ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecemasan karir terhadap commitment to career choice melalui peran moderasi kelekatan orang tua pada remaja. Commitment to career choice merupakan keadaan seseorang dalam perkembangan karirnya yang meliputi adanya kepastian pada suatu pilihan karir, bersikap optimis pada masa depan dan menyadari akan adanya hambatan pada karirnya Blustein, Ellis, Devenis, 1989 . Penelitian ini akan memfokuskan pada salah satu dimensi commitment to career choice yaitu tendency to foreclose yang merupakan keinginan untuk secepat mungkin berkomitmen pada suatu pilihan karir tanpa periode eksplorasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan partisipan siswa remaja sebanyak 315 orang. Commitment to career choice diukur dengan menggunakan Commitment to Career Choice Scale skala tendency to foreclose Blustein, Ellis, Devenis, 1989 . Kecemasan karir diukur menggunakan Career Anxiety Scale Thai, 2014 dan kelekatan orang tua diukur dengan Inventory of Parent Attachment Armsden Greenberg, 1987 . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan karir memiliki pengaruh terhadap commitment to career choice dimensi tendency to foreclose melalui peran moderasi kelekatan orang tua. Penelitian ini menyertakan implikasi dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating role of parental attachment towards the effect of career anxiety on commitment to career choice. Commitment to career choice is a position in individual career development that includes certainty about one rsquo s career choice, a positive sense of vocational future and awareness of potential obstacles Blustein, Ellis, Devenis, 1989 . This study focus on one dimension of commitment to career choice, tendency to foreclose. Tendency to foreclose is the desire to commit to one career decision as soon as possible without any period of exploration. This study used quantitative approach, involving 315 high school student as participants. Commitment to career choice was measured using tendency to foreclose scale in Commitment to Career Choice Scale Blustein, Ellis, Devenis, 1989 . Career Anxiety was measured using Career Anxiety Scale Thai, 2014 and parental attachment was measured using Inventory of Parent Attachment Armsden Greenberg, 1987 . The results indicated that there is significant effect of career anxiety on commitment to career choice with parental attachment as a moderating variable. This study concludes with implication and suggestions for future research.

Pendahuluan: Refleksi diri merupakan bagian mendasar dari perkembangan profesionalisme yang dapat dikembangkan melalui proses refleksi diri dalam portofolio, konvensional maupun digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan e-portofolio sebagai instrumen pengembangan kemampuan refleksi diri peserta didik pada program profesi dokter gigi. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Sebanyak enam wawancara mendalam dan lima focus group discussion dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi peserta didik dan staf pengajar terkait proses dan pemanfaatan e-portofolio setelah responden melakukan uji coba penggunaan e-portofolio selama 6 minggu. Studi dokumen dilakukan terhadap tulisan refleksi diri pada data backend laman e-portofolio. Hasil penelitian: Responden menilai bahwa e-portofolio sangat bermanfaat dalam perkembangan profesional peserta didik karena dapat membantu peserta didik dalam memahami konten yang direfleksikan, membantu dalam pembelajaran, serta meningkatkan pemahaman tentang refleksi diri. Sebagian besar responden berfokus pada pencapaian keberhasilan sebagai bukti yang dimasukkan dan direfleksikan pada e-portofolio. Penggunaan e-portofolio selama periode uji pilot dan keterampilan refleksi diri peserta didik masih cukup rendah. Beberapa faktor yang meliputi faktor eksternal dan internal teridentifikasi memengaruhi proses dan pemanfaatan e-portofolio pada program profesi dokter gigi. Simpulan: Peran staf pengajar sangat diperlukan dalam mendukung partisipasi dan pemanfaatan e-portofolio reflektif. ......Introduction: Self-reflection is a fundamental part of professionalism development that can be developed through a process of self-reflection in portfolios, conventional and digital. This study aims to explore the use of e-portfolios as an instrument for developing students' self-reflection abilities in undergraduate clinical dentistry program. Method: This study is a qualitative study with phenomenological design. A total of six in-depth interviews and five focus group discussions were conducted to explore the perceptions of students and faculty members regarding the process and utilization of e-portfolios after a 6-week pilot program. The study document was conducted on students' self-reflection on the backend data of the e-portfolio platform. Results: Respondents considered that e-portfolio was very useful in students' professional development of students as it helped students to understand the reflected content, assist in learning, and improve understanding of self-reflection. Most respondents focused on achieving success as evidence included and reflected in e-portfolios. The use of e-portfolios during the pilot test period and student self-reflection skills was quite low. Several factors influencing the process and utilization of e-portfolios in undergraduate clinical dentistry, program both external and internal, were identified. Conclusion: The role of faculty members was important in supporting the participation and utilization of reflective e-portfolios.

