"Tesis ini membahas mengenai perilaku konsumen yang menggunakan produk Macintosh dan tcrgabung ke dalam komunitas online id-mac, dengan melihat adanya pengaruh keberadaan brand community terhadap keputusan pembelian produk yang dilakukan oleh konsumen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian koantitatif dengan desain riset eksploratori dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa suatu perusahaan perlu lebih memperhatikan keberadaan brand community, tidak hanya secara fungsional namun juga secara simbolis untuk meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen, dikarenakan peran brand community turut berperan serta dan berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan proses keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan konsumen.
The focus of this thesis is describes the behavior of consumers who use Macintosh products and incorporated into the online community id-mac, with a view of the existence of brand community influence on product purchase decisions made by consumers. This research is quantitative research design with esploratory and descriptive research method. The results suggest that a company needs to pay more attention to the existence of brand community, not only functional but also symbolic to enhance customer loyalty, due to the role of brand community participate and affect the continuity of the consumer decision making process."

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi perilaku konsumen untuk membeli lampu LED sebagai lampu hemat energi di rumah tangga, dilihat dari perspektif theory of planned behavior dan Customer Satisfaction. Sikap, Norma dan Perceived behavior control berpengaruh terhadap perilaku membeli lampu LED. Customer Satisfaction terhadap lampu yang mereka gunakan saat ini berpengaruh terhadap perilaku membeli lampu LED. Secara keseluruhan model TPB dengan Customer Satisfaction memiliki kecocokan untuk memprediksi intensi perilaku membeli lampu LED.

"Untuk mengetahui sikap masyarakat terhadap premium restoran, peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor yang membuat konsumen merasa puas dengan restoran sehingga mampu memiliki hubungan yang baik, yaitu delapan dimensi gaya komunikasi, kualitas makanan, dan lingkungan fisik dapat mempengaruhi COSE, kepuasan, dan dedication behavior. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukan gaya komunikasi perhatian, meninggalkan kesan dan santai memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap COSE. Selanjutnya, lingkungan fisik dan kualitas makanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan. Dan kepuasan serta COSE berpengaruh positif terhadap dedication behavior.
To know people's behavior about premium restaurant, the manufacturer is expected to find out factors which make customers feel satisfied with the restaurant, to build good relationship between them, which are eight dimensions of communication style, food quality, physical environment, which influences COSE, satisfaction, and dedication behavior. This research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as data analysis technique.The result showed that communication style, which are attentive, impression leaving, and relax have a positive impact on COSE. Furthermore, physical environment and food quality have a positive impact on satisfaction, additionally satisfaction and COSE have a positive impact to dedication behavior."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dining factors dalam mempengaruhi emosi positif, perceived value, dan behavioral intentions konsumen restoran Sushi Tei. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model Mehrabian-Russell dengan menambahkan food dan atmospherics authenticity untuk mengkaji bagaimana authenticity mempengaruhi behavioral intentions. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu snowball sampling dan mall intercept dengan total sampel berjumlah 235 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas makanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap emosi positif dan perceived value, tetapi atmospheric authenticity hanya berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived value. Selain itu emosi positif dan perceived value memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intentions.
This research is intended to identify how dining factors influence positive emotions, perceived value, and behavioral intentions of Sushi Tei customers. This research modified the extended Mehrabian-Russell model by adding the authenticity of food and atmospherics to examine how ethnic authenticity influences behavioral intentions. Sampling technique used snowball sampling and mall intercept with total sample are 235 respondents. This research used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the data analysis technique.The results show that food quality influences positive emotions and perceived value, but atmospheric authenticity only influences perceived value. Furthermore positive emotions and perceived value have an influence on behavioral intentions."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pembentukan slogan berdasarkan profil konsumen menggunakan customer perceptual map dengan studi kasus toko kopi Harapan Djaya. Terdapat beberapa tahap dalam pembentukan profil konsumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara mendalam, coding, penentuan atribut berdasarkan hasil coding, membentuk perceptual map dalam membentuk segmentasi, menentukan salah satu kuadran yang dianggap paling cocok sebagai kelompok konsumen Harapan Djaya sebagai bentuk targeting, menjabarkan AIO kelompok konsumen, menentukan positioning berupa positioning statement yang dikemukakan Kotler, dan kemudian menentukan slogan berdasarkan temuan, serta diakhiri concept testing terhadap slogan tersebut.
Sebagai salah satu toko kopi yang baru buka di Jakarta, Harapan Djaya memerlukan pemetaan konsumen agar dapat membentuk strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian mixed method yang diawali dengan penelitian kualitatif, lalu melalui proses interpretasi data dan diakhiri dengan penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan Harapan Djaya untuk menyasar salah satu kelompok konsumen dan menyampaikan pesannya menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang terarah. Output yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah slogan bagi Harapan Djaya.
This thesis discusses the formation of slogan based on consumer profile using customer perceptual map with case study of Harapan Djaya coffee shop. There are some steps in formig a consumer profile in this research which are in depth interview, coding, define attributes based on the coding, create a perceptual map as the segmentation of the group, choose one of the quadran as a targeting, spell out the activities, interests and opinions of the group that has been chosen, make a positioning statement based on Kotler's form, dan then create a slogan based on those findings, and end with a concept testing for the slogan itself. One of the newly opened coffee shops in Jakarta, Harapan Djaya requires consumer mapping in order to form an effective marketing strategy. This research is a mixed method research that begins with qualitative research, then go through the process of data interpretation and ends with quantitative research. This research's results suggest Harapan Djaya to target one of the consumer groups and convey the message using a focused marketing strategy. The output resulting from this research is the slogan for Harapan Djaya."

