"Penggunaan vaksin DNA untuk kasus HIV merupakan suatu usaha untuk menghasilkan respons imun humoral dan selular dalam tubuh. Membraneproximal external region (MPER) gp41 merupakan salah satu target utama untuk menginduksi antibodi netralisasi. Tetapi, MPER merupakan imunogenik lemah. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian sebelumnya, epitop MPER disisipkan dalam situs antigenik 1 gen HA dari virus Influenza H5N1. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai respons antibodi spesifik MPER-gp41 pada mencit BALB/c yang diimunisasi vaksin DNA HA-MPER-1. Plasmid DNA diproduksi skala besar untuk diformulasikan dengan DMRIE-c. Perbandingan molaritas DMRIE-c dan DNA yaitu 2:1. Mencit BALB/c betina diimunisasi vaksin pcDNA3.1 HA-MPER-1 dengan dosis tunggal 50 Dg secara intramuskular. Jadwal imunisasi dilakukan pada minggu ke 2, 4 dan 6 dan sampel serum diambil sebelum masing-masing penyuntikan. Sampel serum dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik ELISA peptida.Hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji ANOVA menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok vaksin pcDNA3.1 wildtype, vaksin pcDNA3.1 HA-MPER-1 (p=0,014) dalam kelompok serum mencit BALB/c ke IV. Walaupun demikian, pada penelitian ini tidak ada respon antibodi spesifik MPER-gp41 pada serum mencit BALB/c yang diimunisasi vaksin DNA HAMPER-1.

The utilizing of DNA vaccine for HIV?s case is an effort to elicit humoral and cellular immune responses in the body. Membrane-Proximal External Region (MPER) of gp41 is one of prime target for the induction neutralizing antibodies. But MPER is weak immunogenicity. Therefore, the previous research, epitope MPER was inserted at antigenic site 1 of gene HA from virus influenza H5N1. The purpose of this research is to assess specific antibody response MPER-gp41 in BALB/c mice immunized DNA vaccine HA-MPER-1. DNA plasmid was produced in scale up to be formulated with DMRIE-c. The molar ratio of DMRIE-c and DNA is 2:1. Female BALB/c mice was immunized intramuscularly DNA vaccine pcDNA3.1 HAMPER-1 with single dose 50 Dg. The immunization schedule was carried out at week 2, 4 and 6 and serum samples were collected at before each inoculation. Serum samples were analyzed by peptide ELISA technique.The result of statistic test with ANOVA test showed that there are difference significant level between pcDNA3.1 wildtype and pcDNA3.1 HA-MPER-1 (p=0,014) in fourth serum of BALB/c mice. Although, in this research there was no specific antibody response MPER-gp41 in BALB/c mice immunized DNA vaccine HA-MPER-1."

Tugas khusus berjudul Rekapitulasi dan Analisis Resep yang mengandung Antifungi golongan imidazol dalam Daftar Obat Wajib Apotek Periode Juli -- Desember 2012 di Apotek Atrika Jalan Kartini raya no.34 Jakarta Pusat.