Sistem pengembangan karir perawat melalui jenjang karir struktural maupun timgsional berperan penting dalam meningkarkan kualitas tenaga keperawatan yang akan mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan Rumah Sakit secara keseluruhan. Saat ini pengembangan karir untuk perawat pelaksana yang sudah dijalankan di RS MH Thamrin Salemba baru berdasarkan jenjang karir struktural. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan rancangan pola pengembangan karir perawat pelaksana yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan RS MH Thamrin Salemba. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RS MH Thamrin Salemba bulan Oktober- November 2011 dengan pendekatan analisis lcualitatiff Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa infonnan berdasarkan prinsip kesesuaian dan kecukupan. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui telaah dokumen Rumah Sakit, kajian literatur maupun hasil penelitian terdahulu dengan topik serupa di Rumah Sakit lain. Untuk menjaga validitas data dilakukan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Jumlah tenaga perawat di RS MH Thamrin Salemba sebanyak 189 orang dengan karakteriétik sebagian besar di antaranya: tingkat pendidikan D3 Keperawatan (63,1%), sudah ada pengalaman sebelum masuk ke unit kexja saat ini (51,9%) dan memiliki masa kexja 1 sampai 3 tahun (24,3%). Rumah Sakit beium memiliki pola pengembangan karir perawat pelaksana yang terstmkmr dan sistematis berdasarkan sistem kompetensi. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah suatu rancangan pola pengembangan karir bagi perawat pelaksana di RS MH Thamrin Salemba yang terdiri dari 6 level karir (NO sampai dengan N6) berdasarkan persyaratan tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman dan masa kerja, waktu berlaku suatu level karir, dan kompetensi yang hams dimiliki perawat pada setiap level karir tersebut. Persyaratan minimal pendidikan tenaga perawat yang baru masuk adalah D3 Keperawatan. Sedangkan bagi perawat lama lulusan SPK, selama masa peralihan akan dilakukan penyesuaian berdasarkan pengalaman dan masa kerja. ...... The nurse's career development system through structural and functional level of career has very important role ?in increasing the quality of nursing staff which will also affect the quality of hospital service. At this time, MH Thamrin Salemba Hospital has only implementing the structural level of career for nursing staff and the functional level of career has not implemented yet. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design the clinical nurse's career development pattern at MH Thamrin Salemba Hospital according to the hospital's condition and needs. The research is implemented at MH Thamrin Salemba Hospital in October-November 2011 using qualitative analysis approach. The primary data is obtained from the selected informants based on appropriate and adequacy principles using in-depth interview method. The secondary datas are obtained from hospital's document review, literature review and also the results of previous similar studies at other hospitals. The source and method triangulation are done as well to maintain data's validation. MH Thamrin Salemba Hospital has 189 total number of its nursing staff which majority of them have the characteristics: Nursing Diploma education level (63,1%), already have the experience before entering current unit of work (5 l,9%) and period of employment between 1 to 3 years (24,3%). Hospital does not have the structured and systematic clinical nurse?s career development pattern. Therefore the researcher formulated the design of clinical nurse's career development pattem at MH Thamrin Salemba Hospital which consists of 6 level of careers (NO to N6) based on education level, work experience, period of employment, temr of level and nursing competency requirements for each level. The minimal qualification for new nursing staffs education level is Nursing Diploma. But there is special provision for the longtime nursing staff with level of education SPK, during the transition time, they still can be accomodated in the career development pattern based on their work experience and period of employment.

