"Skripsi ini membahas tentang ekosistem yang terbangun dalam proses pengasuhan anak pada pekerja malam (pekerja seks komersial), yaitu perubahan ekosistem yang terjadi ketika berada dipanti rehabilitasi. Pembahasan mengenai ekosistem yang terbangun dalam proses pengasuhan anak ini menggunakan Pendekatan Ekologi, dan didukung oleh beberapa konsep yaitu Keluarga, Childhood Socialization, dan Motherhood. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif, yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung pada subyek penelitian serta dukungan dari penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pengasuhan anak pada pekerja malam terdapat ekosistem baru yang terbangun dan mempengaruhi proses pengauhan tersebut, serta terdapat perubahan dalam proses pengasuhan.

This thesis discusses about ecosystem in process of childcare at night workers (commercial sex worker), which buld up by ecosystem and changes that occur in home rehabilitation. The discussion about the ecosystem which are built into the process of child care using Ecology Approach and is supported by some of the concepts that Family, Childhood Socialization, and Motherhood. The research method of this study is using Qualitative Approach, by conducting in-depth interviews and direct observation on the subject of the research as well as the supported by previous research. The result of this study is to indicate that in the process of child care at nigh workers are new ecosystem that is built up and affect the parenting process, and there is a change in the parenting process."
