"Tesis ini tentang Pengelolaan Pengamanan Mall Taman Anggrek di Jakarta. Perhatian utama tesis ini adalah pengelolaan pengamanan Mall Taman Anggrek yang dilakukan olch Satuan Pengamanan. Pengelolaan pengamanan ditujukan untuk membuat rasa aman, tertib dan nyaman kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan pimpinan, karyawan, penyewa jasa properti dan pengunjung Mall Tamara Anggrek yang rnclakukan aktifitas bisnisnya dan aktititas berbelanja. Dalam tesis ini pengelolaan pengamanan dilihat dari proses manajerial dan tindakan Satuan Pengamanan yang berpcran sesuai tugas, timgsi dan peranannya dalam menjalankan pengarnanan di kawasan Mall Taman Anggtek.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodc etnografi dengan tehnik pengumpulan data secara pengamatan, wawancara dengan pedoman dan pengamatan terlibat untuk mclihat proses pengelolaan pcngamanan yang diungkapkan melalui tindakan Satuan Pengamanan yang dikelola dan diatur sorta dikcndalikan oleh Departemen Sekuriti Mall Taman Anggrek.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pengamanan yang dilakukan Satuan Pengamanan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diatur Departemen Sekuriti dengan melibatkan seluruh pimpinan, karyawan, penyewa properti, pihak Kepolisian dan masyarakat lingkungan sekitar Mall Taman Anggrek. Hal ini dapat terwujud karena sccara struktural dalam pengorganisasian manajemen PT. Mulia Land Tbk, bahwa pengelolaan Mall Taman Anggrck diwadahi oleh Departemen Sekuriti yang kedudukannya sederajat dengan Departemen lainnya. Sehingga dalam mengelola pengamanan Mall Taman Anggrek Depanemen Sekuriti yang didukung oleh 252 orang untuk mengamankan kawasan perbelanjaan seluas 8 Ha dengan pengunjung perhari 4.000 orang untuk melakukan aktititas berbclanja dapat dilakukan secara teorganisir dalam menciptakan rasa aman, tertib dan nyaman."

"Proses pembakaran dengan menggunakan sistem Non-Premixed atau Difusi banyak diterapkan dalam kegiatan industri seperti ruang bakar boiler pada sistem pembangkit listrik, ruang bakar peleburan baja maupun ruang-bakar pada pabrikpabrik kimia lainnya. Akibat bahan bakar dan oksidator tidak tercampur sebelum keluar dari mulut burner menyebabkan titik penyalaan tidak selalu terjadi pada ujung nozel, hal ini diakibatkan dari laju bahan bakar yang cukup besar sehingga reaksi antara bahan bakar dan udara terjadi diatas burner. Hal ini memberikan keuntungan karena temperatur yang terdapat pada ujung nosel tidak terlalu panas sehingga mencegah terjadinya kerusakan nosel akibat beban temperatur.
Pengujian dilakukan dengan mendesain terlebih dahulu alat burner yang akan digunakan dengan menggunakan nosel berdiameter dalam sebesar 2 mm. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengukuran ketinggian lifted flame hingga terjadi blow off, kemudian dicari ketinggian lifted flame yang konstan dari berbagai ketinggian lifted flame tersebut akibat variasi laju aliran bahan bakar. Setelah itu, mengukur temperatur pada daerah lifted flame dari ujung burner hingga flame front menggunakan alat termokopel tipe K. Setelah distribusi temperatur didapat maka dicari nilai ketebalan preheat zone dan bilangan Karlovitz berdasarkan nilai temperatur penyalaan (Ti) berdasarkan literatur yang ada. Hasil yang didapat adalah nilai ketebalan preheat zone berbanding lurus dengan nilai Ti, begitu juga dengan nilai bilangan Karlovitz. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa ketebalan preheat zone berbanding lurus dengan nilai bilangan Karlovitz.
Nilai Bilangan Karlovitz berdasarkan percobaan sebesar 5,528 dan nilai bilangan Karlovitz berdasarkan literatur, yaitu sebesar 1,19. Perbedaan nilai ini disebabkan oleh hasil percobaan dilakukan pada kondisi lifted flame tertinggi/konstan sedangkan pada literatur mulai terjadinya lifted flame sehingga semakin besarnya kecepatan bahan bakar gas maka mengakibatkan nilai residence time semakin kecil dan berakibat pada semakin besarnya nilai bilangan Karlovitz.

