Abstrak :
Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh kekuatan struktural Medco Group berkerja dan mempengaruhi Pemerintah Kabupaten Merauke agar dapat mengakomodir kepentingannya dalam pengusahaan lahan skala luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kekuatan struktural structural power yang dikemukakan oleh Kevin Fransworth untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kekuatan struktural Medco Group pada program MIFEE. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kekuatan struktural Medco Group melalui Control Over Investment berhasil mempengaruhi Pemerintah Kabupaten Merauke mengakomodasi kepentingan Medco Group dalam pengusahaan lahan skala luas yaitu memberikan dorongan terhadap pembentukan awal program MIFEE, pemberian izin konsesi lahan, dan akomodasi lahan kegiatan investasi Medco Group yang dijadikan pertimbangan dalam penentuan pola ruang dalam Perda RTRW Kabupaten Merauke. ...... This reaserch expelain the influence of structural power owned by the business group that is Medco Group works, and influence to Merauke Regency Government in order to get large scale land consessions. This reaserch using structural power theory by Kevin Fransworth to explain and explore the influence of the Medco Group 39s structural power in MIFEE program. This reaserch also using qualitative methods based on primary and secondary data. The result of this research concludes that the structural power of Medco Group through its control of investment succeeded in influencing the Merauke Regency Government in the large scale extensive land of Medco Group by triggering the initial formation of the MIFEE program which can ultimately affect the land size and the land allocation from MIFEE grand design, and its legalize on Perda RTRW Kabupaten Merauke.

Tesis ini membahas tentang pegaruh peran Charles de Gaulle dalam proses pembentukan kebijakan Politique Agricole Commune menurut tinjauan sejarah hubungan internasional. Teori yang digunakan untuk meneliti tesis ini adalah teori sejarah hubungan internasional yang dikemukakan oleh Jean-Baptiste Duroselle dan Pierre Renouvin. Dua (2) variabel sejarah hubungan internasional, kekuatan fundamental (les forces profondes) dan negarawan (l'homme d'État) digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh hubungan para aktor dalam proses pembentukan kebijakan Politique Agricole Commune. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis sequential explatory mixed-methods. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Charles de Gaulle berperan sangat kuat dalam proses pembentukan kebijakan Politique Agricole Commune. Charles de Gaulle memengaruhi seluruh variabel pembentuk sejarah hubungan internasional (histoire des relations internationales). Selain itu, hasil penelitian turut menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan kebijakan Politique Agricole Commune pun dipengaruhi oleh kehadiran indikator-indikator penyusun variabel sejarah hubungan internasional.

This thesis discusses about the influences of Charles de Gaulle during the formation of the European regional's agricultural policy, Common Agricultural Policy. The research uses the theory of the history of international relations presented by Jean- Baptiste Duroselle and Pierre Renouvin. Two (2) main variables, fundamental forces (les forces profondes) and the statesman (l'homme d'État) used to analyze the influences of the actors who contribute in the formation of the Common Agricultural Policy. This research uses explatory sequential mixed methods design. The result of this research found that Charles de Gaulle has a strong significance during the process of the formation of Common Agricultural Policy as an European regional's agricultural policy. The presence of Charles de Gaulle influences the existence of two (2) main variables of the history of international relations. Moreover, the result of this research shows that each indicators, which is composing the theory of international relation, affects the process of the formation of European regional's agricultural policy, Common Agricultural Policy.

Pengkajian Bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi secara objektif 18 artikel yang ditulis peneliti Balai Besar Penelitian Vetetiner (Bbalitvet) dalam Jurnal Ilmu Ternak dan Veteriner tahun 2008-2010. Pengkajian menggunakan metode analisis sitiran. Dari 373 sitiran yang terdapat dalam daftar pustaka, yang terdiri atas buku, prosiding, jurnal, dan dokumen elektronis nonjurnal, yang digunakan sebagai data dalam kajian hanya 212 judul jurnal (575). Identifikasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui produktivitas publikai peneliti Bbalitvet per volume jurnal per kelompok penelitian (kelti), karakteristik jurnal yang disitir yang menyangkut kemutakhiran, peringkat dan ruang lingkup, serta jumlah dan judul jurnal yang disitir dengan mengacu pada daftar jurnal inti bidang veteriner.

Abstrak :
This book brings together the history of food, agriculture, and foreign policy to explore the use of food to promote American national security and national interests. During the first three decades of the cold war, Americans struggled to understand how an unprecedented abundance of food could be best used to advance the nations goals and values. Was food a weapon, a commodity to be valued and exchanged through markets, or a substance to be provided to those in need? Food power was essential to Americas postwar modernization strategy and vision of what it meant to be a stable, secure, and technologically advanced nation. America helped build a new postwar food system based around the steadying influence of American agricultural surpluses that helped maintain stable prices and food availability. This system averted a global-scale food crisis for almost three decades. The end of this food system in the early 1970s ushered in a much more unstable period in global food relations. The book argues that efforts to understand both Americas role in the world during the mid-twentieth century and to address contemporary food problems will be enhanced by a more complete understanding of the ways postwar American policymakers and experts sought to shape the politics of security and prosperity by linking people and places around the world through food.