Kemampuan dalam pengambilan keputusan merupakan awal bagi remaja menentukan karir kedepannya. Menentukan keputusan karir dapat mengasah kompetensi yang berhubungan dengan karir yang ditekuni sehingga mencapai potensi dan berfungsi secara sosial. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan proses pengambilan keputusan karir remaja di SOS Children’s Village Jakarta dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan wawancara mendalam, dan Focus Group Discussion. Hasil penelitian: 1) tugas perkembangan remaja di SOS Children’s Village yaitu mengembangkan keterampilan mengambil keputusan dan 2) proses pengambilan keputusan karir pada remaja di SOS Children’s Village dilakukan melalui program CDP, IDP dan aftercare. ......The ability to make decisions is the beginning for teenagers to determine their future careers. Determining career decisions can hone competencies related to the career they are engaged in so that they reach their potential and function socially. The purpose of the study was to describe the career decision-making process of adolescents at SOS Children’s Village Jakarta with a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions. The results of the study: 1) adolescent development tasks at SOS Children’s Village are developing decision-making skills and 2) the career decision-making process for youth at SOS Children's Village is carried out through CDP, IDP and aftercare programs.

Berada pada usia perkembangan remaja akhir (late adolescence), siswa SMA sudah mulai dihadapkan pada situasi menentukan keputusan karier. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, studi mengenai keputusan karier (career decidedness) semakin berkembang dengan banyaknya variabel terkait, diantaranya variabel adaptabilitas karier (career adaptability) dan identitas kejuruan (vocational identity). Dalam rangka meneliti lebih lanjut mengenai keputusan karier, peneliti ingin mengetahui kontribusi adaptabilitas karier dan identitas kejuruan dalam menentukan keputusan karier pada siswa SMA. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel dependen yaitu keputusan karier diukur menggunakan Career Decision Scale (CDS) oleh Osipow, et al. (1976), kedua variabel independen yaitu identitas kejuruan dan adaptabilitas karier diukur menggunakan Vocational Identity Status Assessment(VISA) oleh Porfeli, et al. (2011) dan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) oleh Savickas dan Porfeli (2012). Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif yang melibatkan 172 siswa SMA di Indonesia (36 laki-laki dan 136 perempuan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa identitas kejuruan dan adaptabilitas karier terbukti secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap keputusan karier siswa SMA (F=19.758 > 3.049 F Distribution, two-tailed; Sig. 0.000). Dari kedua variabel ini tampak bahwa identitas kejuruan memiliki kontribusi yang lebih besar (t = 5.885) terhadap keputusan karier siswa SMA dibandingkan dengan adaptabilitas karier (t = -4.425). Adapun kelemahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu adanya item pada alat ukur VISA dengan skor reliabilitas dan validitas yang masih rendah setelah tahap pengambilan data. Selain itu juga perlu pertimbangan pada item-item CDS yang bermakna ganda. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bukan saja untuk siswa tetapi juga guru di sekolah yang dapat membantu siswa agar dapat memutuskan kariernya. ......Being at the age of late adolescence, high school students have begun to be faced with the situation of determining career decisions. Based on these conditions, the study of career decisions (career decidedness) is growing with many related variables, including career adaptability and vocational identity. In order to further research of adolescence career decisions, the researcher wants to know the contribution of career adaptability and vocational identity in determining career decisions in high school students. In this study, the dependent variable, career decidedness, was measured using the Career Decision Scale (CDS) by Osipow, et al. (1976), the two independent variables, vocational identity and career adaptability were measured using the Vocational Identity Status Assessment (VISA) by Porfeli, et al. (2011) and Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) by Savickas and Porfeli (2012). This research is a quantitative study involving 172 high school students in Indonesia (36 boys and 136 girls). The results showed that vocational identity and career adaptability were proven to significantly contribute to high school students' career decisions (F=19,758 > 3,049 F Distribution, two-tailed; Sig. 0.000). From these two variables, it appears that vocational identity contributes more (t = 5.885) to high school students' career decisions compared to career adaptability (t = -4.425). The existence of VISA items that have low reliability and validity scores even though it has passed the data collection stage can be a consideration of weaknesses in this study. In addition, it is also necessary to consider CDS items that have multiple meanings. The implications of this research are expected to be useful not only for students but also for teachers in schools who can help students decide their careers.