Abstrak :

Fase intermetalik beta yang terbentuk dalam paduan aluminium-silikon memiliki efek merusak pada sifat mekaniknya. Untuk meningkatkan sifat mekaniknya, teknik penyempurnaan dan modifikasi β-Al5FeSi dan Si eutektik digunakan. Studi ini meneliti efek penambahan gadolinium (Gd) dengan penambahan 0%, 0,3%, 0,6%, dan 1,0% pada karakteristik mikrostruktur paduan AlFe7Si. Penelitian ini menggunakan optical emission spectrocopy, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy diffraction spectrum, dan simultaneous thermal analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Gd dapat mengurangi ukuran fasa β-Al5FeSi serta fasa silikon eutektik dan meningkatkan morfologinya. Penambahan 0,6% berat Gd menunjukkan efek terbaik pada pengurangan fase β-Al5FeSi dan fasa silikon eutektik. Secondary dendrite arm spacing (SDAS) juga tereduksi dengan penambahan Gd.

Beta intermetallic phases formed in the aluminium-silicon alloys has a detrimental effect on their mechanical properties. To improve its mechanical properties, the refinement and modification techniques of β-Al5FeSi and Si eutectic were used. The current study investigated the effects of gadolinium (Gd) addition (0, 0.3, 0.6, and 1.0 wt%) on microstructural characteristics of AlFe7Si alloy. It was studied by means of optical emission spectrocopy, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy diffraction spectrum and simultaneous thermal analysis. The results showed that the addition of Gd obviously reduced the sizes of the β-Al5FeSi phase as well as eutectic silicon phase and improved their morphologies. The addition of 0,6 wt% Gd shows the best effect on reducing the β-Al5FeSi phase and eutectic silicon phase. The secondary dendrite arm spacing is also reduced by the addition of Gd.

Anak terdiagnosa kanker umumnya mengalami pengobatan yang mempengaruhi kondisi emosional, kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan spiritual pada anak juga orangtua. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kesejahteraan spiritual orang tua terhadap kesejahteraan spiritual dan kualitas hidup anak yang mengalami kanker. Desain penelitian cross sectional pada 81 pasang orang tua anak dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Data dianalisis secara bivariat multivariat menggunakan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan bermakna, arah kekuatan sedang dan positif antara kesejahteraan spiritual orang tua dengan kesejahteraan spiritual anak (r: 0,324; Pvalue:0,003) dan hubungan antara kesejahteraan spiritual anak dengan kualitas hidup anak (r: 0,324; Pvalue: 0,003), serta hubungan bermakna, kekuatan lemah dan positif antara kesejahteraan spiritual orang tua dengan kualitas hidup anak (r: 0,263 Pvalue: 0,018). Peneliti merekomendasikan perawat mengidentifikasi dan asuhan keperawatan spiritual perlu ditingkatkan pada anak yang mengalami kanker dan keluarganya

ABSTRACT
Children diagnosed cancer generally undergo treatments affected emotional state, quality of life and spiritual well-being. This study aims to determine relationship of parents spiritual well being against the childrens spiritual well-being and quality of life who have cancer. Cross-sectional study design in 81 pairs of parents-children taken with consecutive sampling. Data analyzed using bivariate multivariate linear regression. The results showed significant correlation with direction and strength of relationship was positive between parent spiritual well-being with children spiritual well-being (r: 0.324 Pvalue: 0.003) and between childrens spiritual well being with children quality of life (r: 0,356; Pvalue; 0,001) significant correlation with direction and strength of weak positive correlation between parents spiritual well-being with childrensquality of life (r:0.263 Pvalue: 0.018). Researchers recommend the nurse to identify and carry out spiritual well being care for children and parent with cancer

Karya Ilmiah akhir ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya penurunan sistem imunitas pada anak kanker. Peran sebagai pemberi asuhan keperawatan diterapkan pada 5 orang pasien anak kanker yang mengalami masalah penurunan sistem imunitas. Karya ilmiah akhir ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan model Adaptasi Roy dalam asuhan keperawatan pada anak kanker yang mengalami penurunan sistem imunitas. Peran residen sebagai peneliti yaitu dengan membuktikan edukasi terapeutik sebagai salah satu teknik edukasi dalam pencegahan infeksi pada pasien dengan penurunan sistem imunitas. Hasil praktik ini menunjukkan edukasi terapeutik mampu meningkatkan tingkat kepatuhan keluarga dalam pencegahan infeksi. Dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan, diharapkan mampu melakukan edukasi terapeutik dalam melakukan tindakan pencegahan perluasan infeksi.

This final scientific thesis to describe the experience the cult residency application Roy Adaptation models in nursing care in children with cancer whose decline immune system. The role of residence as researchers to prove Therapeutic Education as one of education method in prevention of infection in patients with immune system deficiencies. The result of practice shows that therapeutic education can improve level of compliance family to prevention infection. In doing nursing care, should be able therapeutic education take precautions extension of infection.;
