"Karya ilmiah ini berisi tentang nilai-nilai hidup orang Jawa yang terkandung dalam proposisi aja dumeh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang makna konsep pengendalian diri yang terkandung dalam proposisi aja dumeh sehingga dapat meluruskan kesalahan dalam memaknai proposisi khususnya proposisi bahasa Jawa. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam karya ilmiah ini adalah metodologi deskriptif analisis sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan tentang makna konsep pengendalian diri dalam proposisi aja dumeh. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai hidup orang Jawa tentang pengendalian diri yang merupakan filosofi moral, bahwa sebagai orang Jawa tidak boleh sombong dan harus selalu rendah hati.

This scientific article talks about the value of life for Javanese people on the propotition “aja dumeh”. This study aims to determine the meaning of the concept of self control that contained in the proposition aja dumeh so as to straighten out the error in defining proposition especially javanese. The metodology used in this paper is a descriptiv analyze the resulting systematic conclusions about the meaning of the concept of self control in aja dumeh proposition. The result of the analysis concludes that there are people living Javanese values of self control which is a moral philosophy as Java should not be arrogant and should always be low profile."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian implementasi program kebijakan rumah subsidi tapak dengan tujuan kebijakan serta mengetahui efektivitas implementasi kebijakan program rumah subsidi di Villa Kencana Cikarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian postpositivis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan program rumah subsidi untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah telah sesuai dengan tujuan kebijakan, dan implementasi kebijakan program rumah subsidi untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah telah berjalan efektif walaupun masih ditemukan beberapa pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang dilakukan penghuni di Perumahan Villa Kencana Cikarang.

This study aims to determine the suitability of the implementation of the home subsidy policy program program with the policy objectives and to know the effectiveness of the implementation of subsidized house program policies in Villa Kencana Cikarang. This study used postpositivis research methods. The results of this study conclude that the implementation of the subsidized home program policy for low income people has been in line with the policy objectives, and the implementation of the subsidized house program policy for low income communities has been effective even though there are still someviolations committed by residentsin Villa Kencana Cikarang Housing."
