Keberadaan ruang publik di perkotaan dapat membantu terciptanya lingkungan yang sehat dan kesehatan masyarakat. Salah satu ruang publik yang berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat berada di Ruang Publik Kalijodo, Jakarta, Indonesia. Adanya fasilitas olahraga dan tempat bermain anak yang disediakan di Ruang Publik Kalijodo memicu tempat ini ramai dikunjungi sebagai tempat berolahraga, rekreasi dan kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pembentukan Ruang Publik Kalijodo, menganalisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap kesehatan lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat, serta menganalisis dampak keberadaan Ruang Publik Kalijodo terhadap lingkungan masyarakat sekitar. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed method melalui metode kuisioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka dengan jumlah sampel keseluruhan 152. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa proses pembentukan Ruang Publik Kalijodo dapat dilihat dari sejarah Kalijodo yang mencakup Kalijodo sebelum dibongkar, proses pembongkaran, dan Kalijodo pasca pembongkaran. Ruang Publik Kalijodo berhasil berperan dalam pembentukan kesehatan lingkungan dan menyehatkan masyarakat. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil persepsi masyarakat yang kuat terhadap kesehatan lingkungan di Ruang Publik Kalijodo mencapai 65,7. Pencapaian kesehatan lingkungan yang kuat juga diikuti oleh kesehatan masyarakat yang kuat. Pencapaian kesehatan masyarakat yang kuat dapat dilihat dari hasil persepsi kesehatan masyarakat dari aspek fisik, mental dan sosial. Keberhasilan ruang publik tersebut juga diperkuat dari dampak yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat sekitar berupa kondisi lingkungan yang mencakup meningkatnya kesehatan masyarakat, tingkat kriminalitas menurun, manfaat dari segi ekonomi, dan terjadinya kondisi keguyupan antar warga akibat dari hasil interaksi yang terjadi melalui aktifitas kegiatan-kegiatan ditempat ini. Keberhasilan pembentukan kesehatan lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat di Ruang Publik Kalijodo serta perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi di kawasan ini membantu merubah citra yang melekat di kawasan Kalijodo dari negative menjadi positif. Hal tersebut kemudian juga dapat membantu merubah citra kota Jakarta menjadi lebih sehat.

ABSTRACT
Abstract. The existence of public space can help create a healthy environment and public health. One of the public spaces which is influential environmental health and public health located be in Kalijodo Public Spaces, Jakarta, Indonesia. The existence of sports facilities and children 39 s playground provided in Kalijodo Public Space trigger this place visited as a place of sports, recreation and social activities.This study aims to describe the formation of Kalijodo Public Space, analyzing people 39 s perceptionsthe environmental health impact and public health in Kalijodo Publik Space, and analyze the impact of Kalijodo Public Space to the surrounding community. The approach used in this study is a mixed method with questionnaires, interviews, and literature study with the total sample size 152. The results show that the process of forming Kalijodo Public Space can be seen from Kalijodo 39 s history which includes Kalijodo before being dismantled, process demolitionof Kalijodo, and Kalijodo post demolition. Kalijodo Public Space succeeded in play a role in the formation of environmental health and nourish the community. This can be seen from the results of perception of society to environmental health a strong in Kalijodo Public Spaces reached 65.7. Achieving strong environmental health is also followed by strong public health. Attainment public health a strong can be seen from physical, mental and social outcomes. The success of the public sphere this also strengthens from the impacts are felt by surrounding community in the form of environmental conditions that include increased public health, decreased crime rates, economic benefits, and the occurrence of harmony among citizens as a result of interactions that occur through activities activities in this place. The success of the formation of environmental health and public health in Kalijodo Public Space as well as changes occurring in the region helped to change the inherent image of the Kalijodo region from negative to positive that matter can help change the image of Jakarta to be healthier.

Partai politik memiliki peranan strategis untuk mendistribusikan kader menjadi wakil di pemerintahan. Faktanya, partai politik terjebak dalam arus korupsi dan dinilai sebagai lembaga yang paling tidak dipercaya oleh publik, khususnya di kalangan milenial. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka diperlukan upaya revitalisasi agar partai politik menjadi modern, inklusif dan dapat memberikan akses kepada pemuda untuk berkontribusi secara strategis. Perbaikan citra partai politik dapat berimbas terhadap menguatnya kepercayaan milenial untuk terlibat lebih jauh dalam partai politik. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ketua Umum DPP PSI, Ketua DPP PSI, Tenaga Ahli PSI, Anggota PSI, serta narasumber pembanding seperti Direktur Eksekutif Perludem. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan PSI menjadi partai politik yang berbadan hukum dan menjadi peserta pemilu tahun 2019 tak dapat dilepaskan dari kepemimpinan Grace Natalie dan pengurus lainnya dalam memberdayakan partisipasi politik kalangan milenial. Komposisi kepemimpinan pengurus PSI terbagi ke dalam tiga aspek, yaitu jenis dan gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi politik, serta modal sosial yang dimiliki. Partisipasi politik yang telah diakomodir oleh PSI untuk kader dan anggotanya berjumlah 10 jenis partisipasi politik yang masuk dalam kategori electoral participation, consumer participation, party participation, protest activity, dan contacting Tantangan dalam pemberdayaan pemuda di PSI ada empat, yaitu intimidasi fisik, korban hoax dan fitnah, dilema ekonomi, dan ketidakpercayaan diri dalam berpolitik.

ABSTRACT
Political parties have a strategic contribution to distribute their cadres until they represent as part of the government. In other hands, political parties were in the flow of corruption and regarded as the most unreliable institution by the public, especially among millennial generation. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to revitalize the political party become modern, more inclusive and should provide access for youth to have strategically contributed to the party. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with case study approach. Participants in this study consisted of the General Chairman of the DPP PSI, the Chairman of the DPP PSI, PSI Staff, PSI Members, and the expert opinion from Perludem Executive Director. The results of this study found that the leadership of Grace Natalie and other committee of PSI were success make PSI into become a legal party for being a participant in the 2019 and also empowering millennial generation to contribute in political participation. Grace Natalie and other commitee of PSI leadership aspect were divided into three aspects, namely the type and style of leadership, political communication, and social capital owned. Political participation had been accommodated by PSI for their cadres and members in the form of electoral participation, consumer participation, party participation, protest activity, and contacting. Unfortunately, in order to the empowerment of youth in PSI, they still have to face four big challenges such as physical intimidation, hoax and defamation, economic dilemmas and low self confidence in politics.
