Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Implementasi Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Terpadu (PKT) pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Kuliner di Kecamatan Mampang. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu menganalisa implementasi program PKT pada UMKM Kuliner di Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan. Keberhasilan implementasi program dinilai berdasarkan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Marilee S. Grindle dimana memuat dimensi-dimensi seperti kepentingan kelompok sasaran, tipe manfaat, perubahan yang diinginkan, letak pengambilan keputusan, pelaksana program, sumber daya yang terlibat, kekuasaan kepentingan strategi, karakteristik aktor, dan daya tanggap kelompok sasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni melalui pendekatan post-positivist, teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi kepustakaan dan wawancara mendalam. Implementasi program PKT pada UMKM Kuliner dinyatakan berhasil karena telah memuat delapan indikator, satu indikator yang belum memuat yakni indikator karakteristik aktor dimana dalam keberjalanan program PKT di Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan belum menjelaskan secara rinci karakteristik tersebut.
This study discusses The Implementation of Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Terpadu (PKT) program to Culinary Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) at Mampang Prapatan District. The focus of this research is to analyze The Implementation of Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Terpadu (PKT) program to Culinary Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) at Mampang Prapatan District. The successful implementation of the program is assessed based on the theory put forward by Marilee S. Grindle which includes dimensions such as the interests of the target group, the types of benefits, desired changes, location of decision making, program implementers, resources involved, power of strategic interests, actor characteristics, and responsiveness of the target group. The method of this research used post-positivist approach, the techniques of this research with literature studies and in-depth interviews. The Implementation of Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Terpadu (PKT) program to Culinary Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) at Mampang Prapatan District is success because that explain eight indicators, one indicator that did not explain is actor characteristics.
