Kereta rel listrik kini menjadi sarana transportasi pilihan dari masyarakat Jabodetabek dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun besarnya kebutuhan sarana transportasi kereta rel listrik diimbangi dengan kebutuhan energi listrik yang cukup besar dalam penggunaan kesehariaannya. Sehingga diperlukannya evaluasi konsumsi energi dari kereta commuter line. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan simulasi kereta commuter line dengan data kecepatan sebenarnya dari kereta rute Jakarta Kota – Tanjung Priok, menghitung konsumsi energi yang dibutuhkan dari kereta dengan hasil profil kecepatan simulasi, mengoptimalkan konsumsi energi yang dibutuhkan kereta dengan program dinamis. Kemudian membandingkan hasil konsumsi energi dengan konsumsi energi optimal. Hasil efisiensi yang didapatkan dari konsumsi energi optimal sebesar 31 % untuk rute Jakarta Kota – Kampung Bandan, 20 % untuk rute Kampung Bandan – Ancol dan untuk rute Ancol Tanjung Priok sebesar 13 %. ......Electric trains are now the preferred means of transportation for the Jabodetabek people in their daily lives. However, the need for electric rail transportation facilities with the need for electrical energy is quite large in daily use. So, it is necessary to evaluate the energy consumption of commuter line trains. In this study, the author simulates a commuter line train with the actual data speed of the Jakarta Kota – Tanjung Priok train route and calculates the energy consumption required from the train with the simulation speed profile results, optimizing the energy consumption needed by the train with a dynamic program. Then compare the results of energy consumption with energy consumption optimally. The efficiency results obtained from the optimal energy consumption are 31% for the Jakarta Kota – Kampung Bandan route, 20% for the Kampung Bandan – Ancol route, and for the Ancol Tanjung Priok route 13%.

Layanan ojek online saat ini memainkan peran besar dalam menghubungkan komuter dengan stasiun-stasiun KRL yang tersebar di wilayah Jabodetabek. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kesulitan aksesibilitas KRL sehingga membutuhkan mode akses untuk mencapai stasiun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan operasi transportasi ojek online sebagai angkutan pengumpan atau mode akses stasiun KRL berdasarkan kepuasaan komuter. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyelidiki bagaimana persepsi komuter pada konektivitas angkutan massal KRL serta niat dalam penggunaan kedua transportasi tersebut dimasa depan. Data dikumpulkan dari 402 komuter di Stasiun Gondangdia dan dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modelling untuk menguji dua hipotesis penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasaan komuter terhadap harga, informasi dan kenyamanan serta keamanan ojek online memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap sikap konektivitas angkutan massal KRL dan niat penggunaan dimasa depan. Dimana ojek online mayoritas digunakan oleh komuter yang berasal dari daerah sekitar 1 sampai 2 kilometer dari stasiun. Oleh karena itu, kebijakan perbaikan terkait layanan ojek online diusulkan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja angkutan massal.

ABSTRACT
Online motorcycle taxi services are presently playing a major role in linking commuters with KRL stations spread across the Jabodetabek region. This is due to the difficulty of KRL accessibility so that it requires access mode to reach the station. This study attempts to investigate the potential of online motorcycle-taxi as well as determine the influences of commuter perceptions on online motorcycle-taxi service to the attitudes on mass transit connectivity and the behavioral intention in usage of KRL and online motorcycle-taxi as a feeder. Data were gathered from 402 Gondangdia Station commuters and analyzed using structural equation modeling to test two study hypotheses. The findings of this research show that commuter satisfaction has a beneficial impact on the attitude of KRL mass transportation connectivity and future use intentions. Therefore, improvement policies regarding online motorcycle taxi service must be carefully drawn with the purpose of enhancing the performance of mass transit.
