Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Di samping itu, peneliti juga melakukan wawancara dengan Kepala Sub Bagian Kepegawaian dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan seperti yang ada dalam kuesioner. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori mengenai kinerja menurut Ivancevich. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi adalah baik.

ABSTRACT
This paper aims to describe the employee performance at Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi. The approach used in this research is quantitive approach with survey method. In addition, the researchers also conducted interviews with the head of Sub Division Officer using a list of questions such as those in the questionnaire. The theory used in this research is the theory about the performance by Ivancevich. These results indicate that the performance of employees of Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi is good.
