"Proses persalinan spontan berbeda dengan persalinan bedah sesar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan childbirth expectation pada multipara dengan pengalaman persalinan spontan dan bedah sesar. Penelitian dilakukan ini menggunakan desain deskriptif komparatif. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah multipara post partum hari pertama sampai hari ketujuh di sebuah Rumah Sakit dan beberapa Rumah Bersalin di Jakarta dengan responden sebanyak 88 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Childbirth Expectation Questionnaire (CEQ) yang telah diterjemahkan ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil analisis uji t tidak berpasangan menunjukkan ada perbedaan childbirth expectation yang bermakna pada multipara dengan persalinan spontan dan persalinan bedah sesar (p value:0,03). Diketahuinya childbirth expectation pada ibu multipara dengan persalinan spontan dan bedah sesar menjadi evidence based untuk pengembangan ilmu keperawatan maternitas dan merupakan informasi penting bagi penyedia layanan kesehatan maternitas untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien.

The process of normal delivery in contrast to cesarean section delivery. This study aimed to determine the differences in expectation on childbirth multiparous with experience normal delivery and cesarean section. The design of this research is descriptive comparative. The sample in this study is the first until seventh day post partum multiparous at Hospital and Maternity Home of Jakarta with 88 respondents and selected by consecutive sampling technique. The instrument used is Childbirth Expectation Questionnaire (CEQ), which has been translated into Indonesian. The analysis with independen sample t test showed significant differences in multiparous childbirth expectation with normal delivery and cesarean section (p value: 0.03). Childbirth expectation on multiparous mothers with normal delivery and cesarean section become evidence based for maternity nursing knowledge and important information for maternity health providers to improve patient satisfaction."

"[Kehamilan dengan Lupus Eritematosus Sistemik (LES) merupakan kondisi yang beresiko tinggi. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemberian asuhan keperawatan pada penderita LES di perkotaan dalam periode perinatal. Asuhan keperawatan pada klien dilakukan sesuai dengan proses keperawatan. Tiga masalah keperawatan utama pada klien adalah nyeri, resiko cedera dan ansietas. Intervensi yang diberikan antara lain manajemen nyeri, pemantauan kesehatan kehamilan serta active listening untuk mengatasi ansietas. Pada evaluasi asuhan keperawatan ditemukan masalah nyeri teratasi, cedera tidak terjadi dan ansietas teratasi sebagian. Karya ilmiah ini diharapkan menjadi gambaran dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan bagi penderita LES pada periode perinatal.;regnancy with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus is a high-risk condition. Evaluation of nursing intervention revealed that the pain has been managed successfully, there was no injury and reduced anxiety.
