"Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 47 Radio Dalam. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat minggu pada bulan April 2016. Praktek Kerja Profesi di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan peran apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian, serta memiliki wawasan dan gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 47 Radio Dalam secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah memperoleh wawasan mengenai peran dan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek. Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika, pengelolaan psikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan struk pembayaran, penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan. Tugas khusus yang diperoleh saat PKP di Apotek yaitu Analisis Resep Penyakit Hipertensi. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengkajian resep dan pelayanan farmasi klinik terkait dengan penyakit hipertensi. Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 47 Radio Dalam adalah ketiadaan Apoteker Pendamping yang dapat menggantikan APA ketika sedang tidak ada di tempat dan perlunya ketersediaan area khusus untuk pasien yang membutuhkan konseling dengan Apoteker.

Profession Internship at pharmacy was held at Kimia Farma No. 47 Radio Dalam. This activity lasted for four weeks in April 2016. Profession Internship at the pharmacy aims to make pharmacist students able to understand the tasks and role of the pharmacist in the pharmacy management, implementation of pharmaceutical practice, as well as having the insight and the real picture of problems that occur in the work of pharmacy. Based on the activities during internship, Pharmacy Manager in Kimia Farma No. 47 Radio Dalam in general has been performing its duties and responsibilities in the pharmacy management of activities related pharmaceutical technical and nontechnical pharmaceutical that accordance with the legislation in force. Pharmacist students have gained insight into the role and the work undertaken in the pharmacy. Pharmaceutical technical activities undertaken in the pharmacy include procurement, receipt, storage, sale, management of narcotics and psychotropic, also documentation recipes. As for the non-technical activities undertaken in the pharmacy pharmacy is preparing a prescription and receipt of payment, the price of the prescription labeling credit for billing. The special task obtained when PKP in the pharmacy is Hypertension Disease Prescription Analysis. These is to understand the assessment of prescription and clinical pharmacy services associated with hypertension. Problems that occur in Kimia Farma No. 47 Radio Dalam is the absence of Pharmacist Assistants to replace pharmacists while it is not in place and the need for the availability of a special area for patients who need of counseling with pharmacist."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di industri farmasi bertempat di PT. Sanofi Aventis Indonesia. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama delapan minggu pada bulan Februari hingga Maret 2016. Praktek Kerja Profesi di industri farmasi bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; memahami penerapan GMP/CPOB di Industri Farmasi; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Mahasiswa apoteker telah memperoleh wawasan mengenai peran dan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di industri farmasi, yaitu Apoteker berperan penting di industri farmasi dalam penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) dengan tujuan menghasilkan kualitas dan mutu obat yang konsisten baik. Tugas khusus yang diperoleh saat PKP di industri farmasi yaitu Penanganan Keluhan terhadap Produk untuk Menghindari Kerusakan Segel Tutup Botol. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk Memahami bagaimana cara pelaksanaan investigasi terhadap keluhan pada produk, bagaimana alur dalam penanganan keluhan, dan tindakan yang dilakukan dalam hal perbaikan dan pencegahan guna menghindari kejadian berulang. Masalah yang terjadi di PT. Sanofi Aventis Indonesia salah satunya yaitu keterbatasan jumlah tenaga kefarmasian khususnya Apoteker sehingga mempengaruhi tugas dan tanggung jawab yang harus diselesaikan.

Profession Internship at pharmaceutical industry was held in PT. Sanofi Aventis Indonesia. This activity lasted for eight weeks in February until March 2016. Profession Internship in the pharmaceutical industry aims to make students understand the role of the pharmacist, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry; have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience doing the work of pharmacy in the pharmaceutical industry; understanding the application of GMP in Pharmaceutical Industry; and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacist students have gained insight into the role and the work done in the pharmacy pharmaceutical industry, which is Pharmacist that hold an important role of the pharmaceutical industry in the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) with the aim of producing quality and consistent good quality of medicines.

The special task obtained during internship in the pharmaceutical industry is the Complaints Handling Products to Avoid Damage Seal Bottle Caps. These special task aims to understand how the implementation of the investigation of the complaint on the product, how the flow in the handling of complaints and action taken in case of repair and prevention in order to avoid recurrence. Problems that occur at PT. Sanofi Aventis Indonesia one of them is limited number of personnel, especially pharmacist that thereby affecting the duties and responsibilities that must be resolved."

"ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di pemerintahan bertempat di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama dua minggu pada bulan Januari 2016. Praktek Kerja Profesi di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di instansi pemerintahan, memiliki pengetahuan tentang tugas pokok dan fungsi dari Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara di bidang farmasi, serta gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan kefarmasian di pemerintahan khususnya Seksi Farmasi Makanan dan Minuman. Mahasiswa Apoteker mendapatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, melakukan kegiatan pembinaan, pengawasan, dan pengendalian terhadap sarana farmasi seperti apotek, puskesmas, toko obat, usaha mikro dan kecil obat tradisional, dan penyalur obat. Tugas khusus yang diperoleh saat PKP di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara yaitu Studi Literatur Kebijakan Pemerintah dalam Pengembangan Industri Farmasi. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran pemerintah terhadap pengembangan industri farmasi di Indonesia melalui kebijakan dan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku. Masalah yang terjadi di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara salah satunya yaitu keterbatasan jumlah tenaga kefarmasian khususnya Apoteker sehingga mempengaruhi tugas dan tanggung jawab yang harus diselesaikan.

ABSTRACTProfession Internship at government was held in Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara. This activity lasted for two weeks in January 2016. Profession Internship in Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara aims to make apothecary or pharmacist students able to understand the role of the pharmacist, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacist in government agencies, have knowledge of the duties and functions of Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara in the pharmaceutical field, as well as real picture description of pharmaceutical issues in the government, especially section of Pharmaceutical Food and Beverages. Pharmacist Students gain insight and knowledge about the management of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, conducting training, supervision, and control of pharmaceutical facilities such as pharmacies, health centers, drug stores, micro and small enterprises of traditional medicine, and drug dealer. The special task obtained during intership in Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara is Study of Literature of Government Policies in the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry. These special task is to understand the role of the government towards the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia through policies and government regulations. Problems that occur in Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Utara is the limited number of personel, especially pharmacists thereby affecting the duties and responsibilities that must be resolved."
