Penulisan dalam skripsi ini membahas tentang proses pembangunan bandar udara internasional Soekarno Hatta Jakarta yang telah memberikan dampak terhadap masyarakat sekitar tahun 1980-1992. Kehadiran bandar udara internasional Soekarno Hatta Jakarta disebabkan karena bandar udara Kemayoran dan bandar udara Halim Perdanakusuma dalam tidak mampu mengatasi masalah penerbangan di Jakarta tahun 1970. Bandar udara internasional Soekarno Hatta Jakarta berfungsi untuk menampung peningkatan jumlah pengguna transportasi udara yang terjadi setiap tahunnya. Keberadaan bandar udara internasional Soekarno Hatta Jakarta menjadi pendorong berdirinya PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) sebagai pengelola bandar udara bagian Indonesia barat termasuk bandar udara internasional Soekarno Hatta Jakarta. Bandar udara internasional Soekarno Hatta Jakarta menjadi bandar udara terbesar di Indonesia yang dapat menampung jumlah penumpang hingga 18.000.000/tahun. sesuai dengan fungsinya sebagai infrastruktur yang berskala domestik dan internasional maka bandar udara internasional Soekarno Hatta Jakarta telah memberikan dampak negatif dan positif yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat sekitar. PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) harus menunjukkan kepeduliannya terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Terjadinya perubahan kehidupan masyarakat sekitar yang pada awalnya merupakan masyarakat tradisional agraris kini berubah menjadi masyarakat modern yang dilengkapi prasarana dan sarana memadai. ......Writing in this paper discusses process development Soekarno Hatta International Airport Jakarta and Its Impact on Communities Around the year 1980-1992. The presence of the Soekarno Hatta international airport in Jakarta due to the inability of Kemayoran airport and Halim Perdanakusuma Jakarta Aiport can troubling of flight in 1970. The Soekarno Hatta international airport in Jakarta to drive the establishment of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) as the manager of the airport including the western part of Indonesia Soekarno Hatta international airport in Jakarta. Soekarno Hatta international airport in Jakarta into the largest airports in Indonesia that can accommodate the number of passengers to 18 million/year. according to its function as an infrastructure of domestic and international scale, the international airport of Soekarno Hatta has a negative and positive impact felt by the surrounding community. PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) must show concern for the surrounding community. Changes in people's lives around that was originally a traditional agrarian society now turned into a modern society that is equipped with adequate infrastructure and facilities.

Peningkatan arus transportasi udara di Bandara Husein Sastranegara menunjukan tren peningkatan sehingga kualitas pelayanan penerbangan cenderung menurun dengan cepat. Usaha mengantisipasi masalah tersebut dengan tiga alternatif pilihan yaitu mengembangkan Bandara Husein Sastranegara, membangun Bandara Baru di Kertajati dan mengembangkan serta membangun keduanya bersamaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dengan mengukur potensi penumpang di Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara menunjukan bahwa pilihan untuk mengembangkan fasilitas terminal penumpang Bandara Husein Sastranegara merupakan pilihan paling baik ditinjau dari segi finansial. Dengan masa evaluasi selama 20 tahun maka nilai Nett Present Value menunjukan nilai positif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dengan mengukur potensi penumpang di Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara menunjukan bahwa pilihan untuk membangun Bandar Udara Kertajati merupakan pilihan yang paling baik ditinjau dari segi finansial , dengan syarat spesifikasi konstruksi menyerupai Bandara Husein Sastranegara. Dengan masa evaluasi selama 20 tahun maka nilai Nett Present Value menunjukan kecenderungan nilai positif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dengan mengukur potensi penumpang di Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara menunjukan bahwa pilihan untuk tetap mengoperasikan Bandara Husein Sastranegara merupakan pilhan paling tidak tepat ditinjau dari segi finansial yang berakibat Nett Present Value Bandar Udara Kertajati negatif.

