ABSTRACT
The software application industry nowadays enables organizations as well as individuals to establish a new type of business model which is called Software as a Service also known as SaaS. This thesis is about a business plan of establishing a software production company or a startup which will be funded by the founders of the company without external investors or any type of loan or debt. The company will start by developing an online software project management tool which is designed to particularly help professional software project managers as well as enterprises with similar functions. The business plan includes calculations and financial statements which will show that it is indeed feasible to establish such a company with limited funding.

Tesis ini membahas business plan untuk mendirikan one-stop sports center di Bintaro dalam konteks manajemen keuangan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif berupa Innovation Plan yang difokuskan untuk menciptakan konsepkonsep baru tentang inovasi di bidang jasa. Untuk penyusunan strategi, penelitian ini menggunakan Diamond Model Strategy sebagai acuannya. Selain itu, penulisan ini berfokus pada analisis kelayakan investasi terhadap perencanaan bisnis ini. Dalam melakukan analisis kelayakan investasi, tools yang digunakan adalah nilai bersih sekarang, tingkat pengembalian internal, periode pengembalian, periode pengembalian yang didiskon, indeks profitabilitas, dan pengembalian akuntansi.

This thesis discusses the business plan to establish one-stop sports center in Bintaro in the context of financial management. This study is a qualitative study that focused innovation plan to create new concepts of innovation in services. For the preparation of the strategy, this study uses Diamond Model Strategy as a reference. In addition, this paper focuses on analyzing the feasibility study of investing in this business plan. In conducting the feasibility analysis of investment, the tools used is the net present value, internal rate of return, payback period, discounted payback period, profitability index, and accounting return.

Abstrak :
One - Stop Sports Center merupakan konsep usaha yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan PT Arena Sehatindo. Dengan menggunakan brand Il Colosseo, usaha ini memiliki sasaran objektif untuk pemenuhan pemuasan kebutuhan komunitas olahraga dan para hobbyist. Sebagai perusahaan baru, pembahasan pada tesis ini yang merupakan hasil penelitian kualitatif difokuskan untuk menciptakan konsep-konsep baru tentang inovasi yang bertujuan untuk pengembangan produk sebagai diferensiasi. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori-teori yang terkait pada bidang pembahasan analisis, yakni bauran pemasaran, kepuasan pelanggan segmentasi, targeting dan positioning.

One - Stop Sports Center is a business concept that PT Arena Sehatindo offered to the consumer. As using Il Colosseo as a brand?s name of this business, its objective to satisfied the communities of sports and hobbyist. As a new company in this industry, this thesis?s results are focusing on innovation examines since product development as differentiation. The theories within this thesis are using marketing theories such as customer satisfaction, segmentation, targeting, and positioning, marketing mix.

Abstrak :
Studi ini meneliti strategi keberlanjutan bisnis (business sustainability strategy), yaitu strategi yang mengintegrasikan dimensi ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan di perusahaan hulu migas di Indonesia. Kegiatan di industri minyak dan gas mencakup eksplorasi dan produksi yang berdampak langsung terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat sekitar. Dengan demikian, perusahaan terkait perlu memasukkan konsep keberlanjutan dalam merumuskan strategi mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM PLS yang melibatkan 124 responden dari 72 KKKS (Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama). Pengujian hipotesis menjelaskan bahwa sumber daya internal (internal resources) dan orientasi CSR (CSR orientation) berpengaruh positif terhadap strategi keberlanjutan bisnis, akan tetapi tekanan pemangku kepentingan (perceived stakeholder pressure) tidak menunjukkan hubungan signifikan terhadap strategi keberlanjutan usaha. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa strategi keberlanjutan bisnis secara positif mempengaruhi perlindungan lingkungan (environmental protection), kohesi sosial (social cohesion) dan kinerja keberlanjutan bisnis (business sustainability performance). Akan tetapi hasil penelitian tidak menunjukkan dampak signifikan antara perlindungan lingkungan dan kinerja keberlanjutan bisnis. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh persepsi bahwa perlindungan lingkungan tidak secara langsung dapat memberikan dampak pada segi finansial. Penelitian juga menjelaskan pentingnya kohesi sosial serta kerja sama pada rantai usaha dalam mencapai kinerja keberlanjutan bisnis. ......This study investigates business sustainability strategy, i.e. strategy that integrates economic, social and environmental dimensions (ESE), in upstream oil and gas companies in Indonesia. Activities in upstream oil and gas industry include exploration and production that directly impact natural environment and local community. Thus, these companies are required to incorporate ESE in formulating their strategy. The study uses SEM PLS method involving 124 respondents from 72 production sharing contract (PSC) contractors in. The findings explicate that internal resources and CSR orientation positively influence business sustainability strategy, while perceived stakeholder pressure does not. The results also suggest that business sustainability strategy positively affects environmental protection, social cohesion and business sustainability performance. The findings, however, do not show significant direct impact between environmental protection and business sustainability performance. This may be caused by perception that environmental protection is not directly beneficial for the bottom line. Lastly, the study explains the importance of social cohesion as well as cooperation in supply chains in seeking business sustainability performance.

A business can originate from a hobby. A trading card game is one those hobbies that has been generating profits for the manufacturers, retailers, and even the people that play the game. The company GA Corp is a virtual company that tries to do business on trading card game. The company wishes to do business in the secondary market which involves buying and selling of single cards. Before this company can go further and create a business plan, it must do some analysis. This analysis is to identify the problems which they are currently facing or will face in the future.

The purpose of this study is to prepare and create a business plan that would be convenient for the company to use. The preparation of the business plan starts by doing internal and external analysis. The analysis is mostly done by primary research but some are secondary research. From the analysis, the data would be put for processing a new strategy for the company. The strategy formation will be using the Blue Ocean Strategy method because it is found to be effective in this secondary market place. Finally, the new strategy will be translated into the new four P?s of marketing.
