Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh makanan kesehatan pada restoran terhadap manfaat kepuasan dan niat kembali konsumen restoran organik Healthy Choice Sebuah model konseptual diperoleh dan diuji melalui structural equation modeling pada sampel dari 120 konsumen Hasil menunjukkan bahwa makanan kesehatan pada restoran memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan dan niat kembali melalui manfaat value yang didapatkan oleh konsumen dari makanan sehat pada restoran. ......This research aims to analyze the effect of perceived restaurant food healthiness of the value dinner satisfaction and revisit intentions consumers restaurant organic Healthy Choice A conceptual modelis obtained and tested through structural equation modeling on a sample of 120 consumers The results found that perceived restaurant food healthiness has a positive relationship with dinner satisfaction and revisit intentions to return through the value obtained by consumers of healthy food at the restaurant
