Abstrak :
Salah satu bentuk sastra adalah puisi. Puisi merupakan karya sastra yang memiliki nilai estetika serta berhubungan dengan rima dan irama. Lirik lagu memiliki kesamaan unsur dengan puisi sehingga dapat dikategorikan sebagai karya sastra. Pesan yang disampaikan melalui lirik lagu dapat beragam, salah satunya adalah pesan yang memotivasi. Contoh lirik lagu dengan pesan motivasi yaitu lagu Fly dan Big Mini World karya Jessica Jung dalam albumnya yang berjudul With Love, J. Penelitian ini membahas makna motivasi dalam lagu karya Jessica Jung dengan menganalisis kata-kata yang digunakan oleh penulis lagu dalam lirik yang ditulisnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat makna pesan motivasi di dalam bait-bait lirik lagu yang menjadi korpus penelitian. Makna pesan motivasi yang terdapat di dalam lagu Fly adalah pesan bagi para pendengarnya untuk selalu berusaha mencapai mimpi dengan kemauan yang kuat, dan pada lagu Big Mini World disampaikan pesan untuk berani keluar dari zona nyaman. ......One form of literature is poetry. Poetry is a literary work that has aesthetic value and is related to rhyme and rhythm. Lyrics have elements in common with poetry so that it can be categorized as literary works. The messages conveyed through lyrics can vary, one of which is a motivating message. Some examples of lyrics with motivational messages are Jessica Jung's Fly and Big Mini World songs on her album With Love, J. This study discusses the meaning of motivation in Jessica Jung's song by analyzing the words used by the songwriter in the lyrics she wrote. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that there is a meaning of motivational messages in the verses of the song lyrics which form the research corpus. The meaning of the motivational message contained in the song Fly is a message for the listeners to always try to achieve dreams with a strong will, and the song Big Mini World conveys a message to dare to get out of the comfort zone.

Using original and archival material, The Right to Privacy traces the origins and influence of the right to privacy as a social, cultural and legal idea. Richardson argues that this right had emerged as an important legal concept across a number of jurisdictions by the end of the nineteenth century, providing a basis for its recognition as a universal human right in later centuries. This book is a unique contribution to the history of the modern right to privacy. It covers the transition from Georgian to Victorian England, developments in Second Empire France, insights in the lead up to the Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB) of 1896, and the experience of a rapidly modernising America around the turn of the twentieth century. It will appeal to an audience of academic and postgraduate researchers, as well as to the judiciary and legal practice.

Abstrak :
Early modern pamphlets serve as an important vehicle for examining print culture, especially the historical entanglement between print technology and a developing capitalism. Attention to the circumstances of pamphlet production and to the controversies surrounding their circulation reveals that pamphlets became a focus for anxieties about print culture in general. Alexandra Halasz combines close readings of pamphlets by Robert Greene, Thomas Nashe, Gabriel Harvey, Thomas Deloney, and John Taylor, among others, with a discussion of the history and deployment of print technology and its specifically English organization as a monopoly. Taking account of the theoretical and historical issues surrounding textual property, authorship, and publicity, The marketplace of print is both a work of historical recovery and a reflection on the ongoing problems of the relationship between the marketplace and the public sphere.
