Pasar Ikan Region where historical artefact (pasar ikan hexagon, menara syahbandar, bahari museum) preserved as cultural herritage. In the Historical Context this region is a gate and preceding Jakarta City (Port Jacatra). This Region vision towards tourism as a waterfront. Mixed Used zone that will be developed in this region have a larger portion of potential to the commercial building, as this region used to be the big trade port. In the tourism context this building developed as an attraction. Big aquarium in this building for tourist attraction and water treatment plant that used to monitored water quality for fish quarantine. Tradefish show center in this region have the function that accommodate user as a tourist and pre-export fish quarantine.

Pariwisata diharapkan dapat memperkenalkan kembali Kota Batavia yang saat ini sedang tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi sebuah kota yang diperuntukan bagi wisatawan.
DKI Jakarta, a coastal city in the island of Java. This emerging capital of Republic of Indonesia was called Batavia. Historically, Jakarta has a dynamic character through colonisation era from Dutch and Japanese, Independence Day, and current events.
As a historically-rich city, Jakarta holds cultural landmarks within every corner of the city. Chinese is among the most influential culture, which also existed in almost every country. This particular culture reflects distinctively on architectural and urbanscape characteristics. Thus, an opportunity for tourism sector. Reintroducing Batavia as an emerging city to boost tourism developments.
Sebuah bangunan maupun sekadar reruntuhan memiliki sebuah memori yang terkandung di dalamnya, dimana ia menjadi saksi bisu dalam peristiwa – peristiwa yang pernah terjadi di dalam maupun di sekitarnya. Kandungan memori tersebut dapat disebut juga dengan embodiment of memory. Dalam tugas akhir ini, saya mencoba untuk memanfaatkan embodiment of memory tersebut untuk menjadi basis dalam menghadirkan narasi sesuai dengan sejarah bangunan yang terkait. Dalam antisipasi melestarikan sejarah colonial Belanda di Indonesia, Pulau Onrust dapat dijadikan sebagai alternative dalam pembelajaran sejarah tersebut. Melalui banyak bangunan dan reruntuhan bersejarah di pulau tersebut, banyak sekali memori yang dapat dimanifestasikan menjadi sebuah narasi. Narasi tersebut pada akhirnya mengakomodasi pengunjung dalam merasakan memori secara lebih imersif dan menambah value bersejarah bangunan/reruntuhan terkait.
A building or even ruins contains memories that are embedded, where the building itself become a silent witness of events occurring inside or around it. Those embedded memories can also be called as embodiments of memory. In this final project, I try to utilize the embodiments of memory as a basis for creating spatial narrative according to its corresponding building. In anticipation of preserving the Dutch colonial history on Indonesia, Onrust Island can be made as an alternative on studying the history. Through its buildings and ruins on the island, there are many memories that can be manifested into a spatial narrative. These narratives can accommodate visitors on witnessing immersive memories and enhance the building’s or ruin’s historical value.
