Peran religiusitas terhadap pemilihan bank Islam masih belum dapat disimpulkan dengan jelas, dan belum ada penjelasan mengapa terjadi perbedaan kesimpulan antar peneliti. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan: (1) Mempelajari pengukuran religiusitas yang pernah digunakan dan membentuk pengukuran religiusitas yang sesuai; (2) Menyelidiki penelitian terdahulu yang mengasumsikan semua muslim mengadopsi dan meyakini hukum yang sama tentang pengharaman bunga bank, dengan memasukan Variabel Norma Religius; (3) Menyelidiki pengaruh tidak langsung religiusitas terhadap pemilihan bank Islam, dengan menggunakan variabel mediasi: Trust, Importance of Attributes, dan Sumber Informasi. Peneliti melakukan exploratory study dan mengaplikasikan Natural Experimental Design dengan metode analisis Seemingly Causal Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh religiusitas terhadap pemilihan bank Islam ditentukan oleh norma religius. Religiusitas memengaruhi pemilihan bank Islam untuk kelompok Tradisional, tetapi tidak memengaruhi pada kelompok Kontemporer. Hasil lainnya adalah Religiusitas memengaruhi pemilihan bank secara tidak langsung melalui Variabel Trust dan Sumber Informasi Personal.

The relationship between the degree of customers? religiosity and their decision to using the Islamic banking services remains vague until now and there is no any satisfactory explanations on this relationship from the results of previous studies. Based on this issue, the present research study has 3 objectives: (1) to investigate the measurement of religiosity that has been used in the past studies and to develop appropriate measurement; (2) to examine the assumptions used in previous studies that all Muslims adopt and believes the same law on the prohibition of bank interest, by grouping customers based on the religious norms; (3) and to investigate the indirect effects of religiosity on the customers? decision for using the Islamic banking services, by employing mediating variables: Trust, Importance of Attributes, and Information Sources. An exploratory study was carried out and the Natural Experimental Design with analytical methods Seemingly Causal Models was applied. The results show that role of religiosity in the customers? decision for using the Islamic banking services depends on the religious norms. Religiosity affects this decision among customers in the Traditional group, but it does not affect among the Contemporary group customers. Another finding suggests that the religiosity affects the decision for using the Islamic banks indirectly through variable Trust and personal information source.

[Penelitian ini menghitung nilai fleksibilitas keuangan perusahaan – perusahaan sektor industri pertambangan go public di Indonesia dan juga menguji hubungan antara fleksibilitas keuangan suatu perusahaan terhadap kebijakan pembayaran perusahan – perusahaan tersebut. Fleksibilitas keuangan sangat penting untuk menjadi pertimbangan perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan penting perusahaan ketika informasi asimetris memaksa perusahaan untuk mengorbankan peluang pertumbuhan yang menguntungkan. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan regresi logit antara variabel nilai fleksibilitas keuangan terhadap kebijakan pembayaran dividen. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbukti ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara nilai fleksibilitas keuangan dengan kebijakan pembayaran dividen., This research calculates the value of financial flexibility of the firms from mining sector that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research also examines the relation between firm’s financial flexibility and its dividend policy. Financial flexibility is an important factor to be considered before making an important decision for the firm when asymmetric information cost a profitable growth opportunity. [Skripsi ini membahas mengenai evaluasi sistem pengendalian internal aset tetap pada suatu organisasi pemerintahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pengendalian internal aset tetap pada organisasi pemerintahan yaitu Badan Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Kebijakan Perdagangan yang nantinya dijabarkan secara deskriptif analitis. Dalam skripsi ini ditunjukkan bagaimana pengendalian internal aset tetap pada lima aspek yaitu perolehan aset tetap, pelepasan aset tetap, inventarisasi aset tetap, pengamanan aset tetap, dan pemeliharaan aset tetap. Penelitian ini akan membahas kelima aspek tersebut berdasarkan teori serta prosedur dan kebijakan yang berlaku berupa peraturan perundang-undangan., This thesis discusses the evaluation of internal control system of fixed assets in a governmental organization. This thesis is qualitative research with case study approach to measure the implementation of governmental organization, BP2KP (Study and Development of Trade Policy Board). Furthermore, this thesis displays how the internal control of fixed assets in five aspects which are acquisitions, disposal, inventory, safeguard, and maintenance of fixed assets. [Skripsi ini meneliti pengaruh variabel cash-richness, tingkat persediaan kas, terhadap pemilihan metode pembayaran merger dan akuisisi di Indonesia dengan bidder yang merupakan perusahaan publik di Indonesia dengan periode penelitian tahun 2000 – 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian non-parametric dan parametric, yaitu t-test dan multinomial logistic regression. Dari hasil pengujian ditemukan bahwa tingkat persediaan kas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap metode pembayaran akuisisi dan ditemukan bahwa beberapa variabel kontrol yang mempunyai pengaruh., This study investigates the influence of cash-richness towards the preference of payment method of acquisition amongst public companies in Indonesia in 2000 - 2013. Both non-parametric and parametric approach are applied in this research by running t-test and multinomial logistic regression. This research refutes the old assumptions by finding that cash-richness has no effect on the choice of payment method of acquisition. There are, however, other determinants that show influence towards payment method preference.]

[Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh negative entrenchment effect dari pemegang saham pengendali akhir oleh grup konglomerasi terhadap transaksi pihak berelasi penjualan dan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data 322 tahun-perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012 dan 2013. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bukti bahwa negative entrenchment effect berpengaruh negatif terhadap transaksi pihak berelasi penjualan dan pembelian. Penelitian ini juga berhasil membuktikan perusahaan yang dimiliki oleh grup konglomerasi memperkuat negative entrenchment effect baik melalui total transaksi pihak berelasi penjualan dan pembelian maupun transaksi pihak berelasi penjualan dan pembelian operasional. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat terlihat adanya peluang ekspropriasi hak pemegang saham non-pengendali melalui transaksi pihak berelasi penjualan dan pembelian di perusahaan anggota grup konglomerasi., This thesis aims to explain the negative entrenchment effect arised from selling and purchasing related party transactions once business group conglomerates act as the ultimate owner of a firm. Using 322 firm-year data of firms listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2012-2013 period, it is confirmed that there is a negative association between negative entrenchment effect toward selling and purchasing related party transactions. Furthermore, this research provides evidence that the ownership by business conglomerates strengthened the negative entrenchment effect in both total of selling-purchasing related party transactions and selling-purchasing related party transactions which come from operating activities. Thus, from the result, it can be presumed that there might be a possibility of agency conflict arised from selling-purchasing related party transactions when a firm is part of business conglomerates.]

Abstrak :
Bantuan sosial memungkinkan untuk memperkuat kontrak sosial antara warga negara dan pemerintah. Bantuan sosial dapat memengaruhi keputusan individu dalam partisipasi memilih melalui faktor ekonomi, persepsi terhadap pemerintah, dan modal sosial. Pengalaman berpartisipasi dalam bantuan sosial memengaruhi persepsi terhadap kemampuan pemerintah dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini melihat dampak bantuan sosial pada partisipasi memilih dalam pemilihan presiden. Estimasi dengan menggunakan dataset IFLS, menumakan bahwa kesalahan penargetan maupun komplementaritas bantuan sosial memiliki hubungan positif dengan partisipasi seseorang dalam pemilihan presiden. Berdasarkan estimasi dengan model logistic random effect, ditemukan bahwa efek marginal rata-rata bantuan sosial terhadap peluang partisipasi seseorang dalam pemilihan adalah 0.1-0.2 %. ......Social protection can strengthen the social contract between citizens and government. Social protection can influence individual decisions on voting participation through the economy, social capital, and their perception of government. The experience of participation in poverty targeting can influence people‘s perceptions of their leaders and trust in the government‘s ability to provide for the welfare of its citizen. This paper assesses the impacts of social protection on voting participation in the presidential election. Estimates with the IFLS dataset show that both of mistargeting and complementarity of social protection have a positive relationship with voting participation in the presidential election. Using a logistic random effect model we find that the average marginal effect of social protection on the voting participation ranges from 0.1-0.2 %.

Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai prosedur audit atas piutang usaha PT PTR yang dilakukan oleh KAP MPN untuk tahun yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2018. PT PTR merupakan perusahaan remanufaktur alat berat. Prosedur audit yang dibahas dalam laporan magang ini merupakan prosedur audit pada tahapan pelaksanaan audit yang dilakukan pada awal tahun 2019. Berdasarkan hasil analisis prosedur audit, prosedur audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP MPN telah sesuai dengan standar audit dan akuntansi yang berlaku di Indonesia, serta tidak ada salah saji material dan permasalahan yang signifikan yang terjadi pada piutang usaha PT PTR. ......This internship report discusses about audit procedures on account receivables of PT PTR undertaken by KAP MPN for the year ended 31 December 2018. PT PTR is a remanufacturing company. The audit procedures discussed in this reports were procedures undertaken in a testing and evidence stage which conducted in the beginning of 2019. Based on analysis, audit procedures undertaken by KAP MPN are in accordance with applicable audit and accounting standards in Indonesia, also there is no material misstatements and significance problem arises from PT PTR’s account receivables.
