"Pelayanan kefarmasian di instalasi rumah sakit dilakukan sesuai standar pelayanan kefarmasian yang telah ditetapkan sebagai pedoman apoteker dalam menjalankan profesinya. Salah satunya terkait pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan bahan medis habis pakai dengan tujuan menganalisis kesesuaian tempat penyimpanan sediaan farmasi dan bahan medis habis pakai. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan hasil observasi terhadap standar penyimpanan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai dan ditemukan hasil bahwa penyimpanan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai sudah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Sistem penyimpanan sediaan farmasi dan bahan medis habis pakai yang telah tepat diharapkan membantu pelayanan obat dapat dilaksanakan secara tepat guna dan hasil guna.

"Dalam rangka mewujudkan pengelolaan obat yang optimal di puskesmas, diperlukan suatu edukasi kesehatan. Apoteker sebagai tenaga kefarmasian memiliki peran penting untuk memberikan informasi selengkapnya mengenai obat yang didapatkan salah satunya dengan mengguakan media flipchart yang berisi informasi terkait DAGUSIBU (dapatkan, gunakan, simpan, dan buang) obat secara benar dengan tujuan sebagai upaya promosi kesehatan terhadap pasien. Informasi kesehatan terkait dagusibu obat dikumpulkan melalui berbagai kepustakaan yang relevan kemudian dituangkan dalam bentuk flipchart menggunakan aplikasi canva. Flipchart yang telah dicetak dapat digunakan sebagai media promotif dan preventif di Puskesmas.

In order to realize optimal medicine management in sub-district health centers, a health education is needed. Pharmacists as pharmaceutical personnel have an important role to provide more information about the medicine obtained, one of which is by using flipchart media that contains information related to DAGUSIBU (getting, using, storing, and disposing) medicine correctly with the aim of promoting health to patients. Health information related to getting, using, storing, and disposing of medicine is collected through various relevant literature and then poured in the form of a flipchart using the canva application. Flipcharts that have been printed can be used as promotional and preventive media at sub-district health centers."

"Pelayanan farmasi klinik merupakan bagian penting dari komitmen apotek untuk memberikan pelayanan prima. Pengkajian resep merupakan bagian penting dalam pelayanan farmasi klinik untuk menentukan masalah terkait obat dalam resep seperti obat antihipertensi. Tujuan dari pengkajian ini adalah menilai kerasionalan resep dalam aspek administratif, farmasetik, dan  klinis pada resep obat antihipertensi yang dilayani oleh Apotek Roxy Biak selama bulan April 2023. Dari seluruh resep yang masuk, dipilih dua resep untuk dikaji aspek administratif, farmasetik, dan klinisnya. Berdasarkan pengkajian dari aspek farmasetik, kedua resep tidak ada penyimpangan, namun dari aspek administratif  tidak terdapat berat badan pasien dan paraf pembuat resep dan dari aspek klinis terdapat adanya duplikasi dan interaksi antar obat yang perlu dimonitor. Hal tersebut perlu dikonfirmasi kembali untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan pemberian obat.

Prescription assessment is an important part of clinical pharmacy services to determine problems related to prescription drugs such as antihypertensive drugs. The purpose of this review is to assess the rationality of prescriptions in administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects of antihypertensive drug prescriptions served by Roxy Biak Pharmacy during April 2023. Of all the incoming prescriptions, two prescriptions were selected to be studied for administrative, pharmaceutical, and clinical aspects. Based on the assessment from the pharmaceutical aspect, there are no irregularities in the two prescriptions, but from the administrative aspect there is no patient weight and prescription-making paraphrasing and from the clinical aspect there is duplication and interaction between drugs that need to be monitored. This needs to be reconfirmed to prevent the occurrence of medication errors."

Penerapan prinsip ringkas, rapi, dan resik dilakukan dengan cara dikaji dan diobservasi terlebih dahulu kemudian baru dibuat rencana tindak lanjut dan penerapannya. Gudang peralatan dan perlengkapan departemen produksi menjadi lebih terorganisir setelah penerapan prinsip ringkas, rapi, dan resik sehingga diharapkan produktivitas di dalam gudang menjadi lebih optimal.

The application of the principles of sort, set in order, and shine is carried out by studying and observing first and then making a follow-up plan and its implementation. The equipment and supplies warehouse of the production department becomes more organized after the application of the principles of sort, set in order, and shine, so that it is expected that productivity in the warehouse will be more optimal."

"Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) berperan penting menangani hingga mendistribusikan sediaan, termasuk sediaan yang sensitif terhadap lingkungan sekitar seperti produk CCP. Salah satu cara memastikan kualitas cold chain product ketika proses distribusi adalah dengan melakukan validasi proses pendistribusian itu sendiri dengan tujuan untuk mengamati suhu yang dihasilkan pada pengemasan cold chain product. Validasi pendistribusian cold chain product dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan menggunakan pengemas berupa styrofoam serta 6 water pack dan diamati suhunya menggunakan data logger. Pengemasan cold chain product dengan styrofoam menggunakan 6 water pack belum mampu menjaga suhu pada rentang suhu 2-8ºC selama proses pendistribusiannya sehingga perlu dilakukan validasi kembali untuk memastikan kualitas cold chain product.

One way to ensure the quality of cold chain products during the distribution process is to validate the distribution process itself with the aim of observing the temperature produced in the packaging of cold chain products. The validation of the distribution of cold chain products was carried out experimentally using a packaging in the form of styrofoam and 6 water packs and the temperature was observed using a data logger. Cold chain product packaging with styrofoam using 6 water packs has not been able to maintain the temperature in the temperature range of 2-8ºC during the distribution process, so it needs to be re-validated to ensure the quality of the cold chain product."
