, XRD, and PSA. The synthesis of pyrazole compounds is done by mixing curcumin and variations of hydrazine compounds ie hydrazine hydrate and phenyl hydrazine. While the synthesis of isoksazole compounds using curcumin and hydroxylamine hydrochloride. The optimum condition was obtained using 2.5 mole of catalyst with glacial acetic acid solvent at 70 C for 8 hours. The yield percentage produced at the optimum condition of the reaction is the product of hydrazine hydrate by 82,55 , phenyl hidrazine by 80,68 , and hydroxylamine by 80,09 . The synthesized products are further characterized using FT IR, UV VIS, and LC MS. The antibacterial bioactivity test against Staphylacoccus aureus and Escherichia coli bacteria was performed by using liquid dilution method to observe the level of turbidity of each sample by measuring Optical Density OD using spectrophotometer at 625 nm wavelength. Antibacterial bioactivity test results obtained Minimum Inhibitory Concentration KHM in percent of inhibition for products of hydrazine hydrate, phenyl hydrazine, and hydroxylamine against bacteria e. coli of 125 g mL, 125 g mL, and 31.15 g mL respectively, while in S. aureus bacteria 62.5 g mL, 31.15 g mL, and 15.625 g mL, respectively.

The book covers the CMOS-based millimeter wave circuits and devices and presents methods and design techniques to use CMOS technology for circuits operating beyond 100 GHz. Coverage includes a detailed description of both active and passive devices, including modeling techniques and performance optimization. Various mm-wave circuit blocks are discussed, emphasizing their design distinctions from low-frequency design methodologies. This book also covers a device-oriented circuit design technique that is essential for ultra high speed circuits and gives some examples of device/circuit co-design that can be used for mm-wave technology.

This book presents high-/mixed-voltage analog and radio frequency (RF) circuit techniques for developing low-cost multistandard wireless receivers in nm-length CMOS processes. Key benefits of high-/mixed-voltage RF and analog CMOS circuits are explained, state-of-the-art examples are studied, and circuit solutions before and after voltage-conscious design are compared. Three real design examples are included, which demonstrate the feasibility of high-/mixed-voltage circuit techniques. Provides a valuable summary and real case studies of the state-of-the-art in high-/mixed-voltage circuits and systems. Includes novel high-/mixed-voltage analog and RF circuit techniques – from concept to practice. Describes the first high-voltage-enabled mobile-TVRF front-end in 90nm CMOS and the first mixed-voltage full-band mobile-TV Receiver in 65nm CMOS. Demonstrates the feasibility of high-/mixed-voltage circuit techniques with real design examples.
