Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam tesis ini yaitu kurangnya motivasi para pengelola BMT SHAR-e: padahal jalinan kerjasama yang dilakukan antara PT BMI dengan BMT SHAR-e: rnerupakan wujud dari proses silaturrahim yang seharusnya dapat meningkatkan motivasi. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut maka digunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis faktor yang dilanjutkan dengan uji regresi. Hasil pcnelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jalinan silaturrahim antara pengelola BMT Shar-e. dengan PT BMI tergolong dalam kategori kurang begitu pula motivasi pengelola BMT Shar-e. Berdasarkan uji regresi pengaruh silaturrahim tersebut terhadap motivasi pengelola BMT Shar-e sebesar 83,9% dan keduanya merniliki korelasi yang kuat yaitu sebesar 91,6%. Dengan analisis faktor, didapat dua faktor yang menjadi variabel bebas. Faktor dari silalurrahim antara pengelola BMT Sbar-e dengan PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia yang paling berpengarah terhadap motivasi pengeJo)a BMT Shar-e. yaitu faktor pertama yang terdiri dari e)emen: kepercayaan, keterikatan, komunikasi dan berbagt nilai kemudian disusul oleh faktor ke-2 yaitu: empati dan timbal balik.

ABSTRACT
The issues that raised in this thesis is about a lack of motivation of the BMT Share: managers, whereas partnership between PT BM! with BMT Shar-e: is a manifestation of the silaturraheem process that can increasing motivation. To answer this problem we used descriptive method with factor analysis followed by regression. The results of this study indicate that silaturraheem among BMT Shar-t with PT BMI classified in the low category as well as the motivation of BMT Shar-e managers. Based on regression testing; the influence on silaturraheem toward motivation of BMT Shar-e managers is about 83.9% even though both have a strong correlation that is equal to 91,6%. With factor analysis, yielded two factors which become independent variables. The Factor of silaturraheem among PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia with BMT Shar-e: that most influential on motivation of BMT Shar-e managers consisting of four elements that is trust, bonding, communication, and shared value whom followed by the second factor that consisting of empathy and reciprocity.

Studi ini bertujuan meneliti pengaruh profitabilitas, pertumbuhan, dan struktur aset perusahaan terhadap struktur modal dan likuiditas perusahaan pangan pada sektor pertanian di Indonesia pada periode 2015 hingga 2019. Sampel terdiri dari 17 perusahaan sektor pertanian yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi panel data dengan metode estimasi fixed effect model. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa profitabilitas, pertumbuhan, dan struktur aset tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal di perusahaan sektor pertanian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa struktur aset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap likuiditas, sementara profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. ......This study aims to analyze effect of profitability, growth, and asset structure on firm capital structure and liquidity of food companies in agriculture sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange within the period of 2015-2019, which consist of 17 listed companies. The regression method used is panel data regression with estimated using fixed effect model. This study finds that profitability, growth, and asset structure are not significant towards capital structure in agriculture firms in Indonesia. This study also finds that asset structure has a positive and significant effect on liquidity, while profitability and growth have no significant effect.

Abstrak :
These proceedings include a collection of papers on a range of topics presented at the 12th World Congress on Engineering Asset Management (WCEAM) in Brisbane, 2-4 August 2017. Effective strategies are required for managing complex engineering assets such as built environments, infrastructure, plants, equipment, hardware systems and components. Following the release of the ISO 5500x set of standards in 2014, the 12th WCEAM addressed important issues covering all aspects of engineering asset management across various sectors including health. The topics discussed by the congress delegates are grouped into a number of tracks, including strategies for investment and divestment of assets, operations and maintenance of assets, assessment of assets health conditions, risk and vulnerability, technologies, and systems for management of assets, standards, education, training and certification.