The problems may be resolved by three option by developing Husein Sastranegara Passenger terminal , building the new airport in Kertajati , and by opt both at the same time. Passenger demand measurement in Husein Sastranegara Airport indicate that developing the passenger terminal is the best option for financial perpective. 20 years of evaluation indicates positive Nett Present Value. Bandara Internasional Minangkabau secara geografis terletak pada wilayah barat pesisir pantai Pulau Sumatera. Secara geologis, Pulau Sumatera berada pada wilayah pergerakan dua lempeng, yaitu Indo-Australia dan Eurasia. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan Bandara Internasional Minangkabau memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang tinggi terhadap bencana alam gempa bumi dan tsunami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan Bandara Internasional Minangkabau dalam menghadapi bencana alam gempa bumi dan tsunami yang dinilai dari segi aspek sarana evakuasi, tempat evakuasi sementara (vertikal) tsunami dan airport emergency plan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan analisis komparasi. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan di gedung terminal Bandara Internasional Minangkabau pada bulan April - Mei 2022 melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara, dan tinjauan dokumen. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis komparasi menggunakan checklist yang mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri PUPR Nomor 14 Tahun 2017, Pedoman Teknis 2 Perencanaan TES Tsunami, ICAO Doc-9137, SNI 03-1746-2000, SNI 03-6574-2001, dan SNI 7743:2011. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data terhadap variabel penelitian didapatkan bahwa pemenuhan aspek sarana evakuasi adalah 82%, aspek tempat evakuasi sementara (vertikal) tsunami adalah 52,2%, dan aspek airport emergency plan adalah 93,33%. Hasil perhitungan rata-rata pemenuhan aspek kesiapan Bandara Internasional Minangkabau dalam menghadapi bencana alam gempa bumi dan tsunami adalah sebesar 75,84%. Secara umum, kriteria setiap aspek telah terpenuhi cukup baik. Namun masih terdapat beberapa variabel dengan tingkat pemenuhan 0%, seperti pengecekan struktur bangunan TES dan rambu penunjuk evakuasi tsunami. Sehingga perlu dilakukan beberapa perbaikan, terutama pada aspek tempat evakuasi sementara (vertikal) tsunami sebagai aspek dengan persentase pemenuhan terendah. Pemeliharaan dan perbaikan dari aspek lainnya tetap perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan Bandara Internasional Minangkabau dalam menghadapi bencana alam gempa bumi dan tsunami. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kesiapan Bandara Internasional Minangkabau dalam menghadapi bencana alam gempa bumi dan tsunami dapat dilakukan dengan memperbaiki dan melengkapi sarana evakuasi sesuai dengan standar dan peraturan, melakukan pengkajian ulang penetapan TES sesuai dengan alur pedoman perencanaan TES, dan memenuhi kriteria airport emergency plan sesuai dengan pedoman ICAO Doc-9137. ...... Minangkabau International Airport is geographically located on the west coast of West Sumatera. Geologically, West Sumatera is in the region of the movement of two plates, Indo-Australia and Eurasia. This condition causes Minangkabau International Airport to have a high level of vulnerability to earthquakes and tsunamis. This study aims to determine the level of preparedness of Minangkabau International Airport in dealing with earthquake and tsunami natural disasters which are assessed from three aspect, evacuation facilities, vertical evacuation from tsunamis and airport emergency plans. This study uses a descriptive observational method with a comparative analysis approach. The data collection process was carried out at the Minangkabau International Bandra terminal building in April – May 2022 through observation, interviews, and document review. Data processing is carried out by comparative analysis using a checklist that refers to the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation Number 14 of 2017, Technical Guidelines 2 for Tsunami TES Planning, ICAO Doc-9137, SNI 03-1746-2000, SNI 03-6574-2001, and SNI 7743:2011. Based on the results of data collection on research variables, it was found that the fulfillment of the evacuation facility aspect was 82%, vertical evacuation from tsunamis aspect was 52.2%, and the airport emergency plan aspect was 93.33%. The results of the calculation of the average fulfillment of aspects of Minangkabau International Airport readiness in dealing with earthquake and tsunami natural disasters is 75.84%. In general, the criteria for each aspect have been met quite well. However, there are still several variables with a compliance rate is 0%, such as checking the structure of the TES building and tsunami evacuation signs. So, some improvements need to be made, especially in the aspect of vertical evacuation of tsunamis as the aspect with the lowest percentage of fulfillment. Maintenance and repairs from other aspects still need to be done to improve the preparedness of Minangkabau International Airport in dealing with earthquake and tsunami natural disasters. Efforts to improve the preparedness of Minangkabau International Airport in dealing with earthquake and tsunami natural disasters can be done by repairing and equipping evacuation facilities in accordance with standards and regulations, reviewing the determination of TES in accordance with the flow of TES planning guidelines, and fulfilling the criteria for an airport emergency plan in accordance with the ICAO Doc-9137.

The aim of this research is to optimise the utilization of third runway in Soekarno Hatta International Airport by giving recommendation based on calculation and simulation of runway capacity. The flight schedule data in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport was taken from flightradar24.com for duration of 1- 6 January 2020. The calculation of the runway capacity uses time space analysis method and simulation in BlueSky ATM Simulator. The highest runway capacity of 44 flights per hour is reached when the runway operates as take-off only or landing-only configuration. The simulation is conducted for 3 scenarios: 2 runways configuration, 3 runways configuration and 3 runways configuration with modification. The log data of simulation is analysed using Python programming to know the separation for every pair of flights and ensured that the minima distance due to wake turbulence is fulfilled. The recommendations are runway 07L/25R and 06/24 operates as segregated parallel operation by installing ILS on runway 06/24, extending NP2 and NP3 taxiway for increasing the capacity and reducing the runway incident probability. The results from extending the taxiway are the operation of runway 06/24 will not disturb runway 07L/25R operation, the runway capacity will increase by 60%, and the utilization of third runway will increase by 55%.

Salah satu aspek terpenting pada suatu terminal bandar udara adalah orientasi penumpang (Wayfinding). Orientasi penumpang dalam wujud sebuah petunjuk informasi yang tepat dan eye-catching merupakan hal vital dalam sebuah penentuan arah yang benar. Hal ini menjadi dasar pemikiran untuk riset selanjutnya yang terdiri dari aspek-aspek penting sebuah papan petunjuk lokasi disertai peletakannya untuk menciptakan sistem wayfinding yang baik. Pada karya tulis ini, sebuah papan petunjuk lokasi baru yang sesuai dengan karakteristik visual manusia dan teruji oleh sistem eye-tracking dianjurkan penulis. Percobaan yang disertai aplikasi EyeLink Data Viewer tersebut membantu peneliti mengidentifikasi lokasi optimum untuk memaksimalkan tampilan. Model yang dianjurkan tersebut dapat diaplikasikan pada situasi sebagai peningkatan sistem penunjuk arah pada berbagai lingkungan/ fasilitas umum meliputi terminal pada bandar udara, stasiun, atau mall. ......One of the important features of airport passenger terminal layout is passenger orientation (wayfinding). The common availability of wayfinding which include precise and eye-catching information signs is vital for providing help with finding the right directions. It results a future research which concerns the vital aspects of appropriate directional signage as well as its allocation to build good wayfinding system. In this paper, a subtituting directional signage which based on human visual characteristics tested by eye-tracking system is being proposed. The eye-tracking trials along with EyeLink Data Viewer allow the designer to identify optimum location for signs in a space to maximize visibility. The proposed model can be widely applied to practical situations so as to improve the design of signage system in various enclosed environments including airport terminals, multi-function railway stations, and shopping malls.
