Abstrak :
Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang diterima dapat diwujudkan dengan melaksanakan pelayanan prima. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan prima berbasis budaya terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experiment dengan rancangan pre and post with control group design. Jumlah sampel adalah tiga puluh lima perawat dan seratus empat puluh pasien. Teknik pengambilan sampel untuk perawat menggunakan total sampling, sementara untuk pasien dilakukan dengan consecutive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang bermakna (p< 0,05) terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien setelah perawat mendapatkan pelatihan pelayanan prima berbasis budaya pada sebelum dan sesudah di kelompok intervensi. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan adalah perlunya meningkatkan peran supervisi agar keberlangsungannya tetap terjaga. Selain itu, untuk penelitian berikut dapat juga dilakukan dengan model triangulasi.
Nursing Care Prima Culture-Based Influence to Patient Satisfaction in Hospitals. This research aimed to determine the effect of service excellent based on culture to patient satisfaction level in installation of hospitalization Hospital Jayapura. This research is a quasi experiment with pre and post with control group design. The number of samples is someone 35 nurses and 140 patients. The results showed have significant effect (p< 0,05) on the level of patient satisfaction after nurses receive training excellent service based onculture pre and post intervention group. Recommendations can be given is the need to enhance the role of supervision in order to maintain continuity, for the following research maybe done by triangulation models.

ABSTRAK
Motivasi dan komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor yang meningkatkan dan membangun kinerja perawat secara konstruktif dalam menghasilkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di sebuah Rumah Sakit di Bekasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seratus enam perawat pelaksana dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan. Analisis dengan univariat, bivariat (chi square), dan multivariat (regresi logistik berganda). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi dan kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan (p= 0,000; α= 0,05). Motivasi ekstrinsik memengaruhi kinerja perawat dua puluh enam kali lebih tinggi (OR= 26,708) setelah dikontrol oleh variabel umur, status kepegawaian, dan masa kerja. Perlu dilakukan audit dokumentasi sebagai bagian dari penilaian kinerja perawat. ABSTRAK
Motivation and Organizational Commitment Determine Nursing Quality and Performance in ones Hospital Bekasi. Motivation and organizational commitment is a factor that can increase positive attitudes towards work and build constructively nurses performance in producing quality nursing care quality. Study is to examine the relationship between motivation and commitment to the organization's performance in implementing nursing documentation of nursing care in hospitals Bekasi. This descriptivestudy with cross sectional correlation. Sample of 106 nurses using questionnaires and observation documentation of nursing care with univariate analysis, bivariate (chi-square) and multivariate (multiple logistic regression). The research results concluded there was relationship between motivation with nurses' performance in implementing nursing care documentation (p= 0.000; α = 0.05). Extrinsic motivation could affect the performance of nurses 26 times higher (OR= 26.708) after controlled by age, employment status, and years of service. Audit documentation needs to be done as part of the performance assessment nurse.

