ABSTRAK
Oksiresveratrol merupakan suatu senyawa polifenol yang terdapat pada ranting murbei Morus alba L. yang memiliki khasiat sebagai agen pencerah kulit. Terdapat banyak cara ekstraksi oksiresveratrol dari ranting murbei yang dapat diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan optimasi metode ekstraksi menggunakan pelarut surfaktan Tween 80 berbasis Microwave-Assisted Extraction MAE. Optimasi terhadap parameter ekstraksi: konsentrasi pelarut, rasio pelarut-sampel, dan waktu ekstraksi terhadap kadar oksiresveratrol dilakukan menggunakan RSM dengan desain Box-Behnken. Selain itu, dilakukan juga ekstraksi oksiresveratrol dengan pelarut etanol 96 secara maserasi sebagai pembanding hasil ekstraksi. Kadar oksiresveratrol ditetapkan dengan Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi KCKT dengan fase gerak yang digunakan terdiri atas campuran larutan asam asetat 0,5 dan asetonitril 75:25 v/v dan dideteksi pada panjang gelombang 320 nm. Kondisi optimum diperoleh pada konsentrasi pelarut 10,5 mmol/L, waktu ekstraksi 10 menit, dan rasio pelarut-sampel 30:1 mL/g dengan kadar oksiresveratrol 0,0146 mg/g simplisia. Pada ekstraksi menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96 , diperoleh kadar oksiresveratrol yang lebih tinggi yakni sebesar 1,5704 mg/g simplisia.

ABSTRACT
Oxyresveratrol is a polyphenolic compound found in Mulberry Morus alba L. twig and has known as skin lightening agent. There are many methods can be applied to extract oxyresveratrol from Mulberry twig. This research aimed to optimize extraction method using an Surfactant Tween 80 based microwave assisted extraction MAE. Extraction parameters including solvent concentration, liquid solid ratio, and extraction time for oxyresveratrol was optimized using response surface methodology RSM, based on Box Behnken design. In addition, this research also extracted oxyresveratrol by maceration with 96 ethanol as solvent, then the oxyresveratrol content from each extraction methods were compared. Oxyresveratrol content was determined using High Performance Liquid Chromatography HPLC with 0.5 acetic acid and acetonitrile 75 25 v v as mobile phase and detection wavelength was 320 nm. The optimum condition obtained was the condition of solvent concentration of Tween 80 10.5 mmol L, liquid solid ratio 30 1 mL g, extraction time 10 minutes. Under these conditions, oxyresveratrol was 0.0146 mg g dry weight. Meanwhile, the result from maceration method was 1.5704 mg g dry weight.

Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di industri farmasi, apotek dan pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Integrated Healthcare Indonesia, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur, dan Apotek Safa selama periode Januari-April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies and government. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. as stock and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, so done the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices in PT Integrated Healthcare Indonesia, East Jakarta City Health Office Administration, and Apotek Safa during the period January-April 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that candidates pharmacists can expand their insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmacy work in the professional workplace.