Combustion process with non premixed or diffusion system had been used in industrial process, example: boiler in power plant, melted steel, and other chemistry. Because of fuels and oxygen is not mixed before out from nozel, ignition point of fuel is not always in nozel tip, this is because a lot of fuels flow rate, so reaction between fuels and oxygen is take a place on top of burner. It can be an advantages, because temperature on nozel tip is not high and it can make nozel life much longer.
The first research was designed the burner with nozel inner diameter is 2 mm. Next, measuring height of lifted flame until blow off and looking for constant lifted flame because variation of fuel flow rate. Then, measuring temperature at constant lifted flame from burner tip to flame front with K type thermocouple. After that, find preheat zone thickness, and Karlovitz number from ignition temperature according to literature. The results is preheat zone thickness value increase when ignition temperature increase and this characteristic same with Karlovitz number. So preheat zone thickness has same trend value with Karlovitz number.
Karlovitz number from experiment is 5,528 and from literature is 1,19. This difference is because experiment used when the lifted flame constant and literature when beginning of the lifted flame, usually near of the burner tip. So when velocity of fuel increase, residence time decrease and it is make a Karlovitz number increase.

budaya baru dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Implementasi TIK tidak hanya membuat TIK menjadi bernilai sangat strategis.
Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi tersebut, dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk mencegah dan menanggulangi perbuatan melawan hukum dan
perlindungan terhadap keamanan nasional terus ditingkatkan. Pemanfaatan teknologi ini dapat bersifat langsung (interception) dan tidak langsung (the use of data). Yang dimaksud dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang bersifat langsungyaitu
dengan melakukan intersepsi atau saat ini lebih dikenal dengan istilah Lawful Intercept (LI). Yang dapat diartikan sebagai suatu proses intersepsi yang dibenarkan dalam kaca mata hukum.
Lawful Interception (LI) mempresentasikan regulasi berpayung hukum atas otorisasi penyelidikan jalur komunikasi pada operator penyelenggara
layanan telekomunikasi untuk tujuan penegakan hukum, menjaga kepentingan keamanan negara serta untuk menangkal upaya terorisme global. Hal ini berarti, intersepsi pada kanal komunikasi baik berupa penyadapan jalur komunikasi
layanan suara, sms, ataupun dalam bentuk komunikasi data seperti browsing, chating, email bisa dilakukan secara legal bila jalur-jalur tersebut terindikasi menjadi sarana untuk melakukan suatu tindakan pelanggaran hukum, mengancam keamanan negara serta menjadi media untuk aksi teroris. LI telah menjadi isu penting bagi negara-negara maju seperti Uni Eropa, USA, Australia, dan sejumlah negara Asia untuk diimplementasikan sesuai kebutuhan dari negara-negara bersangkutan

The ICT implementation didn't only make ICT become valuable very strategic.Together with the progress of this technology, in the utilization of technology to prevent and deal with the action against the law and the protection towards the
national security continued to be increased. The utilization of this technology could be direct (interception) and indirectly (the use of the data). That was meant with the utilization of technology that was direct that is with interception or at this time more was known with the Lawful Intercept (LI) term. That could be interpreted as a process interception that was justified in the legal aspect.Lawful Interception (LI) presented the law of regulation on authorization of lines of communication investigation to the organizing operator of the
telecommunications service for the aim of law enforcement, maintained the interests of the security of the country as well as to ward off global terrorism efforts. This was significant, interception on communication canal took the form
of the tapping of lines of communication of the voice service, sms, or in the form of data communication like browsing, chatting, the email could be carried out in a legal manner when the lines is indicated became means of carrying out aviolation action of the law, threatened the security of the country as well as to the media for the terrorist's action. LI became important rumors for advanced country like the European Union, the USA, Australia, and several Asian countries to implement in accordance with the requirement from relevant countries.

