Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas perbedaan perilaku pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi anak usia ±12 tahun antara kelas unggulan dan reguler di MTsN Pagedangan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan jenis penelitian cross sectional study dengan jumlah responden 100 orang. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat perbedaan bermakna pada perilaku (p=0,036), pengetahuan (p=0,015) dan tindakan (p=0,001) pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi antara kelas unggulan dan kelas reguler. Namun pada aspek sikap (p=0,613) dan status karies gigi (DMFT) (p=0,606) tidak terlihat perbedaan bermakna. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kelas unggulan memiliki perilaku pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi yang lebih baik daripada kelas reguler.

The focus of this study is the differences between dental healthcare behavior of children aged 12-year-olds between unggulan and reguler classes in MTsN Pagedangan. This research is an analytical research with cross sectional study by the number of respondents are 100 students. Research results are there is significant difference of dental healthcare behavior (p=0,036), at the level of knowledge (p=0,015) and action (p=0,001) between unggulan and reguler classes, but there is no significant difference on the attitude aspect (p=0,613) and dental caries status (DMF-T) (p=0,606). The conclusion is unggulan class has a better dental healthcare behavior than reguler class.

Latar Belakang: Lysate PRF merupakan modifikasi PRF dengan melakukan freezing-thawing untuk melisiskan platelet dan menghasilkan growth factor yang stabil. Suplemen media kultur in vitro ini mengandung growth factor yang memberi sinyal pada hDPSCs sehingga dapat memasuki siklus diferensiasi sel. Tujuan: Menganalisis potensi lysate PRF terhadap diferensiasi hDPSCs. Metode: Evaluasi lysate PRF 1%, 5%, 10%, dan 25% serta FBS 10% (kontrol) terhadap diferensiasi hDPSCs melalui ekspresi DSPP menggunakan ELISA dan gambaran Alizarin Red Staining pada hari ke-7. Hasil: Tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antar kelompok uji maupun kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan: Lysate PRF memiliki potensi dalam menginduksi diferensiasi hDPSCs. ......Background: Lysate PRF is a customized PRF that has been processed by freezing-thawing in order to lyse the platelets and create a stable growth factor. This in vitro culture media supplement contains specific growth factors that gives out signal to the hDPSCs in order to enter a differentiation cycle cell. Purpose: To analyze the potential of lysate PRF towards hDPSCs differentiation. Methods: Evaluation of lysate PRF 1%, 5%, 10% and 25% as well as FBS 10% (control) against hDPSCs differentiation through DSPP expression by using ELISA and Alizarin Red Staining on the 7th day. Result: There were no significant results shown between the tests, even with the control group. Conclusion: Lysate PRF has potential ability in inducting hDPSCs differentiation.