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi mahasiswa untuk memilih akuntan publik sebagai pilihan karier. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 135 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa tingkat akhir Program Studi Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Indonesia FEB UI . Selain menggunakan kuesioner, metode wawancara terstuktur dilakukan kepada enam orang responden. Dalam penelitian ini, faktor yang dianggap dapat mempengaruhi mahasiswa memilih karier sebagai akuntan publik terdiri atas lima faktor yaitu potensi diri, ketidakcocokan, daya tarik profesi, tekanan pekerjaan, serta sosial dan lingkungan.Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi logistik. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa secara serentak seluruh faktor berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan karier sebagai akuntan publik. Namun berdasarkan uji parsial hanya terdapat tiga faktor yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi mahasiswa dalam memilih karier sebagai akuntan publik yaitu daya tarik profesi, tekanan pekerjaan, serta sosial dan lingkungan.Faktor daya tarik profesi dan sosial dan lingkungan secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap pemilihan karier mahasiswa akuntansi sebagai akuntan publik. Sedangkan faktor tekanan pekerjaan secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap pemilihan karier mahasiswa akuntansi sebagai akuntan publik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor ekstrinsik dan pengaruh dari pihak luar secara signifikan mempengaruhi pemilihan karier mahasiswa sebagai akuntan publik. ......The purpose of this study is to determine any factor that could influence accounting student in becoming a public accountant. The analysis was done by conducting research through questionnaires distributed to 135 senior year accounting students in Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Indonesia. Other than using questionnaires, structured interview was done to six respondents. On this research, the factors considered influencing students to choose public accountant as a career consist of self potential, incompatibility between personality and profession , profession attractiveness, work pressure, and social environment.This research used logistic regression model. The result shows that all factors simultaneously affect the choice of career as public accountant. However, based on partial test conducted, there are only three significant factors that affect students to choose public accountant as career which are profession attractiveness, work pressure, and social environment. Profession attractiveness and social environment have positive significant effects on students rsquo career choice as public accountant. While work pressure has negative significant effects on students rsquo career choice as public accountant. This result shows that extrinsic factors and influence from external parties significanly affect students rsquo career choice as public accountant.

Tersedianya pelayanan kesehatan primer yang berkualitas dan memadai adalah elemenpenting dalam menyukseskan program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional untuk mewujudkankeberhasilan pembangunan nasional. Kurangnya minat dari mahasiswa kedokteran dalammemilih karier sebagai dokter yang bekerja di layanan kesehatan primer akan berdampakterhadap kesinambungan pelaksanaan sistem kesehatan nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalahdiperolehnya informasi mendalam tentang motivasi kesediaan Mahasiswa Program StudiProfesi Dokter PSPD Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Padjadjaran FK Unpad dalamberkarier di layanan kesehatan primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatifdengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan diskusikelompok terarah. Informan adalah Mahasiswa PSPD FK Unpad periode Februari 2016-Juli 2017 yang telah melewati stase/rotasi klinik Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat maupun IlmuKedokteran Keluarga. Untuk meningkatkan validitas data dilakukan triangulasi sumber,metode, data, dan analisis. