Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur modal perusahaan di beberapa perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2011-2015. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ada 29 perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang non-keuangan dan dari hasil data yang ada di olah dalam program eviews 9. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa degree of financial leverage dan tax shield berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap struktur modal (DER) sedangkan untuk time interest earned berpengaruh secara negatif signifikan pada struktur modal

ABSTRACT
This study aimed to analyze the company's struktur modal in several companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2011-2015. The sample in this study, there are 29 companies engaged in non-financial businesses and of the results if the data in the program eviews 9. In the present study found that the degree of financial leverage and tax shield a significant positive effect on the capital structure (DER) while for the time interest earned significant negative effect on the capital structure
