"Teknologi informasi memberikan dampak pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik dan berkualitas tinggi. Rekam medis elektronik merupakan salah satu terobosan teknologi di bidang kesehatan, yang digunakan oleh dokter di fasilitas kesehatan, namun belum semua dokter menggunakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi rekam medis elektronik di RS Permata Cibubur melalui pendekatan model HOT-Fit, yaitu model evaluasi sistem informasi berdasarkan Pengguna, Organisasi, Teknologi dan Net Benefit yang dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja dokter. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain non-eksperimental dan analisis dengan pendekatan cross sectional, kemudian dilakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan. Didapatkan hasil yang signifikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung factor teknologi terhadap pengguna, dan factor teknologi terhadap organisasi. Didapatkan hasil signifikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung factor teknologi terhadap kinerja dokter melalui variabel perantara yaitu pengguna. Sedangkan faktor organisasi tidak tampak memediasi antara faktor teknologi dengan kinerja dokter. Selain jaringan internet yang lambat, sistem resep yang sering mengalami error, desain dan terminologi sistem yang tidak ramah pengguna, fitur atau kemampuan sistem yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dokter, pelatihan penggunaan yang belum dilakukan secara berkala dan menyeluruh, dan petunjuk atau pedoman penggunaan yang belum disosialisasikan dengan baik.

Information technology impacts better and higher quality health services. Electronic medical records are one of the technological breakthroughs in the health sector, which are used by doctors in health facilities, but not all doctors use them. This study aims to determine the implementation of electronic medical records at Permata Cibubur Hospital through the HOT-Fit model approach, which is an information system evaluation model based on User, Organization, Technology and Net Benefit, which in this study is the performance of doctors. This research is a quantitative study with a non-experimental design and analysis with a cross-sectional approach, then conducted in-depth interviews with informants. Significant results were obtained that there was a direct influence of technology factors on users, and technology factors on the organization. Significant results were obtained that there was an indirect effect of technology factors on doctor performance through intermediary variables, namely users. While organizational factors do not appear to mediate between technological factors and doctor performance. In addition to slow internet networks, prescription systems that often experience errors, system designs and terminology that are not user-friendly, system features or capabilities that are not in accordance with the needs of doctors, usage training that has not been carried out regularly and thoroughly, and instructions or usage guidelines that have not been properly socialized."