Maka dari itu, Manajemen Waroeng Spesial Sambal perlu mengetahu faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap niat mengunjungi kembali repurchase intention melalui kepuasan pelanggan customer satisfaction. Diteliti pengaruh faktor Food Quality, Service Quality, Physical Environment, Price, External Environment, dan Cleanliness Hygiene terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Customer Satisfaction dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada Waroeng Spesial Sambal untuk cabang daerah Jabodetabek. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dihunakan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan Customer Satisfaction Waroeng Spesial Sambal cabang Jabodetabek, sehingga dapat bersaing dengan restoran lainnya yang ada di Indonesia.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia untuk melanjutkan adopsi dan merekomendasikan layanan mobile banking BSI Mobile. Sampel dari penelitian adalah individu baik wanita maupun pria dengan usia minimal 18 tahun yang memiliki rekening di Bank Syariah Indonesia dan pernah menggunakan layanan mobile banking BSI Mobile yang disediakan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia. Kumpulan data dari 321 responden (eligible) diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi nasabah terhadap faktor Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Relative Advantage, Religious Obligation, Social Norm berpengaruh terhadap intensi nasabah untuk melanjutkan adopsi BSI Mobile sebagai layanan mobile banking dari BSI. Selain itu, faktor Perceived Usefulness, Social Norm, dan Continuance Intention berpengaruh terhadap intensi nasabah untuk merekomendasikan BSI Mobile.
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the intention of Bank Syariah Indonesia customers to adopt and recommend BSI Mobile mobile banking services. The study sample was female and male individuals with a minimum age of 18 years who have an account at Bank Syariah Indonesia and have used the BSI Mobile mobile banking service provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia. The data set of 321 respondents (eligible) was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that perceptions of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Relative Advantage, Religious Obligation, and Social Norms factors affect customer Continuance Intention BSI Mobile as a mobile banking service from BSI. In addition, the Perceived Usefulness, Social Norm, and Continuance Intention factors affect customer intention to recommend BSI Mobile."

ABSTRACTThe author investigates how consumer search behavior typology affects the relationship between consumer satisfaction and behavioral intentions. The results show that the type of consumer as defined by wether and how they search for information (passive, rational-active, relational-dependent) perceive different levels of satisfaction and performs differently on satisfaction-behavioral intentions linkages. Relational-dependent and rational-active consumers are found to perceive higher satisfaction levels, and to express stronger intentions to engage in positive behavioral intentions than passive consumers. The identification of satisfaction and behavioral intentions within each search type allows managers to satisfy their consumers; hence, the company will obtain higher profit. "

"Pasar produk kecantikan yang ramah lingkungan serta preferensi masyarakat terhadap produk yang alami di dunia saat ini sedang mengalami perkembangan. Sementara itu, perempuan usia muda merepresentasikan perkembangan segmentasi konsumen terhadap produk kecantikan dan perawatan yang ramah lingkungan. Meskipun demikian, penelitian mengenai perilaku konsumen terhadap produk natural skincare saat ini masih sedikit. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami intensi perilaku perempuan muda terhadap pembelian produk natural skincare di Jabodetabek Indonesia. TPB Theory of Planned Behavior, yang mana sering digunakan dalam penelitian terdahulu terhadap perilaku konsumen digunakan sebagai dasar teori dalam penelitian. Selanjutnya, variabel yang digunakan untuk memprediksi perilaku konsumen terhadap produk natural skincare dipengaruhi oleh empat faktor lainnya: kesadaran kesehatan, pengetahuan terhadap produk, persepsi harga, dan persepsi ketersediaan. Survei terhadap 227 responden dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang terstruktur. Data kemudian dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kesadaran kesehatan, persepsi harga dan persepsi ketersediaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap perempuan muda terhadap produk natural skincare. Selanjutnya, sikap terhadap produk natural skincare dan norma subjektif terbukti memiliki pengaruh pada sikap terhadap pembelian produk natural skincare. Sementara itu, hanya norma subjektif yang tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap intensi perempuan muda untuk membeli produk natural skincare.
The market of green beauty products and consumer preference for naturally derived ingredients are expanding worldwide. In addition, young women represent an emerging ecological segment for green beauty and personal care products. However, there are still few researches about consumer behavior towards natural skincare products. Hence, the purpose of this research is to investigate young female consumers rsquo behavioral intention with regard to purchasing natural skincare products in Jabodetabek, Indonesia. The Theory of Planned Behavior was used for the research as it is one of the most widely used theories for investigating consumers rsquo behavioral intention. This research also used attitude towards natural skincare product as an additional variable to predict TPB. The variable was influenced by four more factors health consciousness, product knowledge, perceived price, and perceived availability to predict attitude towards natural skincare products. The survey for this research was collected from 227 respondents through structured questionnaires. The data was analyzed using SEM Structural Equation Modeling . Results have confirmed that health consciousness, perceived price, and perceived availability influence young female consumers attitude towards natural skincare products. The results also showed that attitude towards natural skincare products and subjective norm positively influence attitude towards purchasing natural skincare products. Meanwhile, subjective norm does not have any influences in purchasing intention."
