Background: Hallucinations are sensations experienced without external stimuli that can affect one or more human senses. The most common type of hallucinations is auditory hallucinations that reach 69%. To overcome and reduces frequency of hallucinations there are two intervention namely medical therapy and therapeutic modalities. Case Report : Mrs. O, a 53-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital for reasons of self-talk and anger. Mrs. O sick since 2 years ago. During at the hospital the client experiences auditory hallucinations, especially when waking up. At this time the client feels scared and upset when hallucinations begin to appear. Nursing care that is done to Mrs. O uses standard care according to the theory in hallucinatory patients. Discussion: Nursing care starts from assessment, data analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning and implementation uses the principle of generalist therapy. The end result of treatment is a decrease in hallucinatory symptoms in Ny. O. Conclusion: Intervention in conversation provides the most significant impact in reducing hallucinatory symptoms. Selection of interventions according to client needs can increase the effectiveness of an intervention

Massage Therapy and Deep Breathing Relaxation as Nursing Intervention to Maintain and Decreaing Blood Pressure in Hypertension. The enhancement prevalence of hypertension cases continues as the elderly population increased in urban areas. Family involvement in nursing care is the main basic support system for the elderly to maintain their health status. This case study aims to describe the results of massage therapy and deep breath relaxation in changing blood pressure which conducted in the elderly family with hypertension. This intervention performed 10 session in 2 times a week within 6 weeks in 15 minutes duration. The results showed the blood pressure has decreased, in systolic around 5 - 15mmHg and 15 - 20mmHg in diastolic. Blood pressure measurement results has been analyzed by Paired Sample T-Test, showed a significant effect between massage therapy and deep breath relaxation in decreasing blood pressure before and after the intervention (p value = 0,000). Massage therapy and deep breathing relaxation could be applied to maintain and decreasing blood pressure to prevent cardiovascular complications especially in elderly families

Pain that is not treated adequately after cesarean section is associated with an increased incidence of chronic pain and Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSS). At present Mrs. S is female, 27 years old, works as a private employee, with P1A0 obstetric status. Mrs. S gave a cesarean delivery with indications of calcification of the placenta, labor went smoothly and no problems arose. The problem that is currently most disturbing is pain in cesarean wounds. Mrs. S gave a value of 6 of the pain felt and based on the numerical pain intensity scale included in the category of moderate pain. Mrs. S said that the pain interfered with her daily activities so that she needed further treatment of the pain felt. The interventions carried out were non-pharmacological management, namely endorphin massage and Al-Qur'an murottal therapy. After intervening for four days with one intervention a day assisted by Ms. S's husband in the implementation of the intervention, Ms. S gave a value of 5 of the pain after intervening.
