Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi mandiri dan menganalisis dampak dari sistem kerja WFH atau Work From Home. Telaah sistematik digunakan dengan menggunakan 28 literatur terdahulu dengan topik WFH. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa skema atau sistem kerja Work From Home secara umum memiliki dampak, jika dilihat dari dampak positif WFH dan hal-hal tersebut tentu sangat membantu dan mempermudah seorang pekerja atau pegawai dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Namun hal ini dengan catatan produktivitas dan efektivitas akan meningkat apabila pekerja atau pegawai sudah siap secara fisik dan mental untuk menjalani sistem kerja WFH dengan kata lain seorang pegawai sudah beradaptasi dengan baik. ......This study aims to conduct an independent study and analyze the impact of the WFH or Work From Home work system. The systematic literature review used 28 previous literature on the topic of WFH. The results of this study indicate that the Work From Home work scheme or system in general has several impacts, when viewed from the positive impacts from WFH and these things are certainly very helpful and make it easier for a worker or employee to do their work. However, this is with a record that productivity and effectiveness will increase if the worker or employee is physically and mentally ready to undergo the WFH work system in other words an employee has adapted well.
