"ABSTRAKShare house adalah bentuk perumahan yang pada awalnya didesain untuk memberikan opsi tempat tinggal sementara dengan harga sewa yang murah dan terbuka bagi siapa saja. Namun, dalam tren share house yang berkembang tahun 2010-an terdapat share house bertema dan social apartment/social residence yang memiliki karakteristik berbeda dengan share house pada umumnya. Skripsi ini membahas perubahan yang dibawa oleh tren tersebut dan kaitannya dengan pertumbuhan populasi ohitorisama. Analisis penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat tiga unsur dinamika populasi ohitorisama yang berpengaruh terhadap tren share house tahun 2010-an, yaitu peningkatan usia dan pendapatan rata-rata serta kurangnya social support yang dimiliki sebagian besar ohitorisama.

ABSTRACTShare house is a type of accommodation designed to provide affordable housing for anyone. However, the types of share houses trending in 2010s are having different characteristics to its original. This thesis discusses the changes brought by the trend and its correlation to the growing population of ohitorisama. The analysis of this study concludes that there are three components of ohitorisama rsquo s population dynamics which affect the trend of share house in 2010s. Those components are the increase of average age, increase of average income and the lack of social support of most of ohitorisama."

"Malaysia is currently focusing on providing affordable housing all over the country as part of the plan to tackle the problem of rising costs of house ownership due to several reasons such as economic crisis and land limitations. However, there is a limited number of methodical study made on the residents’ feedback towards the indoor environment of an affordable housing. Indoor environmental quality (IEQ) is an important aspect of occupants’ wellbeing as it will affect their health and productivity. Thus, it is a paramount step in evaluating the residents’ feedback towards IEQ to serve as an indicator of building performance and condition. Additionally, the health and productivity of the residents should be evaluated in order to identify the effect of IEQ towards the occupants. The questionnaire survey is used in order to achieve the objectives and to gain the access to the respondents’ views and feedbacks. The pilot questionnaire study was conducted at two apartments in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the data collected were evaluated and analyzed using the SPSS Software. The outcome of this pilot study is significant as it shows the residents dissatisfaction level towards IEQ factors such as noise, glare, and privacy, and the aspects of IEQ that are important such as ventilation. Additionally, it has been found that the IEQ of the residents does affect the health and productivity of the occupants. It is anticipated that the outcome of this study will serve as an indicator of building performance improvements to achieve a better quality of the indoor environment for affordable housing in Malaysia."

"Manggarai merupakan area yang sangat strategis untuk lokasi hunian para pekerja di Jakarta, lokasinya dekat dengan area CBD Jakarta (Golden Triangle). Saat ini terdapat banyak rumah kost yang berada di area Manggarai. Namun dari banyaknya rumah kost yang ada, tidak semua memiliki kualitas ruang hunian yang baik dan layak. Dengan didukungnya rencana pengembangan kawasan TOD Manggarai, kawasan ini mendapat nilai tambah yang tinggi. Sehingga sangat berpotensi untuk menghadirkan Manggarai CoHive Apartments sebagai fasilitas tempat tinggal yang terjangkau dengan kualitas ruang yang nyaman, aman dan sehat bagi para pekerja perantau. Waktu perjalanan dari tempat tinggal menuju tempat kerja akan lebih efisien dengan adanya transportasi umum yang saling terintegrasi dengan konsep kawasan TOD.

Manggarai is a strategically located area for residential purposes for workers in Jakarta, close to the Jakarta CBD area (Golden Triangle). Currently, there are many boarding houses in the Manggarai area. However, not all of the many boarding houses that exist have good and proper living space quality. Supported by the Manggarai TOD area development plan, this area has high added value. So it has great potential to present Manggarai CoHive Apartments as an affordable residential facility with comfortable, safe and healthy living space quality for migrant workers. Travel time from residence to workplace will be more efficient with the availability of public transportation that is integrated with the TOD concept."

"ABSTRAKProgram Pangan Murah merupakan sebuah program bantuan bagi masyarakat dalam mendapatkan kebutuhan pangan pokok dengan harga yang terjangkau dan lebih murah dari harga pasaran. Program ini diberlakukan secara resmi sejak tanggal 1 Februari 2018 oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan bekerja sama dengan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Kelautan, dan Perikanan Provinsi DKI Jakarta beserta tiga Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Program ini dibuat untuk mencegah dan mengatasi terjadinya krisis pangan dan menimbulkan kenaikan harga pangan yang tidak terjangkau oleh daya beli masyarakat serta berpengaruh terhadap kondisi ketahanan pangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberhasilan, kesesuaian, dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung implementasi Program Pangan Murah dalam rangka untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan teori implementasi program yang dikemukakan oleh Korten (1980) yang dipadukan dengan konsep ketahanan pangan yang dikemukakan FAO dalam Silitonga (1997 : 5). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah post positivist sehingga penelitian akan disusun dengan data, bukti, dan pertimbangan ilmiah yang mempunyai dasar teori dan bersifat logis. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan teknik pengumpulan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi Program Pangan Murah secara umum sudah dilaksanakan dengan berhasil dan memenuhi kesesuaian model implementasi program yang dikemukakan Korten (1980). Saran yang dapat diberikan mengenai proses Implementasi Program Pangan Murah adalah dengan memperbaiki beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat yang terdapat dalam setiap dimensi implementasi program.

ABSTRACT

The Affordable Food Program is a program of assistance for the community in obtaining basic food needs at affordable prices and cheaper than the market price. The program was officially implemented on February 1, 2018, by the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta in collaboration with the Department of Food Security, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the DKI Jakarta Province along with three DKI Jakarta Province Regionally Owned Enterprises. This program was created to prevent and overcome food crises and cause an increase in food prices that are not affordable by people's purchasing power and affect the condition of food security. This study aims to analyze the success, suitability, and factors that support the implementation of the Affordable Food Program to improve food security in DKI Jakarta Province by using the theory of program implementation proposed by Korten (1980) combined with the concept of food security proposed by FAO in Silitonga (1997: 5). The approach used in this research posts positivist so that the research will be arranged with data, evidence, and scientific considerations that have a theoretical basis and are logical. The data used in this study were obtained through qualitative collection techniques through in-depth interviews and library research. The results of this study are that the implementation of the Affordable Food Program, in general, has been carried out successfully and meets the suitability of the program implementation model proposed by Korten (1980). Suggestions that can be given regarding the implementation of the Affordable Food Program is to improve some of the inhibiting factors in each dimension of program implementation."