"Penelitian ini membahas penggunaan internet oleh para Dosen Departemen Fisika FMIPA-UI dalam kegiatan ilmiah, khususnya jenis sumber informasi yang digunakan, tujuan pemanfaatan sumber informasi dalam, kriteria yang digunakan dalam memilih sumber informasi berbasis internet, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan intemet dalam kegiatan ilmiah.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini wawancara digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Sedangkan wawancara yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara tak berstruktur, dimana didalamnya terdiri dari wawancara mendalam. Informan yang akan diwawancara dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh penulis. Data berupa hasil wawancara kemudian diterjemahkan, dan dibuatkan tabel rekapitulasi hasil wawancara. Tabel tersebut digunakan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan analisis. Pada penyajian laporan hasil penelitian dilampirkan hasil wawancara dengan informan tanpa dikurangi atau ditambah kata-katanya, sehingga dapat menjaga keilmiahan penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan jenis sumber informasi yang biasa digunakan oleh para dosen dalam kegiatan ilmiah adalah situs yang memuat jurnal online, lebih disukai yang bersifat gratis, sumber informasi lainnya adalah e-mail yang lebih difungsikan sebagai komunikasi dengan rekan sejawat. Tujuan para dosen memanfaatkan sumber inforrnasi berbasis internet adalah sebagai bahan rujukan dan mengetahui perkembangan kegiatan ilmiah. Strategi yang digunakan dalam mendapatkan sumber informasi adalah dengan memanfaatkan google sebagai search engine. Kriteria yang diterapkan para dosen dalam memilih sumber informasi berbasis intenet adalah sumber informasi yang berasal dari disiplin ilmu science dan sudah dikenal oleh para dosen. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan internet dalam kegiatan ilrniah oleh para dosen adalah faktor external yaitu aksesibiltas yang baik, dan faktor internal yaitu pengalaman dan ketrampilan, kepuasan terhadap kinerja internet, dan persepsi terhadap mutu dan keakuratan sumber informasi berbasis internet dari para dosen."

"ABSTRAK
Tulisan ini membahas tentang perjuangan untuk kebebasan sebelum dan sesudah Reformasi. Kajian ini akan melihat dari sudut pandang sebuah Komunitas Epistemik yang bernama Komunitas Utan Kayu, yang sebagiannya berkembang menjadi Komunitas Salihara. Kisah tentang Komunitas ini dimulai pada tanggal 21 Juni 1994 ketika majalah Tempo, Detik dan Editor dibredel. Kegaduhan tentang ini bersama dengan hal lainnya berujung pada jatuhnya pemerintahan Soeharto di bulan Mei 1998. Komunitas ini melanjutkan upayanya untuk mempromosikan kebebasan pada banyak hal. Dimulai dari kebebasan pers, kebebasan berorganisasi, kebebasan berbicara dan berpendapat, kebebasan menyiarkan, kebebasan atas informasi, kebebasan beragama dan berkeyakinan, dan kebebasan lainnya dalam kerangka kebebasan berfikir dan kebebasan berekspresi. Promosi kebebasan dari komunitas ini pada akhirnya harus berkontestasi dengan kelompok dan komunitas lainnya yang memiliki prinsip dan nilai yang berbeda, epistema yang berbeda. Semuanya berebut untuk dapat terlembagakan menjadi kebijakan dan praktik negara. Pada akhirnya ini adalah perjuangan mengelola imaginasi yang berbeda tentang Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
This paper examines the struggle for freedom in Indonesia before and after the reformation. It would be seen from the perspective of an epistemic community namely Utan Kayu Community, a community which later established Salihara Community. The story of the community begun in 21 June 1994 when Tempo magazine was banned along with Detik and Editor media. This created one of crowds that brought Soeharto government into end in May 1998. The community continued to promote freedom in all kinds. It started with the promotion of freedom of the press, freedom to established associations, freedom of speech and opinion, freedom of broadcasting, freedom of information, freedom of religions and beliefs and other freedoms under the freedom of thought and expressions. Promotion of freedoms by this community has been contested with other interest groups who have different principles and values, different episteme. All want to be adopted and institutionalized into policies and practices of the state. At end, this is about the struggle of managing different imaginations of Indonesia."

"Introduction: Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is the most common macroangiopathic complication in type II diabetes mellitus, arising from inadequate blood sugar control. In the presence of PAD, the risk of limb loss will also increase, and arterial bypass is one method to reduce the risk of amputation. In Indonesia, the level of patency for the arterial bypass has not yet been published. On bypass with venous grafts, the patency rates at the location of infrapopliteal reach at 70-80%, while the prosthetic graft is 30-50%. Method: From 2009 to 2012, patients with arterial bypasses were analyzed. The level of patency was described by ultrasound examination and pulsation on clinical examination in the distal anastomosis, reduced pain, and other examinations that support adequate revascularization. Identification of risk factors that affect patency, particularly protective risk factors, were also taken into account. Results: From 2009 to 2012, 29 patients with infra-inguinal arterial bypass were collected. The ratio of men to women was 5:1, with a one-year patency rate of 88% in men, and 75% in women, for an overall of 86.2%. The irreversible risk factor affecting patency was male (p = 0.117). Modifiable risk factors that decreasing patency level were smoking (p = 0.042) and more advanced stage of PAD (p = 0.067). Smoking cessation (p = 0.041) and the use of drugs after bypass procedure (p = 0.072) were known to increase the level of patency. Conclusion: The one-year patency rate for infra-inguinal artery bypass was 37-89%. Smoking cessation was known to increase the level of patency."