ABSTRAK
By 2015, 68% of deaths in Indonesia are due to non-communicable diseases (NCD) and are forecast to increase to 74% by 2030. Riskesdas data of 2013 show that 69.6% of cases of diabetes mellitus and 63.2% of cases of hypertension have not been diagnosed. The government has been trying to proactively make efforts to prevent NCD through the implementation of Posbindu (Integrated Health Post) NCD, but visit Posbindu NCD in the work area of Pasir Mulya Puskesmas, Bogor City is very diverse. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of management, communication, partnership, and innovation in the implementation of Posbindu NCD and determinants of the implementation of Posbindu NCD. We conducted in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, document review and observation at two Posbindu NCD with the highest number of visits and the lowest in Gunung Batu Village, Bogor City in 2017. We interviewed 15 informants, consisting of cadres, in charge of NCD Puskesmas, in charge of Puskesmas Pembantu and supervisor of Posbindu NCD. This research found 4 factors, namely management (human resources, fund, and facilities), innovation, communication and partnership that influence the result of Posbindu implementation. Therefore, to run effectively the Posbindu NCD program, then 4 of those factors need to be optimized. ABSTRAK
Pada tahun 2015 sebanyak 68% kematian di Indonesia disebabkan penyakit tidak menular (PTM) dan diproyeksi meningkat menjadi 74% tahun 2030. Data Riskesdas tahun 2013 menunjukkan bahwa 69,6% kasus diabetes melitus dan 63,2% kasus hipertensi belum terdiagnosis. Pemerintah proaktif melakukan upaya pencegahan PTM melalui pelaksanaan Posbindu PTM. Data kunjungan Posbindu PTM di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pasir Mulya, Kota Bogor menunjukkan jumlah yang sangat beragam. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis faktor manajemen, komunikasi, kemitraan, dan inovasi dalam pelaksanaan Posbindu PTM dan faktor penentu pelaksanaan Posbindu PTM. Disain penelitian adalah studi kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, focus group discussion (FGD), telaah dokumen, dan observasi di dua Posbindu PTM dengan jumlah kunjungan tertinggi dan terendah di Kelurahan Gunung Batu, Kota Bogor tahun 2017. Informan penelitian sebanyak 15 orang yang terdiri dari kader, penanggung jawab program PTM Puskesmas, penanggung jawab Puskesmas Pembantu dan pembina Posbindu PTM. Penelitian menemukan terdapat perbedaan manajemen (SDM, dana, dan sarana), inovasi, komunikasi dan kemitraan antara Posbindu RW 1 dan RW 7 yang memengaruhi hasil pelaksanaan Posbindu PTM. Keempat faktor tersebut pada Posbindu dengan kunjungan terbanyak berjalan lebih optimal dibandingkan dengan Posbindu dengan kunjungan terendah. Agar program Posbindu PTM dapat berjalan efektif maka perlu optimalisasi faktor manajemen, inovasi, komunikasi dan kemitraan.

ABSTRAK
On January 1, 2014, the government began to implement the National Health Insurance (NHI) program to realize social welfare for the whole community. Midwifery and neonatal care in the NHI program involves Puskesmas/family doctors and Private Practice Midwife (PPM) as its network. PPM participation in the NHI program in Bungo District was still lacking, only 12 (54.5%) PPM have cooperated with family doctors from 22 existing PPM. This study aimed to get an overview of PPM participation in the NHI program in Bungo District, Jambi Province. The study used qualitative research approach with Rapid Assessment Prosedur design, purposive sampling, and conducted in-depth interview to 10 PPM, Head of Health Office, MPKP BPJS Health Manager, and Chairman of Bungo Regency Section of Indonesian Midwife Organization (IMO). The study was conducted from January to July 2017. The study found that the knowledge, perceptions and attitude towards NHI program were good, but the perceived toward the claim and predetermined tariff procedures were not so good. PPM motivated to join the NHI program as many patients had become NHI participants. Support from the Government, NHI, and IMO were low, either in the form of socialization, or policies. Therefore, the study suggest an improvement in claims procedures, tariffs, and an increase of socialization from government, NHI and IMO on NHI program related to obstetric and neonatal care.

ABSTRAK
Insan Permata Woman and Child Hospital was facing Patient Safety Incidence especially for periode of mid to late 2016 there were 12 incidents and 11 phlebitis cases. This indicated a gap between the conditions in the field and the ideal situation that should be achieved. This study aimed to see how the behavior of employees in implementing patient safety program and the factors that influence it. The sample of this study were 151 respondents as sample, consist of health and non health workers. The patient safety program focused on the accuracy of patient identification, reduction of risk of infection and reduction of risk of falling patients. This research was a quantitative research followed by qualitative method. The results showed that most employees already had good patient safety behavior, age and attitude were the most affecting factors in patient safety behavior. The lack of socialization of accreditation and patient safety, poor monitoring and some incomplete facilities should became the concern for the hospital as it was considered to have great influences in the daily implementation of patient safety program.