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan thematic analysis. Hasilpenelitian yang didapatkan melalui 13 wawancara mendalam dan 1 diskusi kelompok terarah menunjukkan bahwa motivasi yang hanya ditemukan pada Mahasiswa PSPD FK Unpad yangtertarik dalam berkarier di layanan kesehatan primer adalah berkaitan dengan beban kerja danwaktu kerja intrinsic process motivation ; nilai orientasi sosial, tanggung jawab, dankepedulian goal internalization ; konsep diri supel internal self concept-based motivation ;dan penerimaan masyarakat external self concept-based motivation. Dari hasil ini, FK Unpad diharapkan dapat memberikan motivasi kepada mahasiswa melalui kurikulum danlingkungan akademis yang mendukung tumbuhnya minat untuk berkarier di layanankesehatan primer. FK Unpad perlu memperkuat proses pendidikan yang memastikan konsepnilai dapat tumbuh dan berkembang. Proses pendidikan juga wajib memperhatikan role modelyang berinteraksi sebagai lingkungan terdekat mahasiswa selama pendidikan berlangsung. FKUnpad bersama Ikatan Alumni dan Organisasi Kemahasiswaan juga perlu menyusun programpengenalan profesi kepada mahasiswa sejak Program Studi Sarjana Kedokteran PSSK secara berkala, efektif, dan menarik. ......The availability of high quality primary healthcare service is an important factor to improvethe National Health Insurance program in Indonesia. Decreasing interest of medical studentsto work in primary healthcare service would give an impact to the continuity of healthcaresystem. The aim of this study was to explore the motivation and willingness to work inprimary healthcare service among interns in Faculty of Medicine Padjadjaran University. Aqualitative approach with in depth interview and focused group discussion was used in thisstudy. The participants were interns that already finished their rotation in Public Health andFamily Medicine course during February 2016 July 2017. Data validity is examined bytriangulation of informant, method, data, and analysis. Data were analyzed by thematicanalysis. Thirteen individual in depth interview and one focused group discussion sessionswere conducted. The results showed that participants motivation was related to workload andworking time intrinsic process motivation social orientation value, responsibility, andconcern goal internalization sociable self concept internal self concept based motivation and community acceptance external self concept based motivation. Based on these results, itis important to promote medical students motivation to work in primary healthcare servicethrough regular curriculum and academic environment. The medical faculty should promotegrowth and developmental value in learning process with good role model as the closestlearning experience for students. Together with association of alumni and studentsorganization, Faculty of Medicine Padjadjaran University also need to introduce the careeroptions early in effective ways and a regular period.

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel-variabel yang berdampak terhadap keputusan karier mahasiswa perguruan tinggi negeri di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek) dengan menggunakan metode analisis data structural equation modelling (SEM). Penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 527 responden dari 672 responden yang dikumpulkan, yang merupakan mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi negeri di wilayah Jabodetabek melalui survei cross-sectional design. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik variabel protean career orientation dan variabel peer support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap career decision self-efficacy mahasiswa. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa career decision self-efficacy berperan sebagai mediator pada hubungan protean career orientation terhadap career adaptability, serta hubungan protean career orientation terhadap career adaptability. Adapun career adaptability ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap career decidedness, dan tidak dapat berperan sebagai mediator pada hubungan career decision self-efficacy terhadap career decidedness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh antara variabel-variabel yang memengaruhi keputusan karier mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi negeri di wilayah Jabodetabek, sebagai sumber pengetahuan yang berharga bagi lembaga pendidikan dan praktisi di sektor pengembangan karier. ......This study aims to examine the influence of various variables on the career decision-making of students at state universities in the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) area using structural equation modelling (SEM) data analysis. The study utilized a sample of 527 respondents out of 672 collected respondents, who are students at state universities in the Jabodetabek area, through a cross-sectional survey design. The results indicate that both protean career orientation and peer support variables positively influence students’ career decision self-efficacy. The study also found that career decision self-efficacy acts as mediator in the relationship between protean career orientation and career adaptability, as well as in the relationship between peer support and career adaptability. However, career adaptability was found to have no direct positive effect on career decidedness and could not act as a mediator in the relationship between career decision self-efficacy and career decidedness. This study aims to investigate the impact of variables influencing career decision-making among students at state universities in the Jabodetabek area, providing valuable insights for educational institutions and practitioners in the career development sector.
