"ABSTRAKProyek pembangunan infrastruktur lokasi pemboran panas bumi, dalam pelaksanaannya tidak selalu baik yang ditunjukkan dengan terjadinya keterlambatan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan manajemen risiko, yaitu dengan melakukan identifikasi risiko-risiko pada pelaksanaan proyek pada PT. X yang berpengaruh pada kinerja waktu proyek serta melakukan analisa dampak dan penyebabnya. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi 5faktor risiko dominan yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja waktu proyek. Kelima faktor risiko dominan ini dikelompokkan menjadi dua komponen besar yaitu faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kondisi lokasi proyekdan faktor risiko yang berhubungan finansial kontraktor.Hasil dari analisa tersebut dievaluasi untuk menentukan level dan peringkat masing-masing risiko sehingga dapat ditentukan cara penanganan, tindakan dan rekomendasi terhadap risiko-risiko tersebut. Diharapkan dengan dilakukan proses manajemen risiko, maka kinerja waktu proyek PT. X dapat ditingkatkan sehingga tidak ada lagi terjadi keterlambatan proyek.

ABSTRACT

Delays in completing the infrastucture development of geothermal drilling projects sometimes inevitably occured due to certain issues. In order to minimise the risk of the delays,a risk management should be implemented. In this study analysing the infrastructure project of PT. X, the management of risk was conducted by identifying risks affecting project time performance and analysing its causes and impacts. This study identified five dominant risk factors that have a significant correlation on time performance of the project. Fifth dominant risk factors are grouped into two major components, the risk factors associated with the project site conditions and the risk factors related financial contractor.The results of the analysisthenbe evaluated in order to determine the level and rank of each risk. Based on this evaluation, treatments, actions, and recommendations could next be taken to resolve the risks. By implementing risk manegement, therefore, it is expected that time performance of PT. X project could be improved and any potential delays could be anticipated."