"Drama komedi ala dokumenter mengenai kisah perjuangan seorang pemuda dalam mendekati gadis pujaan yang telah lama dikaguminya namun terhalang oleh krisis kepercayaan dirinya. Berbagai saran dari ketiga sahabatnya pun ia jalani demi dekat dengan sang gadis pujaan.
Proposal & Production Report Mockumentary "Cowok-Cowok IKP" merupakan tugas akhir semester mata kuliah Produksi Musik dan Hiburan, Departemen Ilmu Komunikasi, Peminatan Industri Kreatif Penyiaran.
Mockumentary atau Mocking Up Documentary merupakan sebuah genre baru dalam dunia drama (televisi) yang diproduksi dengan gaya dokumenter. Mockumentary pada umumnya berisikan cerita atau adegan lelucon yang terjadi dikehidupan sehari-hari. Mockumentary hadir di Indonesia salah satunya karena Raditya Dika, seorang penulis dan blogger terkemuka. Dia memproduksi program yang berjudul "Malam Minggu Miko" yang tayang di sebuah stasiun TV swasta. Malam Minggu Miko menjadi referensi dalam produksi Mockumentary "Cowok-Cowok IKP".
"Cowok-Cowok IKP" adalah mockumentary yang berkisah mengenai perjuangan seorang pemuda culun dan lugu yang bernama "Dhani" dalam mendekati gadis pujaannya yaitu Della. Sudah hampir dua tahun Dhani memendam perasaannya itu. Jangankan untuk mengatakan suka dan cinta, mendekati Della saja Dhani tidak berani. Sikap Dhani tersebut membuat ketiga sahabatnya pun ingin membantu. Bona, Raindra, dan Albert masing-masing memberikan saran untuk Dhani dalam melakukan pendekatan terhadap seorang wanita.
Dimulai dari saran Albert, menurutnya wanita suka dengan pria yang pintar dan cerdas. Sedangkan Bona memiliki ide bahwa wanita butuh pria yang kuat karena dapat melindunginya. Dan yang terakhir, Raindra menyarankan agar Dhani mendekati Della melalui sebuah lagu, sebuah pendekatan romantis untuk pria kepada wanita. Akankah Dhani berhasil menjalankan saran dari ketiga sahabatnya untuk mendekati Della? Pertanyaan itu akan terjawab dalam proposal & production report ini.
Selain untuk memenuhi tugas akhir semester mata kuliah produksi Musik dan Hiburan, tujuan diproduksinya Mockumentary "Cowok-Cowok IKP" adalah untuk memberikan keberagaman/variasi cerita. Mockumentary sendiri di Indonesia masih jarang sekali diproduksi karena genre ini terbilang baru. Oleh karena itu, Mockumentary "Cowok-Cowok IKP" dapat menjadi pilihan alternatif dalam menikmati hiburan audio visual yang kini telah melimpah baik di televisi maupun internet.

Comedy drama of documentary tells about the story of a guy approaching the girl who has been admired for long time but hindered by his crisis of confidence. He did advices from his three bestfirends to be close with the girl that he loves.
Proposal & Production Report Mockumentary "Cowok-Cowok IKP" concludes as the end-of-semester final assignment of Music and Entertainment Production Course, Department of Communication Studies, Specialisation in Creative Industry Broadcasting.
A mockumentary or Mocking Up Documentary is a new genre in the world of drama (television) produced a documentary style. Mockumentary generally contains scenes stories or jokes that happened in daily activities. Mockumentary present in Indonesia because Raditya Dika, a writer and famous blogger. He produced program called "Malam Minggu Miko" that aired on a private TV station. "Malam Minggu Miko" becomes a reference in the production of the Mockumentary "Cowok-Cowok IKP".
"Cowok-Cowok IKP" is a mockumentary tells about the struggle of an innocent and nerd guy named "Dhani" approaching the girl that he loves, Della. It has been almost two years Dhani harbored his feeling. He does not have a brave to be close with Della moreover to say like or love to her. Dhani attitude makes his three bestfriends are eager to help. Bona, Raindra, and Albert give their advice for Dhani to approach girl.
Starting from Albert’s advice, he says that woman loves a man who is smart and intelligent. While Bona has an idea that woman needs strong man because he can protect her. And finally, Raindra give Dhani an advice to approach Della through a song, a romantic approach. Will Dhani successfully running advice from his three bestfriends to approach Della? That question will be answered in this proposal and production report.
In addition to fulfilling the final semester assignment of Music and Entertainment Production course, the goal of produce Mockumentary "Cowok-Cowok IKP" is to provide a diversity / variation of the story in this genre. Mockumentary is still rarely produced in Indonesia because the genre is fairly new. Therefore, the Mockumentary "Cowok-Cowok IKP" could be an alternative option in the audio visual entertainment among abundance entertainment both on television and the internet.

