"Kepuasan pelanggan rumah sakit merupakan cermin dari kualitas pelayanan. Kepuasan adalah perbandingan antara harapan dengan kenyataan yang dipersepsikan. Pelayanan dikatakan memuaskan jika kenyataan sebanding atau lebih dari yang diharapkan. Sebaliknya pelayanan dikatakan tidak memuaskan jika pelayanan yang diterima kurang dari yang diharapkan oleh konsumen/pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan pasien di IRNA Prof.DR Soelarto RSUP Fatmawati Jakarta. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah responden adalah 97 dengan menggunakan random sampel. Hasil penelitian adalah sangat memuaskan dengan nilai customer satisfaction indeks (CSI) 82,5% atau 0.83. Saran untuk rumah sakit adalah agar memberikan pelatihan keperawatan mengenai pentingnya komunikasi dan empati kepada perawat yang berperan sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan di rumah sakit .

Customer of hospital satisfaction is a reflection of quality of care. Satisfaction is the comparison between perceived expectations with reality. The service is said satisfy if the fact comparable or better than the expected. Instead, the service is said unsatisfy if the service that received is less than expected by the consumer or customer. This study was conducted to determine patient satisfaction at IRNA Prof.Dr Soelarto Fatmawati Jakarta. The study design was a descriptive cross sectional approach. The number of respondent is 97 by using random sampling. The result shows the value of patient satisfaction with nursing care is very satisfied with the value of customer satisfaction index (SCI) 0.83. Suggestions for the hospital is to provide primary care to nursing as the spearhead of service in hospitals."

"[ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis paru merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat perkotaandan penyebab kematian tertinggi di Indonesia. Penulisan karya ilmiah bertujuanuntuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan pada pasien TB Paru dengan kontekskeperawatan kesehatan masyarakat perkotaan. Asuhan keperawatan diberikansesuai dengan proses keperawatan. Masalah keperawatan utama yang munculadalah bersihan jalan nafas tidak efektif, intoleransi aktifitas dan kurangpengetahuan tentang TB dan pengobatannya. Intervensi yang diberikan adalahmemberikan posisi semipowler, latihan ROM secara aktif, dan intervensi khususpemberian pendidikan kesehatan tentang kepatuhan minum Obat AntiTuberkulosis. Hasil evaluasi dari asuhan keperawatan menunjukkan jalan nafasadekuat, aktivitas mandiri, dan peningkatan pengetahuan klien tentang Obat AntiTuberkulosis.