"[Penyakit Arteri Perifer (PAP) merupakan sumbatan aliran darah arteri selain koroner dan intrakranial. PAP dihasilkan dari proses atherosklerosis, emboli, trombus, dan inflamasi yang mengarah ke stenosis arteri. PAP asimptomatik menempati 3-10% populasi dunia, dan meningkat hingga 15-20% pada 70 tahun ke atas. Divisi kami mencatat 18,1-24,7% pasien kaki diabetik dengan PAP mengalami amputasi pada kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir. Evaluasi ultrasonografi Doppler pada arteri utama ekstremitas bawah diharapkan mampu mendeteksi secara dini apakah pasien akan diamputasi atau tidak baik mayor maupun minor. Metode yang diambil adalah analitik komparatif kategorik independen dengan disain penelitian kohort retrospektif. Selama Januari 2010 hingga Desember 2011 didapatkan 24 pasien yang masuk kriteria inklusi. Arteri yang diperiksa a.femoralis, a.poplitea, a.tibialis posterior, dan a.dorsalis pedis dengan tampilan spektral mulai dari monofasik, bifasik, atau trifasik terutama dengan pelebaran spektral. Ultrasonografi salah satu modalitas ?operator dependent?, untuk mengurangi bias, peneliti menggunakan operator ultrasonografi adalah peneliti sendiri, trainee atau konsultan divisi kami. Hasil didapatkan spektral bifasik hingga monofasik pada a.femoralis 25,0%, a.poplitea 58,3%, a.tibialis posterior 41,6%, a.dorsalis pedis 45,8%, angka amputasi mayor dan minor masing-masing 4%. Perhitungan statistik didapatkan untuk a.femoralis p=0,054 (95% CI), a.poplitea p=0,006 (95% CI), a.tibialis posterior p=0,010 (95% CI), dan a.dorsalis pedis p=0,021 (95% CI). Secara statistik, prediksi amputasi dapat bermakna pada ultrasonografi Doppler pada a.poplitea, a.tibialis posterior, dan a.dorsalis pedis. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan pemeriksaan ultrasonografi Doppler penting dilakukan pada setiap pasien PAP untuk mengevaluasi secara khusus keadaan empat arteri utama ekstremitas bawah pasien dan untuk prediktor amputasi
Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) is an occlusive disease of the blood flow artery beside coronary and intracranial artery. PAD is a result of atherosclerotic process, embolism, thrombus, and inflammation which toward of artery stenosis. Asymptomatic PAD counts 3-10% of worl population, and increasing until 15-20% in patient more than 70 years old. Our division counts 18.1-24.7% of diabetic foot patient with PAD undergoes amputation within this three years. Evaluation of duplex ultrasound in the main artery of lower extremity hopefully can detect whether patient will undergo limb salvage or limb loss, as early as possible, major or minor amputation. METHODS Research method is independent category comparative analytic with retrospective cohort design. Within January 2010 to December 2011, we collect 24 patients that rolled on inclusion criteria. We examined femoral, poplitea, posterior tibial, and dorsalis pedis artery, which showed monophasic, biphasic, and triphasic spectrum of duplex imaging of the ultrasound, and all of them has broadening spectrum.Ultrasound is an operator dependent modality, to decrease the bias of this research, operator of the ultrasound is researcher, fellowship doctors and consultants of our division. RESULTS Results are 25% in femoral artery, 58.3% in popliteal artery, 41.6% in posterior tibial artery, and 45.8% in dorsalis pedis artery, which counts for biphasic and monophasic spectrum. Amputation rate is 4% for each minor and major amputation. Statistic analysis for correlation of arterial spectrum with amputation are, femoral artery p=0,054 (95% CI), popliteal artery p=0,006 (95% CI), posterior tibial artery p=0,010 (95% CI), and dorsalis pedis artery p=0,021 (95% CI). CONCLUSION Based on statistic analysis, amputation can be significant in duplex imaging of popliteal, posterior tibial, and dorsalis pedis artery.
